  • The Best Of Mark Levin - 7/18/26 18.07.2026 1sa 17dk
This week on the Mark Levin Show, Senator Lindsey Graham, a loyal friend and loyal ally to democratic and peace-loving countries around the world, has passed away. He was a friend to Israel, Ukraine, Taiwan, and others. He was a counterbalance to naive Woke Reich isolationists who talk about American sovereignty but don't realize you have to fight for it. Graham had a lot in common in national security matters with Ronald Reagan. Not even a nation as powerful as the United States can go it alone, and Graham understood we have alliances for a reason. The left and Woke Reich isolationists wasted no time attacking him, but he was popular in South Carolina and all over the world. He and his sound advice will be truly missed. Then, the infiltration of America by Islamists and jihadis is really in full force, and no one seems to be doing anything about it. Michigan Democratic Senate candidate Abdul El-Sayed’s father-in-law, Jukaku Tayeb, is a top donor to his super PAC and a longtime leader on ISNA's founding committee and CAIR Michigan president—both groups are co-conspirators in the Holy Land Foundation terror-financing trial that funneled millions to Hamas, tied to the Muslim Brotherhood mothership responsible for groups like Al Qaeda, ISIS, and Hamas, and funded by Qatar and Turkey. Why do Democrats tolerate these ties? Democratic Socialists of America (DSA) seeks to eliminate the U.S. Senate and Electoral College to advance their agenda, though both require constitutional amendments. These institutions exist to protect smaller, less-populated states, ensuring they have a meaningful say in government so they would join the Union during independence. Similarly, the Electoral College ensures smaller states influence presidential elections, countering domination by a handful of large, populous Democrat metropolitan states and cities. Removing these safeguards would enable mob rule, open borders, non-citizen influence, and a centralized Marxist government. Later, the 2028 Republican presidential primary must be competitive and vibrant, with no coronations. The Republican Party needs to be rooted in the principles of Jefferson, Washington, Madison, Reagan, Buckley, Goldwater, and Milton Friedman’s free markets—not Democrat-lite nationalism or populism that dismisses history—and we should demand articulate candidates who boldly contrast conservative beliefs with the left. No, we don’t want a bold government, which is what the socialists and Marxists desire. We want an effective limited government confined to its constitutional powers, a bold private sector, and individual sovereignty. Learn more about your ad choices. Visit podcastchoices.com/adchoices
  • 7/17/26 - Senate Under Attack | Mark Levin Defends Founding Fathers' Genius 18.07.2026 1sa 49dk
On Friday’s Mark Levin Show, should our Constitution be gutted? DSA’s Gustavo Gordillo says yes. He says the Senate is undemocratic and should be reformed or eliminated. The problem? Small states have an equal say in the Senate. The genius of the Founding Fathers was that in at least one house of a bicameral Congress, small states wouldn't be swallowed up by large states. Gustavo wants to replace this genius system with a European-style socialist parliament. He also wants to put the working class over billionaires. Isn't it funny you never hear Socialists like Gustavo talk about liberty? Marxist "working class versus billionaire class" rhetoric promotes group-based oppression narratives over freedom, individual rights, and the Declaration of Independence. These people seek to destroy the country, its way of life, political and governing systems, founding principles, and economic system—the greatest on Earth—built through countless legal, military, and political battles. Due to generosity and stupidity, including open borders and ceding colleges and universities to enemy-promoted teachings, an enemy within now acts through culture and has largely conquered the Democrat Party piece by piece. Those who love the country and want to preserve its lifestyle for children and grandchildren must wake up, listen, and pass the message on, because if more of them vote, they win. Later, China has constructed a full-scale, three-dimensional replica of a US Navy Arleigh Burke-class guided missile destroyer in the Taklamakan Desert as a weapons testing facility to target real warships. They’re not fooling around, this is serious. Afterward, it’s problematic that the media dismissed President Trump’s election security speech and his findings on Communist China's interference in the 2020 election. There are foreign and domestic forces seeking to destroy America, including a weak ruling class, rogue judges, and too many university faculty who indoctrinate students against America's core principles. Finally, Rep Jim Jordan calls in and explains that Special Counsel Jack Smith misled Congress by testifying that his team did not obtain the contents of communications between Trump administration officials and members of Congress. Evidence shows the National Archives, under the Biden administration, turned over unfiltered text message contents to Smith's team raising separation of powers and Speech or Debate Clause violations. Jordan also addresses the President's speech highlighting Communist China’s election interference, confirming his staff is investigating documents on the matter. Learn more about your ad choices. • 7/16/26 - Mark Levin EXPOSES Why the GOP Must Reject 'Democrat-Lite' Candidates in 2028 17.07.2026 1sa 48dk
