  • Episode 412 | How Jesus Calls Us to See People the Way He Does 14.09.2026 26мин
There are people hidden in plain sight everywhere you go. Waiting to be seen. Waiting to be known. Waiting for someone to stop scrolling long enough to notice them. The question Jesus asked Simon at a dinner party two thousand years ago is the same question He is asking every one of us today: do you see this woman? In episode 6 of A Life Unleashed, the series pivots from identity to calling, and Christine Caine shows that the two are inseparable. Because once Jesus has truly seen us, forgiven us, and welcomed us into His family, He mobilizes us to go with Him and see others. Calling is not primarily about a platform or a position. It begins with a question: can you see the people right in front of you? In this episode, Christine Caine opens Luke 7:36–8:3 and unpacks the moment Jesus turns to Simon and asks the most searching question in the room. Simon had looked at the woman all night. He had categorized her, labeled her, dismissed her. But he had never seen her. Christine draws the contrast between Simon's self-righteous blindness and Jesus's radical, costly, compassionate sight — the kind that crossed every social boundary to acknowledge a woman that no one else in the room was willing to dignify. Christine Caine is honest about what it cost her to go from looking at a poster of a missing child in a Thessaloniki airport to actually seeing her — and how that moment of seeing became A21. She names the real enemies of compassionate sight: the selfie culture that has turned the camera perpetually toward ourselves, the compassion fatigue that causes us to withdraw when the pain gets too heavy, and the busyness that lets us look at the people at our own dinner table without ever really seeing them. The takeaway that will send you back into your world differently: seeing is hard work, but we were born for this. ✨ If you've ever asked questions like… ✅ What does it actually mean to be called? Is it just for leaders and missionaries? ✅ How do I start seeing the people around me the way Jesus sees them? ✅ I feel so overwhelmed by the brokenness in the world. How do I keep caring without burning out? ✅ What is compassion fatigue and how do I know if I'm experiencing it? ✅ How do I move from passively feeling bad about injustice to actually doing something about it? ✅ Why does it feel like I'm too busy or too small to make a difference? ✅ What does the harvest field actually look like in my everyday, ordinary life? …then this is your episode. 💡 What you'll learn: → Why looking and seeing are not the same thing — what Simon's blindness in Luke 7 reveals about the self-righteous, label-driven way we categorize people rather than truly seeing them, and what it costs us when we do. → How compassion is not just an emotion but the engine of calling — why we can only sustain seeing and serving people over the long term when we are connected to the source of that compassion rather than running on passion alone. → Why calling begins not with a platform but with a posture — and how Jesus's pattern of seeing one woman at Simon's dinner table, then hitting the road again to see many more, is the exact pattern He is inviting every one of us into right now. • Episode 411 | You Are The Aroma of Christ: Living Out Your True Identity 07.09.2026 19мин
Every room you walk into, you leave a scent behind. Not the perfume you're wearing — your presence. The thing that lingers after you've left. The spiritual fragrance that people associate with your name, your home, your workplace, your family. And Christine Caine wants to ask you directly: what does yours smell like? In episode five of A Life Unleashed, Christine Caine opens 2 Corinthians 2:14–17 and unpacks one of the most sensory and surprising images Paul ever used for the Christian life: the Roman triumph parade, where priests carried incense through the streets of Rome so that every citizen could smell the victory before they ever saw it. Paul says that is exactly what we are: the aroma of Christ, diffused through us everywhere we go, to everyone we meet. In this episode, Christine Caine shows that the gospel is not only good news to the ears — it is a good smell to the nose, and God Himself can smell it. She takes us through Scripture to show that smell has always mattered to God, from Noah's offering in Genesis to Mary's perfume filling the house in John 12 to Jesus Himself, the ultimate sweet-smelling sacrifice of Ephesians 5. She makes the case that whatever is in our hearts will inevitably diffuse out of our spiritual pores and that we cannot manufacture the fragrance of Christ through behavior alone. Just as perfume is made by the pressing and crushing of flowers, the sweet fragrance of Christ comes forth in us through the very seasons of brokenness and dying to self that we most want to avoid. And she names the hard truth: not everyone will love the scent. The same fragrance that smells like life to believers may smell like death to the lost, and the temptation to dilute the gospel to make it more palatable to the world will always be there. But if you change the chemical composition, it is no longer the same aroma. The takeaway that will stay with you: our spiritual influence on other people is directly proportional to the vitality of our own intimacy with Jesus. ✨ If you've ever asked questions like… ✅ How do I make my faith feel real and visible to the people around me, not just something I believe privately? ✅ Why does it seem like some Christians have a quality about them that draws people in, while others repel? ✅ What does it actually mean to be a witness and is it something I do or something I am? ✅ How do I keep sharing the gospel when the world seems more hostile to it than ever? ✅ What do I do when following Jesus starts costing me socially or professionally? ✅ How do I let God change what's in my heart, not just my behavior? ✅ Why does brokenness and hardship seem to produce the most spiritually compelling people? …then this is your episode. 