  • Episode 71- My Pre-conversation with Ama K. Karikari About Silence Pain, Suffering, and Abuse. 13.08.2026 1h 3min
In this episode, I had a pre-conversation with Ama K. Karikari about silence abuse, pain, and suffering when it comes to relationships, as far as family, romantic relationships, and friendships. She tells her story about what she experienced in her 15-year marriage and the silence abuse that she experienced during the marriage. We talked about the damage of silence when it comes to abuse, pain, and suffering from the people that you love. How can silence mean that you are allowing and giving permission for people to hurt, abuse, neglect, manipulate, and take advantage of you? How can silence be harmful to the point that it affects your self-esteem and how you see yourself? How did she overcome the silence abuse, and get out of the marriage? What was the breaking point that made her leave? How can silence be abusive, and no one think that it is abuse? A little about Ama: she is a TEDxGeorgeSchool speaker, author of Silenced to Soaring, transformational guide, attorney, and founder who helps women understand covert emotional harm and reconnect with their voice. Her perspective is shaped by work with women’s leadership, educational, and community audiences, along with studies at Harvard, Penn Law, and Wharton. It was a beautiful conversation that I wanted to share with my audience when it comes to overcoming adversity, pain, abuse, trauma, and suffering due to silence. The second part is coming soon. I hope you guys enjoy the conversation.Become a supporter of this podcast: https://www.spreaker.com/podcast/with-self-respect-comes-self-love--5161847/support.
  • Episode 70- My Pre-conversation with Ezra Vancil about Spiritual Redemption, Addictions, and Forgiveness. 11.08.2026 1h 11min
In this episode, I had a pre-conversation with Ezra Vancil about his redemption and forgiveness when it comes to him overcoming addiction, depression, a felony DWI, a broken marriage, and a season where I nearly ended my life. How is it now, 13 years of being sober, his marriage was restored, and I rebuilt my life slowly, through journals, poetry, discipline, faith, and honest work? How, like the story of Humpty Dumpty, he put himself back together again after falling off the wall? We talked about his life as a rock star when he was younger, ended up on drugs and alcohol. And was divorced twice. How people are quick to use your mistakes, flaws, imperfections, and weaknesses against you as a weapon? We talked about spiritual judgment when it comes to the way that people in the Bible were judged, who did nothing but what was right. We also discussed love and being liked addiction as far as what people are willing to do for it, and what will happen negatively that will destroy you. We also talked about the way that felons are judged and crucified for their past mistakes. Why are people always holding people's past mistakes as a weapon against them? Why are people not allowed to change for the better just because they have made a mistake or multiple mistakes in their past? We talked about how our children, friends, and families are impacted and affected by addictions. We talked about suicide and what happens if and when we survive it. What leads to suicide, and no will to live? We really dove deeply into redemption and overcoming addictions. It was a great conversation that I had to let you guys hear. Part 2 is coming soon. • Episode 69- My Pre-conversation with Pratiqk Jaani about the Dhrasti Perception Theory. 28.07.2026 1h 21min
In this episode, I had a great pre-conversation about the Dhrasti Method and Perception Theory. We talked about his life as a people pleaser for most of it, which led him to the Dhrasti Method and Perception Theory. We talked about low self-esteem, low self-worth, low self-value, low self-respect, low self-love, low self-confidence, and believing in oneself when no one else does; how his medical and mental health journey has led him to be the founder of Dhrasti Method Ltd and the author of Dhrasti! The Perception? We talked about self-esteem healing and recovery when it comes to building your self-esteem through the negative situations that you are in, and the people who have harmed you. He spoke on being a qualified hypnotherapist and business advisor, the state of bliss, and how to live with bliss and joy too. We spoke about how this method can lead you to being alone to find who you are, heal and recover from your trauma, abuse, suffering, pain, and hurt from negative people and situations. We also spoke about religion and spirituality when it comes to building yourself into the new version of you. How the higher power pulls you away from the world for you to heal, recover, learn, grow, and evolve to prepare you for the things that will hurt and cause you pain and suffering, and how to protect yourself from negative people and situations. It was a great conversation about self-esteem, self-love, and self-value. • Episode 68- My Pre-conversation with Paul Drayton about His Memoir, Ride, Or Die Trying. 22.07.2026 1h