On Thursday’s Mark Levin Show, the 2028 Republican presidential primary must be competitive and vibrant, with no coronations. Also, Sen John Fetterman expressed his long-term concern as a Democrat that his party might back away and turn its back on Israel, declaring that if it ever officially becomes the anti-Israel party, he would leave because it represents moral clarity for him. Young Democrats in Pennsylvania largely do not like Fetterman, though blue-collar Democrats—including cops, firefighters, and miners—do support him in a state with the highest percentage of union households in the country. Fetterman sounds more conservative on Israel than some of the Woke Reich neo-fascists. Later, President Trump is set to reveal in his presidential address bombshell evidence that China interfered in the 2020 election to help Joe Biden win, including hacking into state voter registration databases and stealing information on tens of thousands of voters to manufacture mail-in ballots, based on declassified FBI, CIA, and ODNI documents. The speech will also highlight over 100,000 non-citizens, including illegal immigrants, on voter rolls nationwide. Democrat states refuse to clean their voter rolls of dead people, duplicates, and unvetted individuals in violation of federal law because they want to enable corruption and fraud. Afterward, the left and the media carry water for or enemies like Communist China by hindering U.S. progress in this critical AI race. AI development is essential for surpassing human knowledge generation in military, medical, and other fields, and halting it would let China and Russia dominate; data centers must be prioritized nationally and supported by innovations like miniature nuclear plants, despite leftist opposition akin to past fearmongering against fracking. Finally, there is no evidence of an Israeli influence campaign. The Israeli Foreign Ministry pushed back against a defamatory Time magazine article, clarifying that all activities are transparent, lawful under U.S. law, and involve no interference in U.S. policy; they lawfully contracted a digital agency to combat hatred against Jews and strengthen the U.S.-Israel alliance. JD Vance and Joe Rogan must apologize for smearing Israel. Learn more about your ad choices. Visit podcastchoices.com/adchoices
  • 7/15/26 - The Woke Reich: Unmasking Influencers in Foreign Policy 16.07.2026 1sa 51dk
On Wednesday’s Mark Levin Show, the Woke Reich and certain influencers claim that Israel can’t stop going to war but it’s the U.S. who has been bombing Iran since the ceasefire, sidelining Israel. These Influencers are being paid to undermine President Trump and blame Israel for conflict with Iran. These influencers push the narrative that if only Israel made peace with the Palestinians, then there would be no more conflict. Who do these influencers think support terrorism? Why don't they criticize Qatar, who spend millions buying influence in America? Also, Democratic Socialists of America (DSA) seeks to eliminate the U.S. Later, Bruce Blakeman calls in to discuss his run for New York Governor. Under Gov Kathy Hochul New York ranks dead last in economic outlook, driving out high-net-worth individuals and businesses through anti-business policies, high taxes, and overregulation. Blakeman pledges to cut taxes and electric rates, welcome businesses, ensure safer neighborhoods, and build a vibrant economy. Afterward, Todd Blanche is a proven leader who effectively represented Donald Trump in the private sector and  who is serving as acting attorney general at the Department of Justice. Democrats oppose his nomination because they preferred Merrick Garland who protected Joe Biden by invoking privileges to block the release of his testimony audio or video, hired rogue prosecutor Jack Smith, and approved the Mar-A-Lago SWAT raid and other attacks on Trump's liberty and due process. Democrats would never accept any nominee chosen by Trump. Learn more about your ad choices. Visit podcastchoices.com/adchoices
  • 7/14/26 - Mark Levin EXPOSES the Infiltration Nobody's Talking About 15.07.2026 1sa 49dk
