64 Trying to Renew Your Mind? Start Here 17.09.2026 18dkTrying to renew your mind but not sure where to start? Sometimes the thoughts and beliefs that need renewing are so automatic that we do not even recognize them. We may think we're being realistic, honest, or practical, while our words reveal fear, discouragement, old patterns, or beliefs we have carried for years. In this episode of The Mindset Mom, we’re talking about one of the simplest places to start renewing your mind: paying attention to what you say. You’ll learn how your words can reveal what your heart has been carrying, why what you consume matters, and how to replace old thought patterns with God’s truth. Scriptures: Romans 12:2 | Luke 6:45 | Philippians 4:8 | Proverbs 18:21 | Psalm 139:23-24 In This Episode: Why you cannot renew a thought pattern you do not recognize How your words can reveal the beliefs underneath your reactions Why “I’m just being realistic” can sometimes hide an old mindset pattern How what you repeatedly consume can shape what you think and believe Why renewing your mind takes repetition, not perfection A simple Notice → Question → Replace → Repeat tool to help you practice Biblical truth Renewing your mind does not start with pretending everything is fine. It starts with noticing what you are believing and inviting God to replace old patterns with His truth. 🩷 Ready to renew your mind?Join my FREE 21 Days to Calm Anxious Thoughts Journey and receive daily Scripture, declarations, practical mindset tools, and prayers to help you experience more of God’s peace. 👉🏻 Start your journey: 21 Days To Calm Anxious Thoughts 🩷 Want to go deeper?Join my Faith-Based Mind Renewal Coaching Waitlist through the links in today’s show notes. 👉🏻 Join the waitlist: Coaching Waitlist 🩷 Connect with me: Join the Private Facebook Group: The Mindset Mom Community Get weekly encouragement from The Mindset Mom Insider: Weekly Newsletter -

49 Why It Feels Like God Has Forgotten You (When He Hasn't) 20.07.2026 8dkHave you ever gone through something so hard that you wondered, "God... do You even see me anymore?" Maybe you've kept praying, kept reading your Bible, and kept trusting Him, but all you can feel is silence. In this episode of The Mindset Mom, we're talking about what to do when God feels distant, life feels unfair, and you can't see what He's doing. Through Job's story, Jesus' words in John 16:33, and lessons from my own life, you'll be encouraged to trust God's character even when your circumstances don't make sense. Friend, just because God feels silent doesn't mean He's absent. Sometimes we only see one page of the story while God is holding the entire book. Even in the hardest seasons, He is still working, still faithful, and still walking beside you. Scriptures Shared 📖 John 16:33 📖 Job 23:10 - "But he knows the way that I take; when he has tested me, I will come forth as gold." 💛 This Week's Homework The next time you catch yourself thinking, "God... where are You?" Pause and ask yourself: "Where have I seen God's faithfulness before?" Write down three times God carried you through a difficult season. Let His faithfulness in the past remind you that He is still faithful today. Remember, don't judge God's faithfulness by your current circumstances. Judge it by His unchanging character. 🩷 Ready for the Next Step? Begin your FREE 21 Days to Calm Anxious Thoughts journey! 48 How to Trust God When You Still Have Questions 16.07.2026 7dkHave you ever found yourself reading the Bible and wondering, "Am I understanding this correctly?" Or maybe you've wrestled with difficult passages, heard different opinions, or questioned how to trust God when you don't have every answer. In this episode of The Mindset Mom, I share my own journey of learning to trust God's character even while I still have questions. We'll talk about why faith isn't the absence of doubt, how understanding God's heart changes the way we read Scripture, and why the goal isn't to know everything, it's to know Jesus. You don't have to have every answer to have a growing relationship with God. As you spend time in His Word and get to know His character, you'll discover that peace isn't found in certainty; it's found in trusting the One whose character never changes. Scriptures Shared: 📖 James 1:5 📖 James 4:8 📖 John 17:3 💛 This Week's Homework: The next time you open your Bible, ask yourself one simple question: 👉🏻 "What does this teach me about God's character?" Then pray: "Lord, help me know Your heart and become more like You." Remember, this journey isn't about having every answer. It's about growing closer to the One who does. 🩷 Ready for the Next Step? 47 How to Hear God's Voice (Without Wondering If You're Making It Up) 13.07.2026 10dkHave you ever wondered if God is really speaking to you... or if it's just your own thoughts? In this episode of The Mindset Mom, I share something deeply personal that God laid on my heart during prayer and worship. We'll talk about what it actually looks like to grow in your relationship with Jesus, how the Holy Spirit guides us, and why recognizing God's voice isn't about hearing something dramatic; it's about becoming familiar with His heart. I'll share my own journey of growing closer to God over the past several years, the "God winks" that strengthened my faith, and why I believe lasting peace isn't found in trying harder... it's found in spending more time with Him. Friend, God isn't hiding from you. He desires a relationship with you, and the more time you spend with Him, the more you'll begin to recognize His voice. Scriptures Shared: 📖 John 10:27 📖 John 14:26 📖 James 4:8 💛 This Week's Homework: Spend just 10 intentional minutes with God this week. 📖 Read a small passage of Scripture. 🙏 Pray honestly. 💛 Then simply ask: "Lord, help me recognize Your voice and make my heart more like Yours." Don't rush. Just spend time with Him. Relationships grow one conversation at a time. Ready for the Next Step? Join my FREE 21 Days to Calm Anxious Thoughts walk! 46 How to Stop Replaying Your Mistakes (And Finally Feel Peace) 09.07.2026 7dkDo you ever replay a mistake over and over in your mind? Maybe it's something you said to your child, a parenting decision you regret, a conversation that didn't go well, or a choice you wish you could take back. In this episode of The Mindset Mom, I share one of my biggest parenting regrets and how God taught me the difference between learning from a mistake and allowing it to define me. We'll talk about why our minds replay painful memories, the difference between conviction and condemnation, and how God's grace invites us to move forward rather than stay stuck in shame. Your mistakes are part of your story, but they are not your identity. Scriptures Shared: 📖 Romans 3:23–24 📖 Romans 8:1 💛 This Week's Homework: The next time you catch yourself replaying a mistake, pause and ask yourself: 👉🏻 What did this experience teach me? 👉🏻 What does God say about me? 45 Why You're So Hard on Yourself (And How to Finally Find Peace) 06.07.2026 8dkDo you ever feel like no matter what you do... it's never enough? You replay conversations, second-guess your parenting, feel guilty for resting, and constantly wonder if you could've done more. In this episode of The Mindset Mom, we uncover why so many Christian moms are incredibly hard on themselves and why that constant self-criticism was never God's plan for you. I'll share how many of us learned to believe that being harder on ourselves would somehow make us better, when in reality it only leads to anxiety, exhaustion, and the feeling that we're never enough. We'll talk about the difference between conviction and condemnation, why God's voice sounds different than your inner critic, and how finding your identity in Christ is the first step toward lasting peace. You don't have to earn God's love or prove your worth. You already belong. Scriptures Shared: 📖 Ephesians 2:10 📖 Romans 8:15–16 💛 This Week's Homework: The next time you catch yourself being critical of yourself, pause and ask: 👉🏻 Would I say this to someone I love? Then ask: 👉🏻 Would God say this to me? If the answer is no, replace that thought with what God says instead. Ready for the Next Step? Join my FREE 21 Days to Calm Anxious Thoughts Walk!
