Osteoporosis is not simply a calcium deficiency. Bones store calcium, phosphorus, and more than half of the body’s magnesium. Magnesium helps regulate calcium, supports vitamin D function, and plays an important role in bone health. One of the most common factors associated with osteoporosis is elevated parathyroid hormone related to low vitamin D. Low magnesium can also affect parathyroid hormone. Some people have normal calcium levels but still develop severe osteoporosis, showing that bone density and bone strength are not always the same.Magnesium deficiency is difficult to detect with a standard blood test and may go unnoticed until it becomes more severe. Chronic stress and certain medications, including prednisone and proton pump inhibitors (PPIs), may also affect bone health. If you have osteoporosis, getting enough magnesium is important. Focus on magnesium-rich foods, magnesium glycinate, vitamin D, and vitamin K2 to help support healthy bones and maintain bone density.DATA:https://pmc.ncbi.nlm.nih.gov/articles/PMC3775240/https://www.sciencedirect.com/science/article/pii/S0955286304001573 https://pmc.ncbi.nlm.nih.gov/articles/PMC3910342/https://pmc.ncbi.nlm.nih.gov/articles/PMC12626859/ Dr. Eric Berg, D.C. Viruses and nutritional deficiencies are the leading causes of hearing loss. When you experience an acute infection, there is an initial dramatic decrease in zinc and iron. Both are related to hearing loss. Viruses can also cause selenium deficiency. Selenium is important in converting T4 to T3 and supports the T-helper cell, which coordinates the entire immune system. Diabetes can damage the sensory nerves in the ear and cause hearing impairment. This is known as diabetic autonomic neuropathy. Hearing loss associated with diabetes results from severe vitamin B1 deficiency. Vitamin B1 is the key nutrient supporting the autonomic nervous system; if you’re diabetic, you’re likely deficient. Take benfotiamine, a form of B1 that can penetrate the myelin sheath, for hearing loss associated with diabetes. Vitamin D plays a critical role in protecting against autoimmune conditions. Many autoimmune conditions, such as autoimmune inner ear disease, lupus, and rheumatoid arthritis, can cause hearing impairment. If the small bones inside your ear are damaged, you could develop hearing loss. Adequate potassium levels are vital for hearing. Let’s talk about how to get rid of facial hair if you’re a female. The top cause of facial hair in females is PCOS. But, there are other potential causes, including a tumor on the adrenal glands or pituitary gland or Cushing’s syndrome. Symptoms of PCOS: 1. Heavy cycles 2. No cycles 3. Acne 4. Infertility 5. Insulin resistance The top cause of PCOS is high androgens. There is a lot of conflicting information on the internet and various suggestions on how to help improve this condition—but these recommendations can be confusing. I believe that excess insulin increases androgens, so high insulin is the root cause of PCOS, which then leads to facial hair. In my opinion, a good solution would be to lower insulin. How to lower insulin: 1. Lower your carb intake 2. Cut out snacks and decrease the frequency of your meals Dr. Eric Berg DC Bio: Dr. Berg, age 57, is a chiropractor who specializes in Healthy Ketosis & Intermittent Fasting. Thank you very much for the survey replies. The survey is not closed. YouTube has now banned alternative views on health. Here’s what you need to know about this radical new change. 0:00 Introduction: New YouTube ban 0:12 What this new ban means 6:38 The #1 ranking video for the keto diet 12:05 What is your opinion? YouTube has just banned anything related to health that doesn’t align with the general medical consensus. If any information related to health doesn’t agree with the World Health Organization, the video won’t necessarily be taken down, but it may be hard to find. This is supposed to protect viewers against misinformation and promote high-quality health information. But, their definition of misinformation is anything that opposes their viewpoint. I currently have collected 7,607 success stories—I’m helping people. My information is not misinformation. It’s helpful information. Traditional medicine doesn’t work for everyone, and people are looking for inexpensive natural remedies. How are they supposed to find alternative viewpoints or opinions? A lot of people are searching for the keto diet. However, many medical professionals don't really understand nutritional ketosis. Many times, doctors don’t get training in nutrition or alternatives. Yet these are the people who get to control this information. Healthy ketosis is not toxic or dangerous. Ketones are a super fuel and are antioxidants. On the other hand, glucose is dangerous and toxic. I would love to get your opinion on this situation. Please click the link above and go through the survey questions to let me know your opinion on this recent radical change of suppressing alternative viewpoints on health. There is a certain disease that is so ignored yet incredibly common—understanding it will help explain a lot about your health. This disease is