On Tuesday’s Mark Levin Show, the infiltration of America by Islamists and jihadis is really in full force, and no one seems to be doing anything about it. Later, Jack Smith is a loathsome rogue prosecutor who abused his office by covertly reading text messages from 44 lawmakers and Trump administration officials between October 2020 and December 2021. This contradicted Smith's sworn congressional testimony in December denying he accessed such message contents. Republican Senators need to pursue criminal charges and a DOJ Public Integrity investigation with evidence of the false testimony. Also, consumer prices fell sharply in June, with the CPI dropping 0.4% from May—the largest decline since 2020—thanks to relief at the gas pump and broad disinflation, far exceeding economists' forecast. This strong report is attributed to Trump administration fiscal policy rather than the Fed. While media coverage is muted despite the economy's top voter priority, costs are steady or declining nationally, though high prices persist in Democrat-led blue states due to their high taxes and policies. Afterward, Lindsey Graham was a remarkable statesman, principled leader, and humanitarian who stood out among senators for his character, humor, and unwavering defense of U.S. allies and oppressed peoples. Graham was no warmonger. He supported Israel, Ukraine, Taiwan, and the Persian people against tyrants and aggressors. He will be deeply missed. Learn more about your ad choices. • 7/13/26 - Lindsey Graham Understood Something Most Politicians Don't, Says Mark Levin 14.07.2026 1sa 52dk
On Monday's Mark Levin Show, Senator Lindsey Graham, a loyal friend and loyal ally to democratic and peace-loving countries around the world, has passed away. Marxists/Islamists like Hasan Piker and Woke Reich isolationists wasted no time attacking him, but he was popular in South Carolina and all over the world. He and his sound advice will be truly missed. Also, compare Graham's friendship with Israel to Rep Ro Khanna, who took it upon himself to visit Judea/Samaria, incorrectly called the "West Bank." Khanna didn't bother telling the IDF or police, but he did go with Palestinian activists and NY Times reporters with cameras for good measure. Khanna claims he was "kidnapped" by Israeli "settlers" -- another wrong term, how can you settle on your own indigenous land? -- detained by police and mistreated by the IDF. Video shows Khanna is a liar. Why did he do all this? One, to build support for himself among Jew-hating left wingers and also to defeat Benjamin Netanyahu in Israeli elections. Israel needs friends like Lindsey Graham. Then, we can criticize a document without criticizing the President, who is doing a wonderful job. Trump said he only agreed to the MOU as a "test." The MOU never made sense because this regime was never going to live up to it. Why go through all this for a test? As much as we want to believe a deal can be negotiated, you can't negotiate with a seventh-century ideology. If we don't take this regime out now, our children and grandchildren will still be dealing with them. Also, former Iranian President Mahmoud Ahmadinejad has been arrested reportedly over ties to Mossad. According to reports, Mossad wanted him to possibly lead a new Iranian regime. Another report says Israel has signed an agreement with the son of the Shah of Iran, Crown Prince Reza Pahlavi, recognizing him as leader of a new Iranian government. It's clear that Israel isn't waiting around to see if any MOU will take effect. Then, there are a lot of mosques in this country that preach anti-American hate, and many of them are celebrating Lindsey Graham's death. But these mosques have a lot of sympathy. A new survey shows almost half of American Muslims - 44% - support Hamas. Only 26% of American Muslims have a favorable view of Israel. Support for Israel is even dropping among younger Republicans. Is Israel losing the PR war among Americans? Finally, Abdul El-Sayed is the left-wing Marxist/Islamist running for the Senate from Michigan. He pushes Medicare for all from cradle to grave, yet his psychiatrist wife doesn't accept Medicare...or any other insurance. Her patients have to pay her out of their own pocket. Furthermore, while El-Sayed hasn't released his tax returns, we find out he and the wife are wealthier than when he first ran for statewide office, and he owns two rental properties worth almost a million dollars. The hypocrisy of the left has to be seen to be believed. Learn more about your ad choices. Visit podcastchoices.com/adchoices
  • The Best Of Mark Levin - 7/11/26 11.07.2026 1sa 7dk
This week on the Mark Levin Show, look at Zohran Mamdani, who has contributed nothing substantial to America. Mamdani's anti-American speech was a string of Marxist propaganda slogans about trillionaires amid hunger, monopolies and oligarchs, wealth created by laborers' hard hands yet held by special interests' soft hands, and supremacy for a select few instead of equality. People don't care about the identities or backgrounds of those who produce goods and services, they only want quality and value. Capitalism is the least racist, oligarchical, and discriminatory system. Later, there’s no reason to sell 100 F-35’s to Turkey. Erdogan is a national-socialist Islamist, a brutal dictator, key backer of the Muslim Brotherhood and Hamas, and a completely unreliable member of NATO. He threatened to destroy Israel the other day, and the administration not