In this episode, I had a great conversation with Paul Drayton about his memoir Ride, or Die Trying. We talked about his battle with alcohol and being a people pleaser throughout his whole life. We talked about his marriage and divorce from comedian Alan Carr. He was very candid account of addiction recovery, accountability, grief, a late ADHD diagnosis at 50, and rebuilding his life. How did the drinking addiction almost ruin his life and career? How has his healing and recovery journey led him to rebuilding, and he is now in a much happier place? We talked about how being a people pleaser and lowering yourself is ruining so many people's lives. How being a people pleaser starts from childhood based on trying to please our parents and living up to their expectations. He also talks plainly about making peace with past mistakes, not being defined by public opinion, and rebuilding self-worth without dressing it up. There’s humour and honesty in the way he reflects on chaos, identity, loss, and starting over. People do not understand the damage that being a people pleaser causes to all aspects of your life, health, and wellness. It was a very enlightening conversation that I wanted you guys to hear. We will be doing a part two to that conversation soon. I hope that you enjoy the conversation.Become a supporter of this podcast: https://www.spreaker.com/podcast/with-self-respect-comes-self-love--5161847/support.
  • Episode 67 - With Self Respect Comes Self Love When It Comes To Trauma, Pain, and Suffering. 15.07.2026 50min
In this episode, I wanna talk about self-esteem, self value, self-love, and self-respect, when it comes to losing it based upon pain, suffering, trauma, abuse, or any negative things that you’ve been through based on other people. There are millions of different ways why people can lose their respect for themselves. Why people don’t love, value, appreciate, or know they’re worth because they base it on other people and what they think, feel, and their opinions of them. That starts from childhood when it comes to how their parents have talked about them, as well as other children, siblings, family, members, and other people in general. I don’t think people understand the importance of self-esteem, self-worth, self value, self-care, self-respect, confidence, and you believing in yourself even when no one else does when it comes to healing and recovery. That’s the first thing that needs to be worked on before anything else can be worked on when it comes to healing and recovery. So I wanted to do this episode because I wanted people to understand that after losing my father, I learned so much about a lot of things that break our self-esteem, self value, self love, and self-respect within ourselves. How we deal with the death of the people that have caused us pain, suffering, abuse, and trauma throughout our whole winter our lives? So I hope this episode helps so many people understand why your self-esteem, self-respect, self love, self value, self-worth, self-confidence, and you believing in yourself when no one else does is so important. And it should never be based on what other people think, say, or their opinions of you, but more so based on how you see yourself.Become a supporter of this podcast: https://www.spreaker.com/podcast/with-self-respect-comes-self-love--5161847/support.
  • Episode 66 - With Self Respect Comes Self Love When It Comes To Grief 01.07.2026 1h 25min
In this episode, I talk about self-esteem, self-worth, self value, self-respect, self-love, self-confidence, and you believe in yourself when it comes to overcoming death and grief. I just lost my father on February 12 of 2026, and I wanted to discuss how death can impact a person‘s self-esteem, self-worth, self value, self self-respect, self love, self-confidence, and you believe in yourself because the people that you love when it comes to your parents, family, children, spouses, and close friends are gone, that believed in you. The people that supported, loved, and believed in you when no one else did are gone. The people that when everybody else put you down and made you feel less than, uplift you and are your biggest cheerleaders when it comes to the things that you do are no longer here physically. How do you move forward when your biggest protectors, and supporters are gone? The people that saved you from all the negative people that were destroying your life are no longer here physically. when it comes to healing and recovery when it comes to grief and death, it’s a little bit different than the other healing and recovery that I have discussed. So I just wanted to come on here, and let you guys know how I’m coping with my healing recovery process when it comes to losing my father. What I’m learning from the death of my father that is changing the way I go about living my life now. And how me and my family are moving forward since the loss of my father? It certainly hasn’t been a very easy journey, but I’m just taking things one day at a time. so I hope this episode really helps other people that are going through grief when it comes to losing a love one and death, that you’re not alone. And I hope it gives you inspiration as far as how to go about overcoming grief.Become a supporter of this podcast: https://www.spreaker.com/podcast/with-self-respect-comes-self-love--5161847/support.