hyperinsulinemia, a condition where you have too much insulin in your blood. Issues associated with hyperinsulinemia: • Frequent urination at night • Fatigue • Carb cravings • Inability to go long periods without eating • Belly fat • Slow metabolism • Non-alcoholic fatty liver disease • Brain fog • Lack of concentration • Mood disorders • Dementia • Increased risk of cancer, heart attacks, clots, and strokes • Nerve problems • Lowered immune system • High LDL cholesterol (small dense particle size) • High triglycerides • High blood pressure • PCOS • Diabetes type 2 • Gallstones Doctors don't often test for hyperinsulinemia—just high blood sugar. But you can have high insulin levels for years and not have high blood sugar levels. High-carb diets, sugar, and frequent eating all contribute to high insulin. So, how do some people consume a lot of carbs and sugar and still have normal blood glucose levels? Well, insulin is working hard to quickly remove the sugar from the blood to give you normal blood sugar levels. But, insulin is just as toxic as sugar in high amounts and can lead to insulin resistance, diabetes, and other health conditions. Ask your doctor about a fasting insulin test to better understand your insulin levels. While you wait on the test, you can start promoting healthy insulin and blood sugar levels by getting on the Healthy Keto diet and doing intermittent fasting. Castor Oil for Your Skin (Nature's Botox) 19.09.2026 8minDid you know you can use castor oil for your skin? Castor oil has been used for thousands of years for its amazing healing properties and benefits. In this video, find out how to use castor oil for glowing, youthful skin, longer hair, and more. Watch this episode next: Reset Your Body in 5 Days (With Zero Food) 0:00 Introduction: Castor oil for your face 0:30 Castor oil benefits 1:02 Castor oil benefits for hair 2:44 How to use castor oil for skin 3:58 How to use castor oil for hair 4:26 The best castor oil 4:56 Castor oil for eyelashes Castor oil can naturally give your skin a soft, glowing, firm look. It’s the best remedy for wrinkles or dry skin. Castor oil contains ricinoleic acid, a penetrating moisturizer for your skin and hair. It also has powerful anti-inflammatory and antimicrobial effects. Many skin-related problems are caused by an overgrowth of bacteria, yeast, or fungus. Castor oil is the perfect antidote—you can even use it for acne. Castor oil contains vitamin E, which can protect your skin from UV radiation and pollution. It has potent wound-healing properties and can help fade dark spots for an even complexion. Castor oil contains beta-carotene, the precursor to vitamin A, which supports the skin. It also contains magnesium and potassium. Evidence suggests castor oil can help stimulate collagen synthesis, which is vital for anti-aging. Apply castor oil routinely to scars, stretch marks, and acne scars to help them fade. Many people dilute castor oil with other oils, such as coconut or olive oil, because of its thick and sticky texture. It can also be used as is. Take a couple of drops and rub them into your skin, focusing on dry, wrinkled, reddened, or irritated areas. Try using castor oil before bed, so it has plenty of time to penetrate the skin. Be careful using castor oil around the pelvic area or abdomen if you’re pregnant, as it can induce labor. To use castor oil for hair growth, massage it into your scalp. This can help stimulate hair growth, especially if you have alopecia. You can also rub a few drops through your hair before bed. Look for organic, cold-pressed, hexane-free castor oil for the best quality and the most benefits. Many people have seen positive effects from Jamaican black castor oil. You can also use castor oil for eyelashes! Apply a small amount of castor oil to the root of your eyelashes daily to strengthen and lengthen your eyelashes. You don’t have to worry about the toxin in castor oil because it’s eliminated in the manufacturing process. --- Learn more about your ad choices. Visit megaphone.fm/adchoices -
The #1 Most Perilous Meal in the World 19.09.2026 6minWhat is the #1 most dangerous meal in the world? Many people consume this meal without knowing it includes dangerous foods that can kill you! In this video, find out about the meal that contains the most dangerous ingredients for your health and why you’ll want to stop eating these foods immediately! Watch this episode next: Reset Your Body in 5 Days (With Zero Food) 0:00 Introduction: The most dangerous foods in the world 0:12 PAHs 0:34 AGEs 1:00 Sodium nitrate 1:18 Roundup ready 2:41 Byproduct of caramel coloring 3:00 Aluminum toxicity 3:40 Potassium bromate 3:54 The most dangerous meal These dangerous ingredients are found in the #1 most dangerous meal. Can you guess what it is? 1. Polycyclic aromatic hydrocarbons (PAHs) are byproducts created when you cook, char, or smoke something. Cooking at high temperatures creates these compounds, which have the potential to alter or mutate your DNA and can trigger cancer of the stomach or colon. 