only said nothing but went ahead with the F-35 and jet engine sales and will lift all sanctions against Turkey, and we are doing so while lavishly praising Erdogan. This is troubling and it will have to be dealt with by future American administrations for decades to come. It was absolutely unnecessary. Meanwhile, we praise Qatar, Saudi Arabia, Pakistan, Turkey while criticizing Israeli Prime Minister Benjamin Netanyahu and pushing him to make all kinds of concessions to Hamas and Hezbollah. Also, the Democrat Party and its Senate leadership endorsed, and backed Graham Platner despite multiple red flags, including allegations of physically abusing a woman, a Nazi concentration camp guard tattoo he claimed ignorance of, offensive Reddit posts, and mockery of wounded military veterans. None of these crossed a line for them. But Sen Bernie Sanders and a line of Democrats have finally urged him to exit the race, after he was accused of rape – but he hasn’t left the race yet. Also, the Iranian regime sank three crude oil tankers and fired ballistic missiles at U.S. bases. In response, President Trump ordered powerful strikes on Iran and vowing to hit back every time Iran strikes. We saw this coming. The MOU didn't last because the regime can't be trusted. We never should have put conditions on our military - they should have been allowed from the start to go in and take this regime out. Now we need to keep up military and economic pressure until this regime caves. Furthermore, the Democrat Party has developed a significant Israel and Jewish problem in roughly three years. It has rebranded itself as the champion of civil rights and liberties, though it actually promotes Marxist and socialist economic agendas—such as healthcare, schooling, and housing for all—framed as civil rights. Democrats now frequently run on anti-AIPAC, anti-Israel, anti-Jewish, and anti-Semitic platforms, with many being Islamists or Marxists, and little pushback from party leadership. Rahm Emanuel, a failed Chicago mayor who wants to run for President, subtly condemns Israel to court the radicals while claiming broader American support. But it’s unlikely his Presidential aspirations will succeed because he’s Jewish in a party with a Jewish problem. Learn more about your ad choices. Visit podcastchoices.com/adchoices
  • 7/10/26 - This Version of the Democrat Party Is the Most Dangerous Yet 11.07.2026 1sa 58dk
On Friday's Mark Levin Show, WJNO's Brian Mudd is in for Mark. Sometimes things really are that simple. Today's version of the Democratic Party is the most dangerous yet. One of NYC Mayor Zohran Mamdani's officials was supposed to meet with an Iranian official until Secretary Marco Rubio put the kibosh on it. Yes, the same Iran who are trying to assassinate President Trump,  The prosecutor in the Charlie Kirk trial presented overwhelming evidence against Tyler Robinson. Law enforcement have arrested 8 suspects in the White House UFC assassination plot, where the alleged ringleader is an illegal Mexican immigrant. Marco Rubio had ICE deport an illegal child rapist pardoned by Gov Tim Walz. And one of the main planks in the Democrat party platform is abortion on demand. All these things are tied to the political left in this country. This version of the Democratic Party is the most dangerous yet. Also, Democrats led the charge to defund police after George Floyd. Overall crime went up, murders went way up. When Joe Biden opened our borders to illegals, drug trafficking, property crime, and fraud all went up. And what do Democrats want to do about illegal criminal aliens? Abolish ICE. It's stunning how radicalized the Democratic Party has become. If we're not careful, the most dangerous party in our history will take control of Congress. Then, trust the process because Trump knows what he's doing. The cease fire with Iran is over, but pay attention to the price of oil. Price is truth. Even with the end of the ceasefire, oil is flowing through the Strait and the price of oil is way down. Trump is keeping Iran's money frozen, reimposing oil sanctions and might reimpose the blockade. Trust in Trump, trust the process, trust the price of oil. Finally, the Founding Fathers believed in Divine Providence for a good reason: why else would a bunch of farmers and merchants take on the most powerful empire on Earth...and win? Then, 250 years later, that same group of farmers and merchants became the most powerful nation in history. Our standard of living is the highest in the world. Only one explanation: Divine Providence. Our greatness comes from God, not from man. Learn more about your ad choices. Visit podcastchoices.com/adchoices
  • 6/9/26 - The Democrat Party's Radical Transformation on Israel 10.07.2026 1sa 52dk
