The Family of God 05.07.2026 39minIn Ephesians 2:11–22, Paul reminds us that through the blood of Christ, those who were once far from God have been brought near and welcomed into His family. Jesus has broken down every barrier of hostility, reconciling us not only to God but also to one another, creating one unified people in Christ. Because of His work on the cross, we are no longer strangers or outsiders but fellow citizens with the saints and members of God's household. Together, we are being built into a dwelling place for God, with Christ Himself as the cornerstone of His church.

With a word, Jesus demonstrates His authority over the forces of darkness, casting out the demons and restoring the man to health, peace, and dignity. The transformation is so dramatic that the man is found clothed and in his right mind, a living testimony to the power and mercy of Christ. Rather than allowing him to travel with Him, Jesus sends the man home to tell others what God has done, and his testimony leads many people to marvel at the saving power of Jesus.

Praise God From Whom All Blessings Flow 21.06.2026 43minEphesians 1:3–14 is a powerful reminder of the incredible blessings believers have in Christ. Before the foundation of the world, God chose His people in love, adopting them as His children through Jesus and calling them to be holy and blameless. Through Christ’s death, we have redemption, the forgiveness of sins, and an inheritance that is secured by God’s grace. Believers are also sealed with the Holy Spirit, who serves as the guarantee that God will fulfill all of His promises and bring His plan to completion.

Absolute Power 14.06.2026 43minPreaching: Ben Lacey - Lead Pastor, Trinity River Baptist Church, Fort WorthSaul, a fierce persecutor of Christians, set out for Damascus intending to arrest followers of Jesus. God then sent a disciple named Ananias to restore Saul’s sight, pray for him, and welcome him into the family of faith. Saul was filled with the Holy Spirit, baptized, and commissioned by God to become a powerful witness of Christ to the nations, demonstrating God’s transforming grace and sovereign purpose.

New Life in Christ: Becoming Who You Are 07.06.2026 43minPaul calls believers to put to death the sinful patterns of their old way of life and to live in light of the new identity they have in Christ. Instead of anger, slander, deceit, and other sinful behaviors, Christians are to clothe themselves with compassion, kindness, humility, patience, and forgiveness. Above all, believers are called to love one another, allowing the peace of Christ to rule in their hearts and their relationships. As God’s people, we are to be shaped by His Word, worship Him with gratitude, and seek to honor Jesus in everything we say and do.

The Resurrection of Jesus 05.04.2026 35minThis Week’s Sermon: Luke 24:1-12This passage beautifully illustrates the scene as the women came to Jesus’ tomb and found the stone rolled away and His body gone. As they stood in confusion, angels reminded them that Jesus had risen just as He had promised. They returned to share the news with the disciples, though it was difficult to believe at first. When Peter went to see for himself, he found the tomb empty and was left in wonder. This moment marks the fulfillment of Jesus’ words and the foundation of the hope we celebrate at Easter.

The Reversal Accomplished 24.05.2026 41minAs we close our sermon series in Esther, we are reminded that God is always at work, even when His hand seems hidden. What began as a threat against God’s people was turned into deliverance, gladness, and remembrance as the Jews were rescued from their enemies and established the feast of Purim. Through Esther and Mordecai, we see God’s providence, His protection, and His faithfulness to preserve His people. Esther invites us to remember that sorrow does not have the final word, and that God is able to turn mourning into joy for His glory and the good of His people.

The Great Reversal 17.05.2026 39minIn Esther 8, the king gives Haman’s estate to Queen Esther and elevates Mordecai to a position of authority, entrusting him with the king’s signet ring. Esther then pleads for her people, asking the king to reverse the decree that threatened the Jews’ destruction. While the original edict cannot be revoked, the king allows Mordecai to issue a new decree granting the Jews the right to defend themselves across the empire. As the message spreads, the Jewish people experience great joy and relief, celebrating God’s deliverance and the reversal of their circumstances.