💡 What you'll learn: → What Paul meant by the Roman triumph metaphor in 2 Corinthians 2 — and why understanding Christ as the victorious general leading a never-ending procession changes how you see yourself in the middle of every hard season. → Why the fragrance of Christ cannot be manufactured through behavior modification — and how the pressing and crushing of our own flesh, not our performance, is what releases the sweet aroma of Christ in and through our lives. → Why the same gospel fragrance smells like life to some and death to others — and why diluting the message to make it more palatable to the world means it is no longer the gospel at all, and what it looks like to carry the full potency of Christ's aroma without apology. • Episode 410 | Identity in Community: You Belong to the Body 31.08.2026 28мин
You might be in the right place. You're just not sure it's enough of a place. It doesn't look like much from the outside. Nobody's watching. Nobody's applauding. It's not the position you pictured when you said yes to God. And every time you scroll through someone else's highlight reel, your place feels smaller and smaller. But Christine Caine has a word for anyone who has ever felt overlooked, underplaced, or tempted to leave, and it comes straight from 1 Corinthians 12. In episode four of A Life Unleashed series, Christine Caine opens Paul's body of Christ metaphor and makes the case that where God sets you is never accidental and what you do there is never invisible, no matter how unseen it feels. In this episode, Christine Caine walks through 1 Corinthians 12:12–27 to show that the church is not a platform system where visibility equals significance. It is a body where every ligament, every unseen muscle, every hidden part is indispensable, and where one displaced part causes the whole body to limp. She makes the case that a gift displayed outside the body has no ultimate purpose, that God doesn't need a marketing plan to find you — He goes to the place He assigned you — and that the church today is spiritually limping because too many people have either abandoned their place or are devaluing the place they're in. The takeaway that will anchor you: if you don't embrace your place, you will always feel displaced. And when God sets you in place, you cannot be displaced and you cannot be replaced. ✨ If you've ever asked questions like… ✅ How do I stay faithful in a place that feels small, invisible, or beneath what I feel called to? ✅ Why does it feel like God is using everyone else more than He's using me? ✅ Is it okay to leave where I am for something that looks like a better opportunity? ✅ What if I've been in this season longer than I thought I would be? Does that mean God has forgotten me? ✅ How do I know if I'm in the right place or if I should be somewhere else? ✅ Does what I do behind the scenes actually matter if no one ever sees it? ✅ How do I stop comparing my place to someone else's position? …then this is your episode. 💡 What you'll learn: → Why visibility does not equal significance in the body of Christ — and how 1 Corinthians 12 dismantles the hierarchy of importance that has quietly infiltrated how we think about calling, gifting, and worth. → How a single displaced ligament can immobilize an entire body — and what that means for the unseen, unglamorous place you're in right now and the people who are depending on you to stay there. → Why God doesn't find you by scanning your resume — He goes to the place He assigned you and how embracing your place with faithfulness, not visibility, is what positions you for everything God has prepared next. • Episode 409 | You Are a Living Letter: How Your Life Reads to the World Around You 24.08.2026 22мин
Most people are going to read your life long before they ever read the Bible. That means you are already a letter. The only question is whether the writing is legible — whether the people in your world can actually make out the message, or whether what they're reading in your life doesn't match what you say you believe. In episode 3 of the A Life Unleashed series, Christine Caine opens 2 Corinthians 3:1–3 and unpacks one of the most quietly confronting images Paul ever gave the church: you are a living letter, written not with ink but with the Spirit of the living God, known and read by everyone. In this episode, Christine Caine shows that the question of Christian witness is not primarily about what we say. It's about what our lives communicate when no one is asking. She takes us into the context of Paul's defense of his apostolic authority to the Corinthian church, where his letter of recommendation wasn't a document but a community of people whose changed lives were the proof of the gospel. She makes the case that the same is true for us: every believer is a living letter sent into a specific sphere of influence (an office, a school, a street, a sports team) and we may be the only letter Jesus has sent to that exact place. Christine is honest about what makes a letter illegible and what it looks like to be deliberately, consistently readable in a world that is watching. The takeaway that will stay with you: a Christian is a walking memo from God to a lost world, so let's make sure what we're communicating is the good news of the hope of Jesus. ✨ If you've ever asked questions like… ✅ Does how I live as a Christian actually matter to people who don't believe? ✅ How do I share my faith when my actions haven't always matched my words? ✅ What does it mean to be a witness? Is that just for pastors and leaders? ✅ Why does it feel like people expect more from Christians than from anyone else? ✅ How do I live out my faith consistently when life is messy and I keep falling short? ✅ What does it look like to be sent by God into my specific context — work, family, school? ✅ How do I make Jesus visible to people who would never walk into a church? …then this is your episode. 