On Thursday’s Mark Levin Show, the Democrat Party has developed a significant Israel and Jewish problem in roughly three years. Also, the Democratic Socialists of America (DSA) must be closely watched. DSA leaders openly discuss using Democratic ballot lines while pushing socialism, holding elected officials accountable by making and potentially breaking them, and rejecting moderate improvements in favor of working-class power and anti-imperialism. America has the best capitalist system, principles, and freedoms for delivering more prosperity than kings and queens had decades ago. Marxism, Islamism, and socialism produce poverty, violence, and oppression elsewhere. Later, Democrats seek to dismantle voting protections to enable and legalize fraud through measures like same-day registration, no voter ID, expanded voter harvesting, early voting weeks in advance, and allowing votes in any precinct. These changes make it impossible to properly vet voters while Democrats hypocritically require ID in their own facilities and create bureaucratic obstacles elsewhere in life. Afterward, no, Mark did not and has not turned on President Trump, despite what the fake news says. He remains a strong supporter and that will not change. The media narrative is utterly false. But they love to stir the pot and create controversy. There is no controversy. Finally, Will Chamberlain calls in and argues for Alexander Hamilton and sides firmly with him over Thomas Jefferson in their constitutional debate. He believes Hamilton held the right views on the Constitution, the necessary and proper clause, and the appropriate capabilities of government, including the need for tariffs to support manufacturing in the late 1790s and early 1800s. • On The Frontlines: Celebrating 250 Years - The Bond Between America and Israel 09.07.2026 37dk
In this episode, Mark Levin engages in a thought-provoking discussion with Yael Eckstein, the esteemed leader of the International Fellowship of Christians and Jews. As America celebrates the 250th anniversary of the Declaration of Independence, this episode delves into the profound historical ties that bind America and Israel. From the early days of the Pilgrims, who sought religious freedom, to the founding fathers who were deeply influenced by Jewish teachings, the episode highlights how Judeo-Christian values have shaped the very foundation of America. Yael points out that many of the Founding Fathers, including John Adams and Thomas Jefferson, were inspired by the Hebrew Bible, emphasizing the significant role that Jewish culture played in America's independence movement. The conversation also touches upon the current state of affairs, where demonstrations against both America and Israel are becoming increasingly common. Yael shares her experiences witnessing these protests firsthand, noting how the values that unite both nations are often under attack. Despite this, she emphasizes the resilience of the Israeli people and the strength of their bond with America. Moreover, the episode addresses the importance of education and historical literacy in understanding the relationship between these two nations. Yael argues that many young people today lack knowledge about the history of Israel and its connection to America, which is crucial for fostering a deeper appreciation of their shared values. The International Fellowship of Christians and Jews (IFCJ) is a non-profit organization that aims to promote understanding and cooperation between Christians and Jews, and to support Israel and the Jewish people. • 7/8/26 - Mark Levin on Iran: We Should Have Taken Out This Regime Years Ago 09.07.2026 1sa 46dk
On Wednesday’s Mark Levin Show, the Iranian regime sank three crude oil tankers and fired ballistic missiles at U.S. bases. In response, President Trump ordered powerful strikes on Iran and vowing to hit back every time Iran strikes. We saw this coming. The MOU didn't last because the regime can't be trusted. They've been violating deals for 47 years. It's a terrorist regime that slaughters tens of thousands at a time, and at will. Its ideology compels the elimination of all others on the planet. We never should have put conditions on our military - they should have been allowed from the start to go in and take this regime out. Now we need to keep up military and economic pressure until this regime is finished off. Thankfully, hundreds of billions of dollars was not transferred to it. Later, Rahm Emanuel is pandering to the Jew-hating elements of the Democrat base by trashing Israel, Netanyahu, and Jews, while claiming it's a plan for Israel's regeneration. He spoke in Tel Aviv and accused the Israeli government of complicity in West Bank horrors and proposed a 23-state solution. Also, think Islamist imams calling for the destruction of the U.S. and Israel are halfway around the world? Wrong! They’re from Dearborn, to Houston, to all over America, radical Islam is preaching hate right here at home. In plain English. And they're not hiding their agenda: infiltrating America to destroy us from within and destroy Israel from without. Learn more about your ad choices. Visit podcastchoices.com/adchoices
  • 7/7/26 - Democrats' Shocking Double Standard on Israel, Netanyahu, and Foreign Policy 08.07.2026 1sa 48dk
