  Σας καλωσορίζουμε στο νέο επεισόδιο της σειράς μας  “Με Αγάπη για την Κάρπαθο”.Στο επεισόδιο αυτό μεταφερόμαστε νοερά στην Κάρπαθο στον Οκτώβρη του 1939, λίγο πριν την έναρξη του δεύτερου παγκοσμίου πολέμου, όπου μια παρέα νέων από το Απέρι της Καρπάθου αποφασίζει να φύγει από το νησί κάτω από τη μύτη των Ιταλών.H φυγή από τον τόπο τους έγινε με μια βάρκα με κουπιά και ένα μικρό πανί, με κύριο συντελεστή τη νεανική άγνοια κινδύνου και την ισχυρή επιθυμία να αποδράσουν από την Κάρπαθο, και την πιο σκληρή περίοδο της ιταλικής κατοχής, προς την Ελευθερία!Το περιπετειώδες ταξίδι τους καταγράφηκε λιτά και ποιητικά από τον Δημήτριο Μιχαήλ Τσαγκάρη - γνωστός και ως Μήτρος. Στο πρόγραμμα μας, το ποίημα του Μήτρου απαγγέλουν με συγκίνηση και ευλάβεια ο εγγονός του Δημήτρης και ο Ηλίας Αντιμησιάρης.Σας ευχόμαστε καλή ακρόαση!—----------------------------Welcome to the new episode of our series "For the Love of Karpathos." In this episode, we are transported back to Karpathos in October 1939—shortly before the outbreak of World War II—when a group of young people from Aperi decided to leave the island right under the noses of the Italians.They made their escape in a small boat equipped with oars and a modest sail, driven by the fearlessness of youth and a powerful desire to flee Karpathos—and the harshest period of the Italian occupation—in search of freedom.Their adventurous journey was recorded in a concise yet poetic manner by Dimitrios Michail Tsangaris, known as Mitros. In this episode, Mitros’s poem is recited with deep emotion and reverence by his grandson, Dimitris, and by Ilias Antimisiaris.We hope you enjoy the program!

  We are excited to be back with our second episode. We would like to thank you for your warm response and your encouraging and most energizing feedback!