💡 What you'll learn: → What Paul meant when he called the Corinthian believers his living letters — and why that image means every single believer, not just leaders and preachers, has been sent as God's personal letter to their specific sphere of influence. → Why legibility matters — what makes a Christian's life readable or unreadable to the watching world, and the difference between the perfection nobody expects and the consistency that actually communicates the gospel. → What the new covenant contrast between stone tablets and human hearts means for how we live — and how the Holy Spirit transforming us from the inside out is what makes our lives a credible witness to the power of the gospel. • Episode 408 | Your Spiritual Wardrobe: What to Put On and Take Off Now That You're in Christ 17.08.2026 21мин
You got a brand new identity in Christ. But are you still wearing the old clothes? Most of us know that something changed when we came to faith. What we're less sure about is what that means for how we actually live — what we put on, what we take off, and what we've let quietly stay in the closet because it still fits a little too comfortably. In episode two of our series A Life Unleashed, Christine Caine opens Colossians 3 and does what Paul does: gets practical. In this episode, Christine Caine uses the extended metaphor of a spiritual wardrobe to unpack one of the most practical passages in the New Testament. Since we have been raised with Christ, Paul says, there are clothes we used to wear that simply should not fit us anymore, and there is a brand new wardrobe hanging in the closet that most of us haven't fully tried on yet.  Christine is honest about what her old wardrobe looked like before Christ and what it meant to discover that those clothes were slowly destroying her life. She makes the case that getting dressed spiritually doesn't happen by accident any more than getting dressed physically does. It takes intentionality, daily decision, and a clear sense of who you are representing. The takeaway that will stay with you: the sin you won't kill will end up killing something else (your relationships, your peace, your witness) and through the power of the Holy Spirit, you have the agency to choose differently every single day. ✨ If you've ever asked questions like… ✅ I'm a Christian but I still struggle with the same things, is something wrong with me? ✅ How do I actually change my behavior? Is it willpower, or is there something deeper going on? ✅ What does it mean to put off the old self and put on the new self — practically? ✅ Why does setting my mind on things above actually matter for how I live down here? ✅ How do I stop being complacent about the things in my life that I know aren't right? ✅ Does how I live as a Christian actually affect people around me who don't believe? ✅ What does God's wardrobe for me actually look like, and how do I start wearing it? …then this is your episode. 💡 What you'll learn: → Why Paul starts with mindset before behavior — and how where you set your mind determines what your spiritual wardrobe actually looks like, whether you realize it or not. → The specific clothes Paul says to take off and put on in Colossians 3, why they're not arbitrary rules but a direct reflection of your new identity in Christ, and how to start wearing them with intentionality every day. → Why the sin you don't name and don't kill has a way of killing something else — and how the power of the Holy Spirit gives you genuine agency to choose a different wardrobe, starting today. • Episode 407 | It Is Finished: What One Word from the Cross Changes About Your Identity 10.08.2026 21мин
One word. Spoken once. And it changed everything for all of eternity. When Jesus bowed his head on the cross and said, "It is finished," he wasn't admitting defeat. He was shouting victory. In the original Greek, it is a single word — tetelestai — a business term meaning "all is completed, paid in full." Written at the bottom of a debt. Stamped across a record of what was owed. And at Calvary, Jesus wrote it across yours. In the first episode of our podcast series A Life Unleashed: Living Fully in the Purpose God Designed You For, Christine Caine takes us to John 19:28–30 and unpacks the three things that were completed at the cross and why all three have direct bearing on who you are and how you live right now. ✨ If you've ever asked questions like… ✅ I know Jesus died for sins, but does that actually cover everything I've done or had done to me? ✅ Why do I still feel shame and condemnation even after I've been forgiven? ✅ How do I stop feeling like I need to earn God's love or prove myself to Him? ✅ Can God really redeem a family history like mine — abuse, addiction, abandonment? ✅ I feel too far gone. Is there actually hope for someone like me? ✅ What does the finished work of the cross actually mean for my everyday life? ✅ How do I let what Jesus did become bigger than what people did to me? …then this is your episode. 💡 What you'll learn: → What tetelestai actually means — the Greek tense, the business term, and why "paid in full" is not just a metaphor but the precise legal and spiritual reality of what Jesus accomplished at the cross for you. → The three things that were finished at Calvary — the sacrificial system, sin, and shame — and why understanding each one dismantles the lie that you still have something to prove, earn, or hide. → How to draw a bloodline in the sand — how the finished work of Christ makes it possible for your history not to define your destiny, and what it looks like to let tetelestai be the word that rewrites your family tree. • Episode 406 | You Were Made for This: How God's Process Prepares You for Your Destiny 03.08.2026 15мин