2. When you combine sugar with protein, you create AGEs (advanced glycation end products). These sticky proteins found in foods like barbequed meat can cause advanced aging, inflammation, diabetes, Alzheimer's, and other chronic diseases. 3. Sodium nitrate is found in processed meat like bacon and ham. When heated, it turns into a carcinogen, which can trigger cancer. 4. Residue from the weed killer Roundup Ready is often found in GMO foods such as soy, corn, canola, and cottonseed. Roundup Ready contains the ingredient glyphosate, which is considered a carcinogen by the World Health Organization. Glyphosate also disrupts the microbiome. 5. Caramel coloring, which is used in barbeque sauces and sodas, produces a carcinogenic byproduct called 4-MEI. 6. Aluminum can leach into the brain, increasing your risk for Alzheimer’s and other neurodegenerative diseases. 7. Potassium bromate is found in barbeque sauces and is often used to increase fluffiness in bread products. This ingredient has been banned in 60 countries, but it’s not banned in the U.S. The most dangerous meal includes barbequed meat that’s been grilled, covered in barbeque sauce, and typically cooked on or covered with aluminum foil. Many types of meat served at barbeques contain nitrates and are often wrapped in a bun or served with bread. This meal is usually served with a soda in an aluminum can or plastic bottle and served on a styrofoam plate. Brain fog eraser Brain fog is typically the result of a hypoglycemic situation, so increasing your high-quality protein intake is a helpful solution. The best protein source is nutrient-dense red meat. 2. Increase CO2 Stress affects breathing and can cause you to take in too much oxygen. Increasing carbon dioxide by breathing through your nose may help with stress and also improve sleep, especially if you’re stressed out. 3. Gallbladder massage To find the gallbladder, press underneath the right rib cage and massage this area. This can help improve digestion and eliminate right shoulder pain. 4. Acupressure for pain relief The best acupressure technique for pain involves finding the mirror location of your pain on the opposite side of the body. Instead of applying pressure to the pain, you’ll apply pressure to this spot. 5. Fix tight muscles Be sure to stretch the muscle opposite of the muscle that’s causing you problems. 6. Sea salt under the tongue This works for weak muscles and can also work for fatigue. 7. Neck pain relief for instant relaxation A relaxed neck is vital for good sleep. For neck pain relief, apply pressure at the base of the hairline for instant relaxation. Apply pressure to this spot for about 2 minutes. 8. Apple cider vinegar Combine 1 tablespoon of apple cider vinegar with 3 to 4 ounces of water. Wait about 2 minutes and drink one more! This helps digestion and triggers the pancreas and gallbladder to release digestive juices. 9. Joint pain relief exercises Joint pain typically stems from a problem with your fascia—the connective tissue that covers the entire body. Stretching the fascia on the opposite side of the pain can often provide joint pain relief. 10. Headache pain relief Headaches often stem from past head injuries. Acupressure can provide headache pain relief if you apply pressure around the painful area. 11. Sinus relief Acupressure massage can provide instant relief for any type of breathing problem, such as sleep apnea, a deviated septum, and sinus problems. Let’s talk about wormwood. This natural herb has been used for thousands of years in Chinese medicine. The synthetic version of wormwood is the most effective treatment for malaria. There is also some interesting research on wormwood for COVID. Other potential benefits of wormwood: • It’s anti-parasitic • It may be effective against worms, viruses, bacteria, and Lyme disease • It’s anti-viral What we’re going to focus on today, though, is its effectiveness against cancer. Potential benefits of wormwood for cancer patients: 1. It can selectively cause apoptosis in cancer cells. 2. It oxidizes a small amount of your iron, turning it into a free radical and directing it to the cancer cell. Oxidized iron is toxic to cancer cells. 3. The phytonutrients in wormwood can inhibit a certain protein complex involved in the process of normal cells converting into cancer cells. 4. It can inhibit normal cells from producing an increase in blood vessels to a tumor. 5. It’s anti-inflammatory and may help stop the formation and spread of cancer. 6. It has an anti-metastatic effect, which means it may help inhibit the growth of cancer. Today we're going to talk about a simple way to prevent kidney stones, and it has to do with apple cider vinegar. The most common type of kidney stone is a calcium oxalate stone. In this situation, you have high oxalates and calcium and low citrate. You may have high oxalates from consuming too many high-oxalate foods. Oxalates are in a lot of foods, including keto-friendly foods. High calcium in the urine can be due to a genetic mutation. Your body makes citrates, which bind with calcium to lessen the amount of free calcium in the body. Free calcium is what can bind to oxalates. Drinking more fluids during the day is one of the best ways to prevent kidney stones. I suggest drinking