On Tuesday’s Mark Levin Show, there’s no reason to sell 100 F-35’s to Turkey. • 7/6/26 - Do Americans Even Care About Liberty Anymore? Mark Levin's Answer Will Disturb You 07.07.2026 1sa 47dk
On Monday’s Mark Levin Show, Rediscovering Americanism explains that the Declaration of Independence is the essence of Americanism. What would the Founding Fathers think of today's America? Do Americans truly appreciate liberty, civil society, republicanism, and prosperity or fear their loss? Look at Zohran Mamdani, who has contributed nothing substantial to America. Mandani's anti-American speech was a string of Marxist propaganda slogans about trillionaires amid hunger, monopolies and oligarchs, wealth created by laborers' hard hands yet held by special interests' soft hands, and supremacy for a select few instead of equality.  People don't care about the identities or backgrounds of those who produce goods and services, they only want quality and value. Capitalism is the least racist, oligarchical, and discriminatory system. Also, we will politically fight the Marxists, Islamists, and the Woke Reich neo-fascists. We need to push the strength of constitutional conservatives and fire up the base to reclaim the country now. Later, another woman has come forward with allegations against Graham Platner, this time accusing him of sexual assault. Platner denies the allegations, saying they're politically motivated, yet the woman says she held off coming forward because she agrees with him politically. Will Democrats like Bernie Sanders and Ro Khanna continue to support Platner? Just like the silence when women are assaulted by illegal aliens then let go in sanctuary cities, apparently sexual assault by a socialist is not of interest to the Democratic Party. Yet these same Dems were outraged over the Kavanaugh allegations. Learn more about your ad choices. Visit podcastchoices.com/adchoices
  • The Best Of Mark Levin - 7/4/26 04.07.2026 1sa 14dk
This week on the Mark Levin Show, this American Marxism movement is a threat and it traces back to self-identified progressives from Woodrow Wilson onward who rejected the Declaration of Independence and Constitution. They imposed redistribution of wealth, oppressor-oppressed frameworks, and related policies through the Democrat Party, which has never fully accepted Americanism or constitutionalism—evident in the rise of Democratic socialists, Marxists, and radical Hamas/Hezbollah/Iran-supporting Islamists within it. Another converging threat is the Woke Reich neo-fascists - authoritarians in Republican and other circles who attack Christianity, Judaism, Israel, and Christian Zionists while holding pro-Putin and pro-Sharia positions. Later, what made the Declaration of Independence remarkable was that it was unprecedented in human history. The Declaration serves as the foundational basis for the nation and its Constitution, celebrating America's purpose. Critics like Presidents Obama and Woodrow Wilson have rejected or downplayed its first part on the Creator and principles, focusing instead on the list of grievances against the king to advance new ideologies; however, President Coolidge defended these enduring, universal ideas from Aristotle and Locke as perpetual, not to be dismissed. The Declaration's concise statement of American identity is incompatible with Marxism, Islamism, and fascism. Learn more about your ad choices. Visit podcastchoices.com/adchoices
  • 7/3/26 - Supreme Court Activism on Birthright Citizenship Will Reshape the Nation - The Best Of Mark Levin 04.07.2026 1sa 53dk
On Friday’s Mark Levin Show, we bring you the best of Mark Levin on Independence Day weekend. Chief Justice Roberts improperly relied on English common law as a basis for birthright citizenship, despite the framers using it only as a guide and rejecting elements that conflicted with the U.S. system. The 14th Amendment and the preceding Civil Rights Act of 1866 were narrowly intended to grant full citizenship rights to freed Black slaves and their children amid post-Civil War resistance—not to address immigration or confer citizenship on children of illegal aliens. The opinion wrongly equates "jurisdiction" with mere physical presence, leading to illogical results like automatic citizenship for babies of illegal immigrants (who retain foreign allegiance) while creating unaddressed exceptions for diplomats, revealing a result-oriented, activist approach that rewrites history. Roberts and his Majority twisted the history of the 14th amendment and just constitutionalized birthright citizenship, knowing full well that our nation, like Europe, is facing a grave threat from within as a result, in part, of the intentional refusal of our government, when the Democrats are in power, to enforce immigration laws and, oppositely, facilitating the importation of aliens from all over the world without proper vetting.   