Nobody told you the process would take this long. You said yes. You showed up. You stayed faithful. And still, nothing looks the way you thought it would by now. If that's where you are, Christine Caine has a word for you from the life of David and from her own story: God has not forgotten you. He is preparing you for the thing He has already prepared for you. In the final episode of our summer series, Christine Caine ends with the message most of us need to hear before we can truly step into the destiny God has in store for us: the process is not the problem. The process is the point. In this episode, Christine Caine weaves together the story of David's journey from shepherd boy to king with her own — from the Bible college dean who told her she would never speak publicly, to cleaning a broom closet alone on a church volunteer day, to being handed a pager and asked to start a youth center, to speaking to government advisors and filling arenas. None of it looked like a straight line. None of it moved as fast as she wanted. And all of it was preparation. ✨ If you've ever asked questions like… ✅ I feel called, so why does nothing seem to be happening yet? ✅ How do I stay faithful in a season that feels pointless, small, or beneath me? ✅ What do I do when life genuinely isn't fair and God hasn't explained why? ✅ How do I trust God's timing when I'm watching less qualified people get ahead? ✅ Is the hard season I'm in actually preparing me for something or have I missed my moment? ✅ What's the difference between being anointed and being appointed? ✅ How do I keep turning up when I feel overlooked, criticized, or forgotten? …then this is your episode. 💡 What you'll learn: → Why the process between anointing and appointing is never wasted — and how every stage of David's journey, including the ones he didn't choose, was building something in him that could not have been shortcut. → Why the enemy's attacks are rarely about where you are now — they're about where you're going — and how to recognize an assignment against your future disguised as present discouragement. • Episode 405 | God's Promises Are Still Yes: Believing for What He Said He Would Do 27.07.2026 25мин
God is not waiting to give you something. He's waiting for you to go get what He's already given. That's the tension at the heart of this episode, and if you've ever found yourself in a season of praying, waiting, and wondering why nothing seems to be moving, Christine Caine has a direct word for you from the Book of Joshua: how long will you put off going in to possess the land? In this week of our summer series, Christine Caine brings the entire series to a point. We've built the roots. We've developed the resilience. We've walked through shame, waited through the wilderness, found the peace. Now comes the question that determines whether any of it produces fruit: are you willing to go in and possess what God has already promised you? Because the abundant life Jesus described in John 10:10 was never meant to be dropped from the sky. It was meant to be walked into actively, faithfully, and at personal cost. ✨ If you've ever asked questions like… ✅ Why does it feel like God's promises are for everyone else but not for me? ✅ I've been praying and believing for years, but why haven't I seen the breakthrough yet? ✅ What does it actually mean to possess the promises of God — is there something I need to do? ✅ How do I know what I need to cut away in order to move forward? ✅ Is the abundant life Jesus promised actually available to me right now, in my circumstances? ✅ Why do some Christians seem to walk in blessing and favor while others don't? ✅ Am I co-laboring with God or just waiting for Him to do something I'm supposed to participate in? …then this is your episode. 💡 What you'll learn: → Why God's promises are already yes and amen in Christ — but possessing them requires active participation, not passive waiting, and what it looks like to partner with God to go in and take what He has already given. → What the circumcision at Gilgal teaches us about the cutting away that always precedes new territory — and how to identify what you need to lay down before you can go in and possess what's next. → Why every generation must pay their own price (you cannot inherit someone else's breakthrough) and what it means for you personally to step into the fullness of what God has prepared for this season of your life. • Episode 404 | You Are Not What Happened to You: Finding Freedom From Shame to Flourish 20.07.2026 12мин
You can have deep roots, genuine resilience, open hands, and real faith — and still not fully flourish. Because flourishing requires freedom. And for most of us, the thing standing between us and that freedom is something we've been carrying so long we don't notice the weight anymore. It's shame. In week 8 of our summer series, Christine Caine gets personal. This is the episode where she shares the testimony that reaches the part of us we don't usually let anyone see, the part that wonders, quietly and persistently, whether we are actually enough. Whether God could really use someone like us. Whether what happened to us has somehow disqualified us from what He intended for us. Christine Caine takes us back to Genesis 2, to the last verse before the fall, to the one thing God never designed us to carry, and shows that shame was never part of the original design. The enemy introduced it precisely because it is the most effective weapon against the thing he most wants to destroy: a life bearing fruit for the Kingdom. In this episode, Christine Caine opens her own story and shows what happened when she chose