The Grace to Grow: Stop Rushing Who You’re Becoming 22.07.2026 43dkWhat would change if you stopped criticizing yourself through every stage of your growth? The journey toward your next destination, a healthier life, a new habit, or a better version of yourself does not have to be filled with impatience and resentment because you have not arrived yet. You can give yourself the grace to grow. For years, I was my own worst critic. I was constantly trying to figure out how I could be better, do better, and arrive at the optimal version of myself as quickly as possible.Recently, an old friend told me, “I can see how you’ve really let go of perfectionism, and you’re giving yourself more grace.”That grace has freed me. It has allowed me to be seen trying, make mistakes, recalibrate, and get back in the game after an intermission. In this episode of the She’s Made to Flourish Podcast, I’m sharing three lessons I am learning about giving myself the grace to grow.In this episode, we’ll talk about:• Almost everything takes more time than we anticipate• It is okay to be a beginner• You may not win in every area at once, but you always have winsWe’ll talk about releasing unrealistic timelines, respecting the process, making room for mistakes, and learning to celebrate progress without pretending there is no more work to do.You do not have to ignore the areas where you still need to grow. But you also do not have to ignore how far you have already come.────────────────────JOIN THE GARDEN ROOMamandarosshardin.com/the-garden-roomThe Garden Room is our free community for Christian women, featuring monthly Bible study and a weekly podcast worksheet to help you apply the Flourish Practice from each episode.────────────────────EXPLORE COACHING WITH AMANDAamandarosshardin.com/coaching────────────────────CONNECT WITH AMANDAWebsite: amandarosshardin.comInstagram: @amandarosshardin────────────────────Subscribe to the She’s Made to Flourish Podcast for honest conversations, biblical truth, and practical tools designed to help you move from surviving to flourishing.Join the Garden Room community to access this episode’s Flourish Practice and continue the conversation.Let me know in the comments: What is one area of your life where you are ready to stop starting over?Hosted by Amanda Ross-HardinCertified Christian Life Coach and Director of Called Coach Institute -

They Don’t Talk About This on Sunday | Episode 2 08.07.2026 45dkWelcome back to She’s Made to Flourish. In Episode 2, we are talking about the things they do not always talk about on Sunday. Not because they do not matter to God, but because somewhere along the way, many of us learned how to separate our “spiritual life” from our everyday life. But the gospel is not just for church. It is for your calendar. It is for your body.It is for your emotions. It is for your money. It is for your relationships. It is for the way you rest, apologize, steward, heal, and move through the world. In this episode, Amanda Ross-Hardin opens up a conversation about what it means to live a holistic gospel and invite God into every part of our lives, not just the parts that look polished, spiritual, or easy to explain. We will talk about why flourishing is not just about doing more, but allowing God to shape the whole of who we are.Scripture Reflection:2 Peter 1:3-11Flourish Practice:This week, take time to ask yourself:• Where have I been treating God like He only belongs in one part of my life?• What area of my life have I kept separate from my faith?• What would it look like to invite God into that area this week?────────────────────JOIN THE GARDEN ROOMamandarosshardin.com/the-garden-roomThe Garden Room is our free community for Christian women, featuring monthly Bible study and a weekly podcast worksheet to help you apply the Flourish Practice from each episode.────────────────────EXPLORE COACHING WITH AMANDAamandarosshardin.com/coaching────────────────────CONNECT WITH AMANDAWebsite: amandarosshardin.comInstagram: @amandarosshardin────────────────────New episodes of She’s Made to Flourish release weekly on YouTube and all podcast platforms.Subscribe for honest conversations, biblical truth, and practical practices to help you move from surviving to flourishing.Hosted by Amanda Ross-HardinCertified Christian Life Coach#ShesMadeToFlourish #ChristianPodcast #FaithAndLife -