When is episode talk about self-respect leading to self love when it comes to grief. On February 12 of 2026, I lost my father, and I’ve been going through grief since he has died. I want to talk about how I am building self-esteem, self-worth, self value, self-respect, self-confidence, and me believing in myself through losing my father. The battle that I have been since his passing when it comes to taking care of everything as far as his affairs. Realizing that losing a father or any parent, or losing a child, spouse, or sometimes even your family is one of the worst type of trauma to go through. I took about through this journey of this grave, I found a self-esteem, self-worth, self value, self-respect, self-confidence, and me believing in myself that I probably wouldn’t have found if it didn’t happen. how I have went from being lost to being found through the death of my father. This journey as far as my self-esteem, self-worth, self value, self-respect, self-confidence, and me believing in myself, even when no one else has has not been very easy, but every day, regardless of how many times somebody tries to break any of those, I always finding a way to build it back. But now the new version of me is not letting anybody to break my self-esteem, self-worth, self value, , self-confidence, or me believing, and myself when no one else does. • Episode 60 - What is the Mask That You Hide Behind? 06.05.2026 35min
In this episode, I’ll talk about what is the mass that you were hiding behind that you won’t remove. And this particular mass is what you were hiding the real version of you behind from the world. The part of you that most people will never accept, or appreciate because to them it’s like the Phantom of the opera, when they saw the real version of what he truly looked like. And the one thing that people have a huge problem with is when it comes to the real version of themselves. They would rather hide behind a mask and illusion that doesn’t exist, versus accepting the true version of themselves. A lot of people are living fantasy worlds that don’t exist. Trying to be somebody that you truly are not, and never were. And what happens when finally that faith shatters? What happens when that mask breaks apart and shows the true version of you? Is that something that you can handle? Whoever listens to this podcast, ask yourself are you living the true version of yourself, are you living in illusion, fantasy, or a lie when it comes to the true version of you?Become a supporter of this podcast: https://www.spreaker.com/podcast/with-self-respect-comes-self-love--5161847/support.
  • Episode 59 - With Self Respect Comes Self Love When Comes To Healing and Recovery Process. 30.04.2026 50min
In this episode, I’m going to be talking about self-esteem, self-worth, self values, self back, self-confident, and you believe in yourself even when no one else does when it comes to healing and recover recovery. I don’t think people understand the importance of the self-esteem, self-worth, self value, self love, self respect, self-confidence, and you believing in yourself when it comes to the healing and recovery process. The healing and recovery process can’t even really work unless you build self-esteem and self-worth. You will have to learn to love yourself despite anyone else loving you. You believe in yourself even when someone else does not. Learning that it’s OK if somebody doesn’t wanna be in a relationship with you romantically or platonically. It’s OK if you’re not chosen or accepted when it comes to being a certain groups. And that is the part of healing recovery that is the hardest. Because without your self-esteem, self-worth, and you loving yourself, then you’re gonna let people treat you any kind of way. They’re gonna be able to do whatever they want to to you because you’re allowing yourself to build these other people up. You’re giving up everything in order to make someone else happy. So I’ve decided today. I’m gonna talk about the importance of healing your self-esteem, self-worth, self-respect, and you loving yourself to become the new version of yourself. And it is one of the first steps that I do when it comes to helping people when it comes to healing your recovery to become the new version of you. • Episode 58 - How Your Self-Esteem Determines What You Will Put Up With From People. 09.04.2026 30min