to place the truth of God's Word over the facts of her circumstances. She doesn't minimize the facts. She simply introduces a force that is higher than the facts: the truth of who God says you are. The takeaway that will stay with you: the thing the enemy used to shame you is often the very thing God will use to qualify you. ✨ If you've ever asked questions like… ✅ Why do I still feel like I'm not enough, even after years of faith? ✅ Can God really use someone with a past like mine? ✅ How do I separate my identity from what happened to me? ✅ What do I do with shame that feels too deep or too old to shift? ✅ How do I believe what God says about me when the facts of my life say something different? ✅ Is it possible to flourish when I'm still carrying things I haven't told anyone? ✅ What does it actually mean to be God's workmanship — and does that include me? …then this is your episode. 💡 What you'll learn: → Why shame was never part of God's original design — and how understanding what we were created without changes everything about how we understand what we're carrying now. → The difference between facts and truth — and how choosing to place the Word of God over the circumstances of your past is not denial, but the most courageous and faith-filled act available to you. → How the very thing the enemy has used to disqualify you is often the exact thing God intends to use to qualify you — and what it looks like to let Him rewrite the story shame has been telling about your life. • Episode 403 | Waiting as Worship: What God is Doing When Nothing Seems to Happen 13.07.2026 15мин
God never said, "Hurry up." He said, "Wait." And most of us are terrible at it. In week seven of our summer series, Christine Caine speaks into the season most of us are trying to get through as fast as possible — the waiting room. The season between the promise and the fulfillment. The gap between what God said and what you can currently see. Most of us treat that gap as a problem to be solved or a delay to be endured. Christine Caine makes clear it's neither. It is the place where the deepest roots get formed. She takes us through David's journey, not to show us how he arrived, but to show us what happened in between. Because David didn't just wait. He became. Every stage of the process taught him something he could not have learned any other way. The sheep. The palace. The cave. The wilderness. None of it was wasted. All of it was preparation. Waiting on God is not passive. It is the most active, faith-filled posture you can take. ✨ If you've ever asked questions like… ✅ I feel called and gifted — so why does it feel like nothing is happening? ✅ How do I stay faithful in a season that feels pointless or beneath me? ✅ What do I do when life feels genuinely unfair and God hasn't explained why? ✅ How do I trust God's timing when I'm watching less qualified people get ahead? ✅ Is the hard season I'm in actually preparing me for something or have I missed my moment? ✅ What's the difference between being anointed and being appointed — and what happens in between? ✅ How do I keep turning up when I've been overlooked, misunderstood, or treated unjustly? …then this is your episode. 💡 What you'll learn: → Why the waiting room is not wasted time — and how David's journey from shepherd boy to king shows that every stage of the process, including the ones you resent most, is forming something in you that cannot be shortcut. → How to navigate the "this isn't fair" tension without becoming bitter or trying to force what only God can bring and why making what Jesus did for you bigger than what people did to you is the only way through that actually works. → What it means to stop waiting to be discovered and start submitting to the process of being developed and why open, receiving hands are the first posture of a flourishing life. • Episode 402 | Peace That Holds: Trusting God When the Ground is Shaking 06.07.2026 10мин
Your circumstances haven't changed. The storm is still there. So why are you so calm? That's not a problem. That's a testimony. In week six of our summer series, Christine Caine takes us into one of the most practical and quietly radical things a believer can do in a chaotic world: refuse to let your heart spiral. Drawing on Philippians 4:6–7 and John 14, she shows that the peace of God isn't the absence of storms — every single one of us is either heading into one, standing in the middle of one, or coming out of one. Peace isn't what happens when the storm stops. It's what guards your heart while it's still raging. In this episode, Christine Caine unpacks the military language behind Philippians 4:7, the peace of God standing guard like a Roman soldier stationed at the gates of your heart, and makes the case that supernatural peace in the middle of chaos is one of the most powerful witnessing tools a believer has. She's honest about a recent situation that could have sent her spiraling, and shares what it looked like to actually apply Paul's instruction: pray about it, give it to God, and go to bed. Not because the situation was resolved, but because God never sleeps. The takeaway that will stay with you: don't lose your peace over something you can do nothing about. Take it to the only one who can do something about everything. ✨ If you've ever asked questions like… ✅ How do I stop my mind from spiraling when something scary or uncertain is happening? ✅ Is it possible to genuinely have peace when my circumstances are still a mess? ✅ What does it actually mean to give something to God — and how do I stop picking it back up? ✅ Why does it feel like I'm not allowed to be at peace, like I don't care enough if I'm not worrying? ✅ How do I trust God when I can't see Him doing anything about my situation? ✅ What does biblical peace actually feel like and how is it different from just numbing out? ✅ How do I guard my heart without shutting down or pretending everything is fine? …then this is your episode. 💡 What you'll learn: → What it means that the peace of God will "guard" your heart — the military image behind Paul's words, and why that matters for the specific thing keeping you up at night right now. → Why supernatural peace in the middle of a storm is not spiritual bypassing or irresponsibility, but instead is one of the most powerful testimonies to the faithfulness of God available to you right now. → The practical posture Christine uses to actually leave something at God's feet instead of picking it back up — and how taking everything to God in prayer with thanksgiving becomes the daily discipline that holds a flourishing life together. • Episode 401 | Go Again: Praying with Faith When You See Nothing 29.06.2026 15мин
