She recounts her realization while taking a patient's case history that the patient's suffering was not solely due to their experiences during the war but rather the impact of their early childhood and infancy years. Check out these episode highlights: 01:53 - How did Elizabeth first get into homeopathy 04:25 - What inspired Elizabeth to write a book 08:26 - How can transgenerational trauma be identified in a consultation 11:41 - How do you incorporate epigenetics into prescribing decisions 14:46 - Incorporating knowledge of the microbiome into homeopathic practice 16:54 - Approaches to trauma treatment that are favored in the clinic's practice 22:06 - The global reach and a diverse patient base of homeopathy 26:40 - Can homeopathy help individuals move past a traumatizing event 28:26 - Understanding homeopathy beyond the treatment of physical ailments About My Guest: Elizabeth Adalian MCH is a professional homeopath and author who offers seminars, lectures, and supervision to her patients. Her work focuses on the concept of trauma and its impact on individuals, particularly during the pandemic and the current global challenges, such as the Ukrainian war and climate change. Elizabeth believes that homeopathy can effectively support individuals to build resilience and heal the epigenetic load they carry from childhood and current pressures. She uses an individual's timeline to target the primal influences on the case and understands the evolution of materia medica to provide a distinctive early contributing factor to the patterns of the individual. Elizabeth's approach to homeopathy is transformative and not only benefits the patient's health but also their potential for growth. She offers mentoring in this approach to both homeopaths and students of homeopathy. His interest in natural healing was sparked by his own health struggles as a child, which began with a severe reaction to a smallpox vaccination at 18 months old. This led to a cascade of symptoms, including eczema, asthma, hay fever, and allergies, which were treated with conventional medications. As he grew older, Mundy took control of his health and began researching alternative ways to heal. He discovered the power of a healthy diet of fresh, organic, non-processed foods and started receiving acupuncture. However, it was only after trying a homeopathic treatment that he experienced complete healing. This transformative experience inspired Mundy to study natural medicine and eventually become a practitioner of homeopathy himself. He now helps others to achieve their own health and wellness goals through natural, non-invasive methods.