Also, the constitutional amendment process is rarely used. It requires two-thirds approval in both houses of Congress to propose language, followed by ratification by three-fourths (38) of the states—neither of which is feasible for issues like changing birthright citizenship. The Supreme Court has constitutionalized elements not originally in the Constitution, making reversal through amendments impractical. Instead, the effective path is filling Court vacancies with constitutionalists, as achieved in overturning Roe, without resorting to court packing. Afterward, the growing fusion of Marxism and Islamism is a societal cancer, which has been discussed before in American Marxism. The Marxist counterrevolution devours American society, culture, politics, schools, media, and entertainment. The oppressor-oppressed framework fuels the leftist tactics, corporate capitulation and the Marxist-anarchist ideology of Antifa and BLM. Islamists and Marxists have united and they have the same objective: power.  On Power discusses power as a fundamental force shaping human existence, determining social arrangements, quality of life, personal and national fates, and the balance between liberty and tyranny. It is ubiquitous, consequential, and context-dependent, manifesting in various forms like implied, granted, or necessary powers, and inextricably linked to liberty—where its misuse leads to anarchy or oppression. The current enemy within attacks the country through these dynamics. Later, the Persian and Jewish peoples share a historical bond rooted in the reign of Cyrus the Great, the Persian emperor from around 559 to 529 BC. Most notably, he freed the captive Jews exiled by Nebuchadnezzar, allowing them to return to Jerusalem and rebuild their Temple, earning praise in Jewish Scripture as a divinely empowered savior. This ancient connection endures, as Persians today, particularly those oppressed by the Iranian regime, refer to Netanyahu as "the Great Jew," reflecting mutual affinity. • 7/2/26 - Mark Levin Just EXPOSED The Ideologies Destroying America's Founding Principles 03.07.2026 1sa 52dk
On Thursday’s Mark Levin Show, what made the Declaration of Independence remarkable was that it was unprecedented in human history. Also, President Reagan was a great admirer and friend of Milton Friedman. He often sought his input on economic policies. During Reagan's presidency, there was massive economic growth, and he won two historic landslide elections, popular vote and electoral college, like no Republican before or since. Alexander Hamilton would grow increasingly supportive of a powerful central government. He would argue with Thomas Jefferson and James Madison on their approaches to government during the Washington administration and beyond. Hamilton argued for implied powers under the Constitution, which infuriated Jefferson and Madison. Hamilton claimed the necessary and proper clause was essentially a ticket to significantly expanding federal action. Later, Americanism and capitalism are philosophies enabling individual decision-making under the Declaration and Constitution, whereas ideologies are fanatical beliefs imposed society-wide regardless of consequences. Communism is defective and anti-human, misreading human nature by suppressing free will, reason, debate, and academic freedom in favor of brainwashing, conformity, and central control, as seen in places like Cuba, Nicaragua, North Korea, and China, and similarly with Islamists. Nationalists, populists, and Marxists attack the American experiment, economic system, and culture through emotion, slogans of equality, and activist government, showing overlaps reminiscent of 1930s fascists and communists. • 7/1/26 - Why the Left's Framework Is the Most Dangerous Threat Today 02.07.2026 1sa 49dk
On Wednesday’s Mark Levin Show, the growing fusion of Marxism and Islamism is a societal cancer, which has been discussed before in American Marxism. Also, the Persian and Jewish peoples share a historical bond rooted in the reign of Cyrus the Great, the Persian emperor from around 559 to 529 BC. Finally, Medal of Honor recipient Clint Romesha calls in and discusses his work with America's Warrior Partnership, which empowers veterans and local communities through resources, collaboration, and ownership to foster hope and reduce suicides, countering the narrative that all veterans are broken. Romesha is working with PureTalk in raising $250,000 to support America’s Warrior Partnership to celebrate America’s 250th birthday and they are matching every donation dollar for dollar until they reach 250,000. • 6/30/26 - Supreme Court's Birthright Citizenship Ruling: The REAL Problem Nobody's Talking About 01.07.2026 1sa 55dk