What do you do when you've prayed and nothing has changed? You go again. In week 5 of our summer series, Christine Caine takes us to Elijah on the summit of Carmel: face between his knees, praying in the dark, sending his servant back to the horizon seven times before a cloud the size of a man's hand finally appears. Most of us go once. Maybe twice. Maybe three times. But the fourth, fifth, sixth time — that's where most people stop. That's where faith gets tested not by what we see, but by what we don't. Elijah heard the sound of rain before a single drop fell. That gap, between what you hear in the spirit and what you can see in the natural, is what Christine Caine calls the faith zone. And it's where every one of us will be asked to live. We've committed to the direction. Now comes the test: what do you do when you keep going and it's still hard? Resilience isn't the absence of exhaustion. It's the willingness to eat the bread God puts in front of you and get up one more time. ✨ If you've ever asked questions like… ✅ I've been praying for the same thing for years and nothing has changed — should I keep going? ✅ How do I pray with faith and expectation when I'm exhausted and discouraged? ✅ What do I do when God feels silent and I can't see anything happening? ✅ How do I hold onto peace without ignoring the reality of what I'm facing? ✅ What does persistent prayer actually look like in everyday life? ✅ Is it okay to feel like giving up — and what do I do when I get there? ✅ How do I keep believing for a miracle when I've seen nothing for so long? …then this is your episode. 💡 What you'll learn: → Why going again — in prayer, in faith, in hope — is not desperation but biblical precedent, and how Elijah's seven trips to the summit reframe every season of unanswered prayer you've ever walked through. → What the faith zone is and how to stay anchored there — in the gap between what God has promised and what you can currently see — without losing hope or getting stuck in despair. → How to practically bring anxiety, discouragement, and the weight of waiting to God in prayer so you are not overwhelmed by what you cannot yet see. • Episode 400 | Don't Look Back: What Lot's Wife Teaches Us About Staying Rooted in What's Ahead 22.06.2026 17мин
There are only three words — and Jesus said them in the middle of a conversation about the end times, almost as an aside. But nothing Jesus says is random. “Remember Lot's wife.” Of the possible 170 women mentioned in the Bible, she is the only one Jesus ever told us to remember. Not Eve. Not Sarah. Not Esther. Not Deborah. Not even his own mother. One woman. Three words. And Christine Caine believes Jesus meant every one of them for you. In week 4 of our summer series, Christine opens Luke 17 and Genesis 19 to ask the question Lot's wife couldn't answer: what happens when your longing for what you're leaving behind becomes greater than your trust in what God has promised ahead? In this episode, Christine Caine unpacks the story of Lot's wife — a woman with no name, a single cameo in the Old Testament, and one of the most arresting warnings in all of scripture. Lot's wife was being led out of destruction by an angel, toward the future God had promised her family, and she looked back. Her misplaced longing led to lingering. Her lingering led to being calcified — stuck forever in a place she was only ever supposed to be passing through. Christine Caine makes the case that this is not an ancient cautionary tale. It is the central challenge of the resilient life: will you keep moving forward into what God has for you, or will you keep looking back at what He's asking you to leave behind? ✨ If you've ever asked questions like… ✅ Why can't I seem to let go of my past — even when I know God is calling me forward? ✅ Is it wrong to grieve what I've lost or left behind, or does that mean I'm looking back? ✅ How do I know the difference between healthy reflection and destructive nostalgia? ✅ I feel stuck — emotionally, spiritually, in old patterns — how do I move forward? ✅ Why does God ask us to leave things behind that feel safe, familiar, or good? ✅ What does it actually look like to fix my eyes on Jesus when the past keeps pulling at me? ✅ Can God still use me if I've already looked back — if I've already gotten stuck? …then this is your episode. 💡 What you'll learn: → Why Jesus singled out Lot's wife as the one to remember, and what her story reveals about the specific danger of misplaced longing in your own life right now. → The difference between lingering and passing through and how to identify the places, seasons, relationships, or patterns in your life where God is calling you to stop looking back and keep moving. → How the same substance Lot's wife became — salt, a preservative — is the exact substance Jesus calls you to be in the world, and why you cannot salt the earth around you if you are calcified in the past. • Episode 399 | Rooted Under Pressure: How Faith, Endurance and Hard Seasons Are Connected 15.06.2026 14мин
