The Misophonia Podcast features candid conversations with people who live with Misophonia, a disorder causing strong sensitivity to certain sounds, often triggering rage and a fight-or-flight response. Host Adeel Ahmad, who has misophonia himself, interviews other "misophones" from around the world. Episodes are edited to be sensory-friendly with equalization and brown noise. The podcast is not medical advice or therapy.