On Tuesday’s Mark Levin Show, Chief Justice Roberts improperly relied on English common law as a basis for birthright citizenship, despite the framers using it only as a guide and rejecting elements that conflicted with the U.S. Later, Hans von Spakovsky calls in and explains that Roberts' opinion was appalling and a complete rewrite of American history, particularly regarding the 14th Amendment. He notes that Justices Alito and Thomas eviscerated it in separate dissents, highlighting that Roberts' historical account was inaccurate. He criticized Roberts' selective and distorting use of sources like Thomas Paine and Frederick Douglass, pointing out Thomas's observation that Douglass viewed Black Americans as citizens due to their equal allegiance to the U.S., unlike illegal aliens who owe allegiance to their native countries. Finally, Thomas Jefferson and James Madison favored limited central government, while Alexander Hamilton preferred a powerful, activist federal government with implied powers. Modern nationalist populists share this Hamilton big-government outlook with the left, which lacks clear constitutional principles and risks abuse, in contrast to true constitutional conservatism. • 6/29/26 - The Marxist-Islamist Alliance: A Threat to American Values 30.06.2026 1sa 51dk
On Monday’s Mark Levin Show, the American Marxism movement hates American institutions and is out to destroy America. And they have an ally: Islamism. Both ideas have been forced upon us by the Democratic Party. They seek to undermine our Constitution, our Judeo-Christian belief system, the nuclear family, our schools and universities. Despite their outward ideological differences, they share one goal: destroy the West. How? With immigration and open borders and using our constitutional protections against us. And there's a third problem: the Woke Reich neo-fascists, who are antisemitic and anti-Christian. The result is more young people who have been brainwashed to hate this country. We need to realize that we are under attack. Later, a recent 5-4 Supreme Court ruling that upheld states' post-election day ballot counting for federal offices undermines the Constitution.  This weakens fraud detection, as the president is right that mail-in voting should be limited to those who are disabled, sick, or out of town—not universal. In states like California, ballots are sent to outdated addresses, and since such states are Democratic strongholds, pressure is ineffective, yet these practices improperly affect federal elections. Also, experience shows the Iranian regime lies, cheats, adheres to no agreements, and seeks to destroy all individuals, groups, or nations not complying with its 7th-century political-religious ideology through catastrophic worldwide war involving slaughter, torture, and rape until total submission. Unlike faiths that reformed, Islamists have not. Meanwhile, Zohran Mamdani is focused on de-populating NYC of as many Jews as possible and turning into a Dearborn, Michigan or Paterson, NJ. He’s making it unsafe and unlivable for Jews in the City. Finally, Director of the Ronald Reagan Institute Roger Zakheim calls in to discuss an Axios article that misleadingly headlined Republicans souring on Israel based on the Institute's survey. Zakheim clarified that Axios engaged in clickbait, as the survey and its own report actually showed the opposite: 75% of Republicans overall, and 80% of MAGA Republicans, believe U.S. security and prosperity are tied to Israel's security. • 6/26/26 - Oil Prices Normal, Tanker Traffic Restored, Yet Media Says World is Terrible | Brian Mudd Fills In 27.06.2026 1sa 59dk
On Friday’s Mark Levin Show, WJNO’s Brian Mudd fills in for Mark. If you read the news, do you feel your intelligence has been insulted? There's an old saying: those who can't do, teach. When it comes to the media, those who don't know, report. It's been a great week for the U.S. tanker traffic which has almost returned to normal pre-war levels, the price of oil has returned to normal for summer, and the Trump Administration has brokered an agreement between the U.S., Israel and Lebanon. Yet according to the media, the world is terrible. There may be two sides to every story, but there's only one side to facts. So if you think your intelligence has been insulted, you're right. Then, the Senate still can't get its act together and pass the SAVE America Act. Why is this important? Voter fraud has always existed. In Florida, the DOJ announced three arrests of non-citizens for voting in federal elections. Three cases in one week in a red state. How much worse is voter fraud in sanctuary states and cities? With the midterm elections coming up, and voter ID being a 90/10 issue with Americans, we still can't get the SAVE America Act across the finish line. Also, the election integrity project ranks election integrity all over the world. The U.S. scores 54. California's score is 35, lower than Haiti at 37. Between mail-in voting, ballot harvesting and other shenanigans, no wonder they're still counting votes in the CA primary. When you have blue states like CA bent on lowering election standards, federal minimum requirements, like voter ID, must come into play. Finally, the extent of the Democrat's long game is underappreciated. Starting with Saul Alinsky in the 1960s, then with the elections of Bernie Sanders in 1990, Barack Obama in 2004, The Squad in 2018, and Zohran Mamdani in 2025, the Democrats have moved further and further to the hard left. Trump is right: the midterm elections have never been more important. Learn more about your ad choices. Visit podcastchoices.com/adchoices