What if the pressure you're under right now isn't a sign that something is going wrong — but that something is being built? We live in a world that treats discomfort as a problem to be solved and pressure as a threat to be escaped. But Christine Caine opens Hebrews with a different diagnosis entirely: the pressure isn't the enemy of your faith. It's the furnace where your faith becomes real. In week 3 of our summer series, Christine Caine closes the Root phase with the message that connects everything: faith, endurance, and pressure don't just coexist — they're designed to work together. James 1 tells us the testing of faith produces endurance. Endurance produces the rooted character that holds a flourishing life. Roots don't grow in comfort. They grow in resistance. This is the last week of the Root phase. Next week everything shifts — and you need this foundation under you before it does. ✨ If you've ever asked questions like… ✅ How do I keep going in my faith when I'm exhausted and everything feels hard? ✅ Is it okay to feel like I want to quit — and what do I do with that feeling? ✅ Why does God allow so much pressure and pain if He's for me? ✅ What does it mean to run with endurance — is that just white-knuckling it? ✅ How do I stop running from hard things and start growing through them? ✅ What does the "great cloud of witnesses" actually mean for me in my daily life? ✅ How do I build roots strong enough to hold everything God is calling me toward? …then this is your episode. 💡 What you'll learn: → Why pressure is not your enemy — it's the only place where spiritual strength, anointing, and authority are actually built, and how to reframe the hard seasons you're in right now. → The difference between passive endurance (just gritting your teeth) and the active, hope-filled fortitude the writer of Hebrews is actually calling us to — and why only one of them produces fruit. → How staying faithful in the unseen, unglamorous, overlooked moments — not the big ones — is what builds the capacity to carry everything God has called you to. • Episode 398 | The Process is the Preparation: Trusting How God Grows You 08.06.2026 35мин
Nobody told you the waiting is the work. We live in a world that rewards being discovered — going viral, moving fast, getting noticed. But God's economy runs on something entirely different: development. And development always happens in the dark. In week two of this summer series, Christine Caine takes us into the darkroom — the season of delay, disappointment, and hiddenness that God uses not to hold us back, but to build the roots that will hold us up when everything shakes. Christine Caine does it through the story of a young man named David: anointed at 17, appointed at 37. Twenty years. Twenty chapters. And not one of them wasted. This isn't a season you endure. It's a season you grow in. Originally heard by over 135,000 people — what is God growing in you right now that you can't yet see? ✨ If you've ever asked questions like… ✅ Why does it feel like everyone else is moving forward while I'm still waiting? ✅ I feel called and gifted — so why isn't anything happening yet? ✅ What's the difference between a gift and an anointing — and why does it matter? ✅ How do I stay faithful in private when no one seems to notice? ✅ Why does God's process feel so slow when the world moves so fast? ✅ What do I do when I feel overlooked by the people who were supposed to see me? ✅ How do I stop comparing my journey to someone else's highlight reel? …then this is your episode. 💡 What you'll learn: → Why God's development process is not optional — and why bypassing it produces gifted people with no anointing and purpose that doesn't last. → The crucial difference between being anointed and being appointed — and why the gap between those two moments is where your character is forged. → How faithful, private obedience — doing what God has placed in front of you right now — is always what positions you for what He has prepared for you next. • Episode 397 | Rooted Enough to Believe: Faith That Moves the Impossible 01.06.2026 13мин
This summer on Equip & Empower with Christine Caine, we’re answering the question: what does it actually look like to live a rooted, resilient, and fruitful life? We’re starting not with survival, but with possibility. A rooted life isn’t just a stable life — it’s a life capable of believing God for the impossible. And most of us have confused those two things. We want to be steady. We want to be safe. But Christine Caine opens this summer series with a provocation: the moment your situation stops being impossible is the moment you stop needing God. Roots aren’t just for holding you in place. They’re what make everything else possible. In this opening episode, Christine draws the line between intellectual faith and active trust — the difference between believing in God and believing God. For the thing in front of you.  For the miracle that seems too far.  For the promise you’ve nearly stopped praying for. ✨ If you’ve ever asked questions like… ✅ What’s the difference between believing in God and actually believing God — for my specific situation? ✅ How do I trust God when the people I should have been able to trust have hurt me? ✅ Can God really rebuild what’s broken in me before He can use me for something bigger? ✅ How do I step out in faith when I’m still carrying wounds from my past? ✅ Why do I keep praying for a miracle but pulling back from anything that actually requires one? ✅ What does it mean to be rooted — and why does it matter for the life I’m trying to build? ✅ Is it possible to flourish after abandonment, betrayal, or brokenness? …then this is your episode. 💡 What you’ll learn: → The crucial distinction between believing in God and believing God — and why only one of them moves you into the impossible assignments He’s called you to. → Why God’s assignments are always impossible by design, and why that’s not a sign you’re in the wrong place — it’s a sign He’s about to show up. → How letting God rebuild the broken walls of your inner life is not a detour from your purpose — it is the root system that makes everything else possible. • Episode 396 | From Pit to Palace: Finding Purpose Through Pain, Waiting, and Betrayal 25.05.2026 45мин