at least two and a half liters of fluids per day if you're prone to getting kidney stones. Another great way to prevent kidney stones is to add electrolyte powder containing potassium citrate or magnesium citrate to your water. The best natural remedy for kidney stones: • To help dissolve kidney stones, add four to six ounces of lemon juice and two tablespoons of apple cider vinegar to a large glass of water, and drink up! For kidney stone prevention, add the juice of one lemon or just one tablespoon of lemon juice and two tablespoons of ACV to your water. These Clues Reveal a Hidden Hormonal Imbalance 19.09.2026 8minDid you know you can identify a hormonal imbalance just by looking in the mirror? In this video, I’ll share several visible signs of hormonal imbalance and the specific hormones they relate to. Whether you’re dealing with weight gain, acne, hair-thinning, or fatigue, know what to look for and what you can do about it. Watch this episode next: Reset Your Body in 5 Days (With Zero Food) 0:00 Introduction: 7 signs of hormonal imbalance you can see 0:20 The thyroid gland 1:37 Androgens and hormone imbalance signs 2:40 Cortisol 3:07 High estrogen symptoms 3:55 Growth hormone and visible signs of hormone imbalance 4:38 Progesterone 4:56 Insulin Hormone imbalance signs are often very easy to detect, just by looking in the mirror! The thyroid gland is small but controls your digestive system and metabolism. If your thyroid hormones are too high, you may notice bulging eyes, a fast metabolism, significant weight loss, and excessive sweating. A hypothyroid will cause weight gain and hair loss. Around 90% of hypothyroidism is an issue related to the immune system called Hashimoto’s. If you have Hashimoto’s, you’ll want to avoid gluten and increase selenium and vitamin D3. Androgens include testosterone and DHT. High levels of androgens can cause acne, specifically around the jawline and on the back. Women may experience a deepened voice, increased facial hair, and may also notice hair thinning. Men with high androgens may experience balding. To keep your androgen levels normal, avoid carbohydrates, sugar, and starches, and avoid frequent eating. Also, use a high-quality water filter to avoid plastics. High cortisol symptoms include a round face (cortisol face), buffalo hump, and weight gain in the midsection. High cortisol can exaggerate stretch marks in women and speed up aging. High estrogen symptoms include a puffy face, spider veins, skin tags, and melasma. Low estrogen can make you appear older and cause wrinkles. Cholesterol is vital for estrogen production, so certain drugs and low-fat diets could cause your estrogen levels to decrease. When growth hormone declines, you may look older and gain weight in the midsection. Intense exercise for short durations, a low-carb diet, and more sleep can increase growth hormone. High progesterone is rare but can cause fluid retention. Low progesterone is much more common and can cause a puffy face. You might also appear dull and tired, and may experience acne. High insulin symptoms include belly fat, skin tags, and swollen eyes. Low insulin can cause excessive weight loss, cravings for carbs, and constant hunger. Sugar, starch, and frequent eating trigger insulin. Disclaimer: Dr. Eric Berg received his Doctor of Chiropractic degree from Palmer College of Chiropractic in 1988. Everyone IGNORES Fascia When Stretching 19.09.2026 9minDiscover 9 fascinating facts about fascia, one of the most ignored parts of the body! Fascia is the material that surrounds every muscle in the body. 2. Fascia gives the body posture and shape. 3. Fascia adapts to the environment. 4. Cells of the fascia or collagen are called fibroblasts. You have billions of these cells that can migrate through the body and lay down ground substance to allow lubrication and movement. 5. Fascia is highly involved with immune function. Myofascial release, massage, and trigger point therapy can help improve inflammatory conditions of the fascia, such as fibromyalgia and plantar fasciitis. 6. Fascia is stiffened by lack of movement. People often assume they have stiff muscles when they really have stiff fascia. 7. Your fascia extends throughout your entire body and is connected from head to toe. This is why you can often relieve pain associated with tight or inflamed fascia by fascial manipulation in other related parts of the body. 8. Fascia is innervated by tiny nerves that allow the body to know where it is in space, so it’s critical for balance and coordination. 9. Fascia can change in material properties and go from being very rigid to very elastic. Dynamic motions in different directions can help restore fascia, so don’t do the same stretches and exercises repeatedly! High doses of vitamin D3, along with the cofactors vitamin K2, magnesium, zinc, and vitamin B6, also support your fascia's health. The ASTOUNDING #1 Cause of High Blood Pressure 19.09.2026 8minHigh blood pressure is not a disease! Learn how to lower blood pressure with dietary changes and increased intake of specific nutrients that act as natural blood pressure remedies in the body. Address the root cause of hypertension rather than just treating the symptoms. Watch this episode next: Reset Your Body in 5 Days (With Zero Food) 0:00 Introduction: What causes high blood pressure? 