Faith Under the Guiding Hand of God 10.05.2026 30minIn this passage, Queen Esther courageously reveals to the king that her people are under threat of destruction and pleads for their lives. When the king asks who is responsible, Esther exposes Haman as the enemy, leaving him terrified. In a dramatic turn, Haman is executed on the very gallows he had prepared for Mordecai, demonstrating God’s justice and providential care for His people.

A Divine Reversal 03.05.2026 31minIn Esther 6, the king’s sleepless night leads him to discover that Mordecai had once saved his life but had never been honored. At the very moment Haman arrives to request Mordecai’s execution, the king instead asks him how to honor someone he delights in—ironically leading Haman to describe a grand public celebration, assuming it would be for himself. To his shock and humiliation, the king commands Haman to carry out those honors for Mordecai. Mordecai is publicly exalted, while Haman leaves in disgrace, foreshadowing his coming downfall.
-
Wisdom and Folly 19.04.2026 37minIn this passage, Esther courageously approaches the king and finds favor as he extends the golden scepter, inviting her to make her request. Rather than immediately revealing her plea, she wisely invites the king and Haman to a banquet, setting the stage for what is to come. Meanwhile, Haman leaves the feast pleased with his honor but becomes enraged again when Mordecai refuses to bow to him. Consumed by pride and hatred, Haman boasts of his status yet admits it means nothing while Mordecai lives. At the urging of his wife and friends, he plots to have Mordecai executed, preparing the gallows for him.

For Such A Time As this 12.04.2026 41minIn this passage from the Book of Esther, Mordecai responds to the decree against the Jews with deep mourning, and the same grief spreads throughout the entire Jewish community. When Esther learns of his distress, she seeks to understand what has happened, and through a messenger, Mordecai reveals the full extent of Haman’s plan. He urges Esther to go before the king and plead for her people, placing her in a position of great responsibility. Esther, however, recognizes the serious risk, as approaching the king uninvited could cost her life. This moment sets the stage for a critical decision, where Esther must weigh her safety against the call to act on behalf of her people.

The Ancient War 29.03.2026 38minEsther 3:1-15In this passage, King Ahasuerus elevates Haman to a position of great authority, and all are commanded to honor him, but Mordecai refuses to bow due to his identity as a Jew. Enraged, Haman’s anger grows beyond Mordecai, leading him to plot the destruction of all Jews throughout the kingdom. He manipulates the king into issuing a decree that authorizes their annihilation, sealing it with royal authority and sending it across every province. As the decree spreads, fear and confusion fill the city, while the king and Haman sit unaware of the devastation they have set in motion.

Among those brought to the palace is Esther, a Jewish orphan raised by her cousin Mordecai, who keeps her identity hidden as instructed. Esther gains favor with those around her and ultimately with the king, who crowns her queen in place of Vashti. The Self-Absorbed King 15.03.2026 39minThis passage opens the Book of Esther by describing the vast and powerful kingdom of King Ahasuerus, who rules over 127 provinces and hosts an extravagant series of feasts to display his wealth and glory. During the final banquet, the king commands Queen Vashti to appear before his guests to display her beauty, but she refuses. Enraged, the king consults his advisors, who warn that her disobedience could influence women throughout the empire to disregard their husbands. As a result, a royal decree is issued removing Vashti from her position as queen and declaring that every man should be master of his household. This decision sets the stage for the events that will follow in the story.

The Exaltation of Christ 21.12.2025 39minThis passage proclaims the exaltation of Jesus Christ by God the Father, who has given Him the name above every name. The Incarnation of Christ 07.12.2025 38minPhilippians 2:7 highlights the humanity of Christ in His incarnation. Though fully God, Jesus “emptied Himself” by taking on the form of a servant and becoming truly human. He did not cling to His divine privileges but willingly entered our world, embracing all the limitations, frailties, and experiences of humanity. In doing so, He identified fully with us so that He might redeem us. This verse reminds us that the eternal Son of God drew near by becoming one of us—love made low for our salvation.