What do you do when the dream God gave you feels completely disconnected from the reality you're living? When life feels unfair, painful, delayed, or deeply disappointing, it can be easy to wonder if God has forgotten you. In this episode, Christine Caine walks through the story of Joseph in Genesis 37–50 — one where betrayal, waiting, setbacks, and suffering aren't the end of the narrative. They're the process. From the pit to Potiphar's house. From prison to the palace. God wasn't absent in Joseph's darkest chapters. He was positioning him. Christine Caine shows that the painful seasons aren't detours from your purpose. They are the preparation for it. If you're in a waiting room right now, wondering whether God has forgotten the dream He placed in you, this message is for you. ✨ If you've ever asked questions like… ✅ Why would God allow painful seasons if He gave me the dream? ✅ What do I do when I feel forgotten or overlooked? ✅ Can God still use my trauma and setbacks for good? ✅ How do I forgive people who have deeply hurt me? ✅ How do I trust God's timing when the wait feels unbearable? ✅ What does faithfulness look like when nothing is going the way I planned? ✅ Is it possible for my story to still turn out the way God intended? ...then listen in! 💡 What you'll learn: → How God uses process, preparation, and perseverance to position you for purpose — and why the pit is never the end of the story. → Why God's presence matters more than your circumstances, platform, or opportunities — and how to recognize it in the hardest seasons. → How forgiveness, faithfulness, and endurance don't just free you — they become the foundation of your legacy. 📘 For more messages like this, check out Christine's NYT Bestselling book The Faith to Flourish → ChristineCaine.com/Flourish 💛 Free Episode Reflection Guide — download it here: → bit.ly/4gx1ZYk New here? What if the thing you’ve been praying for requires the response you’ve been avoiding? In this powerful message, we dive into John 5 and the story of the man at the Pool of Bethesda—a man who had been stuck for 38 years, waiting for change but bound by excuses, disappointment, and patterns. • EP 394: Does God Care What You Do With Your Body? | Faith, Fitness, Beauty & Biblical Truth 11.05.2026 36мин
Most of us have never been taught what the Bible actually says about our bodies. Christine Caine is asking the question a lot of people are afraid to ask out loud — does God care what you do with your body? How you eat, how you exercise, how you present yourself? What about tattoos, piercings, or cosmetic surgery? The answer is more nuanced — and more freeing — than you might think. In this full sermon, Christine Caine walks through the biblical truth about the body as the temple of the Holy Spirit, and brings Scripture into conversation with some of the most personal questions we carry — about fitness, beauty standards, stewardship, and identity. She's not here to shame anyone. She's here to bring clarity where the culture has created confusion. Because there's a difference between honoring your body and idolizing it. And most of us are navigating that line without a map. In this episode, you'll discover: What it actually means to steward your body as God's temple — without becoming consumed by it Why your identity is rooted in Christ, not your appearance or your fitness level What the Bible says about tattoos, piercings, cosmetic surgery, and beauty standards How to examine your motives — and make decisions about your body from freedom, not pressure This is for you if you've ever asked: → Does God care how I look or how I take care of my body? → Is it wrong to want to be fit, healthy, or attractive? → What does the Bible actually say about tattoos or cosmetic surgery? → How do I stop swinging between neglect and obsession with my appearance? 📘 Want to grow deeper in a flourishing life with God? • EP 393: How to Handle Your Anger Instead Of Your Anger Handling You 04.05.2026 31мин
Anger doesn't always look the way you think it does. Christine Caine has sat with this question for years — and in this message, she gets honest about what's really underneath our anger, and why most of us have never been taught to look there. Sometimes anger is a raised voice. Sometimes it's withdrawal. Sometimes it's the quiet bitterness you've been carrying for years and calling something else. In Jonah 4, God asks Jonah a simple question: "Is it right for you to be angry?" Jonah couldn't answer it. A lot of us can't either. In this full sermon, Christine Caine unpacks the difference between righteous anger and destructive anger, how to identify what's actually driving your emotions, and what it looks like to process anger in a way that leads to healing — not more harm. This one will stay with you. In this episode, you'll discover: ● The difference between righteous anger and the kind that destroys ● How to identify the real root of your emotions (not just the trigger) ● Practical, biblical steps to process anger and walk in genuine freedom ● Why God isn't afraid of your anger — and what He wants to do with it This is for you if you've ever asked: → Is anger always a sin? → Why do I react so strongly → even when I know better? → How do I actually control my anger in the moment? → Can God use my anger for something good? 📘 Want to grow deeper in a flourishing life with God?