1:15 Blood pressure explained 2:10 How to lower blood pressure and address nutritional deficiencies 2:38 Natural blood pressure remedies 4:33 Fixing insulin resistance to lower blood pressure Over 90% of hypertension is labeled as having an unknown cause, which is very profitable for drug companies. The endothelial layer of your arteries has insulin receptors. When these receptors are damaged, your blood pressure can increase. Too much insulin allows too much calcium to enter the cells, so calcium channel blockers are often used to lower high blood pressure. However, the connection between insulin resistance and high blood pressure is usually ignored. A protective shield called the glycocalyx typically covers the endothelial tissue on the inside of your arteries. When this shield becomes damaged, it can cause a cascade of problems, including cellular damage, inflammation, calcium buildup, and excess clotting. The glycocalyx is vulnerable to damage from glucose and fructose. A low-carb diet and intermittent fasting can help you get healthy and lower your blood pressure quickly. Insulin resistance creates serious nutritional deficiencies that must also be addressed to lower blood pressure. To help reverse high blood pressure, increase the following nutrients: •Vitamin D •Magnesium glycinate •Potassium •Sulfur To fix insulin resistance and lower blood pressure, it’s important to avoid carbohydrates, sugar, starch, and seed oils. Remember that it may take a few weeks to notice blood pressure changes. A food log can help keep you on track. If your blood pressure is decreasing, but you notice that the top number remains high, focus on reducing stress. Ensure you sleep enough, take long walks, or try ashwagandha to lower your stress levels. Big Pharma Alarmed by Tylenol & Autism Truth 19.09.2026 19minBig Pharma is freaking out about the recent information RFK Jr. has released to the public. Is there a Tylenol and vaccine link to autism? Is this another instance of medical corruption for Big Pharma profits? Find out now! Watch this episode next: Reset Your Body in 5 Days (With Zero Food) DATA: https://protocolocoimbradrcicerogalli...https://jamanetwork.com/journals/jama...https://hsph.harvard.edu/news/using-a... 0:00 Introduction: Big Pharma scandal, Tylenol, vaccines, and autism 1:44 Vaccine safety studies 6:22 Fever remedies 7:33 New medication for autism 12:52 Vaccine cover-ups and medical corruption RFK Jr. is being called everything from irresponsible to anti-science for trying to revive “debunked vaccine myths”. Autism rates have skyrocketed from 1 in 100,000 to 1 in 31, so we need to look at everything! Vaccine safety studies do not compare vaccines to placebos, they compare vaccines to other vaccines! RFK Jr. did not say that Tylenol causes autism, but that it could be a contributing factor that can influence susceptible people to develop autism. He has raised awareness of this link and has called for further research. Tylenol is used for fevers, headaches, pain, menstrual cramps, and more. Most people think it doesn't have many side effects, but it’s the leading cause of acute liver failure. Over 80,000 people each year end up in the ER because of too much acetaminophen. Tylenol’s active ingredient depletes glutathione and is found in over 600 medications. A fever is a natural immune reaction to an infection, and suppressing this can increase the infection’s duration. There are multiple causes of autism. One involves a genetic component with the MTHFR gene, which weakens your ability to detoxify and increases your risk of a folate deficiency. Leucovorin is a synthetic folate derivative recommended for some instances of autism. This medication could be beneficial and may provide optimal results if taken with B12, B2, B6, magnesium, and zinc. One study found that between 56% and 75% of those with autism had a folate deficiency! In another trial, synthetic folate boosted IQs by 25% to 50% compared to the placebo. Independent research is needed to explore the vaccine link to autism. We can’t simply squash vaccine controversy by claiming the “science is settled.” Disclaimer: Dr. Eric Berg received his Doctor of Chiropractic degree from Palmer College of Chiropractic in 1988. Hydroxypropyl distarch phosphate, interesterified soybean oil, hydrolyzed corn oil, maltodextrin, dextrose, and dextrin are chemical names for common junk food ingredients. Companies use these names to cause confusion. It’s important to look beyond nutrition facts and read the ingredients because not all calories are the same. Calories from high fructose corn syrup are not the same as fructose from fruit. Synthetic starches differ from the starch found in vegetables, and there’s a big difference between cane sugar and synthetic sugars like glucose syrup. Check the ingredient list and avoid these foods! 1. Sugar 2. Starches 3. Seed oils 4. Refined proteins Soy protein isolates and A1 beta-casein create inflammation and should be avoided.