In this episode, how self-esteem determines what you will allow people to do, and treat you. How you lowering yourself in order to build up other people that will never do this in return. The people that really don’t want anything to do with you really don’t like you, they really don’t want a relationship with you, and will settle for you because of what you can do for them financially, sexually, and what you’re willing to give them. And they don’t have to do nothing but the bare minimal. These are people that don’t take you out, they will never reciprocate what you give them, and they treat you like fresh. What made me talk about? The topic was a conversation where I saw whether men would want a woman doesn’t eat attractive, but an idiot, or whether he would want someone that is the full package but unattractive. And the person responded that they would want an attractive idiot instead of the woman that got herself together, but she is considered unattractive. People don’t understand how self-esteem play a very big part of your human recovery and moving forward. Yourself the theme plays a very big part when it comes to becoming a new version of you based on how you feel about yourself, what you will allow people due to you, what you will put up with, and what you will allow people to take from you without giving nothing return. I really hope this episode gives you inspiration.Become a supporter of this podcast: https://www.spreaker.com/podcast/with-self-respect-comes-self-love--5161847/support.
  • Episode 57 - With Self Respect Comes Self Love When It Comes To How You Feel About Yourself. 24.03.2026 30min
In this episode, I talk about how your self-esteem, self-worth, self value, self-confidence, self-respect, and you believe in yourself when no one else does. How do you go about doing that. In the world today it is really hard to love yourself, believing yourself, being confident in yourself, respecting yourself, loving yourself, caring for yourself, taking care of yourself, and etc. when you have so many people trying to tear you down every single day. there are many people that lower themselves in order to build other people up like build bears and dolls. People that lower themselves just to make everybody else happy and put themselves in my ass. There are a lot of people that do a lot of things to prove that the people that will never reciprocate that in return. A lot of people who are chasing out the people that don’t want them, and that will never date or be with them. A lot of people that allow people to treat them any kind of way, and do anything to them. And as for that reason that I created the podcast to help people to base themselves on how they see themselves, versus how other people see them. Them basing themselves on what they think about themselves versus what everybody else thinks about them. It took me a little bit what I was gonna do this podcast. But since losing my father, I had time to really sit down and think about it. And I really want to help people to build their self a thing, self-worth, self value, self-respect, self confident, and then believing in themselves even when no one else does. I think that’s the part of killing a recovery that we’re missing. So I hope this episode gives you a glimpse of where I’m going when it comes to hearing and recovery to become the new and better versions of yourself.Become a supporter of this podcast: https://www.spreaker.com/podcast/with-self-respect-comes-self-love--5161847/support.
  • Episode 56 - With Self Respect Comes Self Love Healing and Recovery. 21.03.2026 36min
In this episode, I discussed the importance of self-esteem, self-worth, self value, self-respect, self-confidence, and you believe in yourself when no one else does when it comes to healing and recovery. A lot of people don’t understand the importance of healing your recovery when it comes to self-esteem and self-worth. You respecting yourself as far as having non-negotiable, and what you stand for. You believing in yourself despite what other people say. Also, the confidence that you find within yourself even though everybody tells you don’t fit society standards. People don’t realize that the healing and recovery besides spiritually, mentally, psychologically, emotionally, health and wellness internally and externally, financially, and family relationships are all based on your self-esteem, self-worth, self value, self-respect, your confidence, and you believe it in yourself. Because there are a lot of people, especially your family that have made you feel less than what you are based on how they treated you as a kid. And now your self-esteem is so low to the point that you allow everybody else that isn’t your parents or family members or the people that hurt you when you were younger to hurt you now. And I felt like this was an episode that I wanted to talk about because I’m coming to that realization myself in my own healing recovery, which is the reason why I am no longer a part of society standard due to my discovery when it comes to this. • Episode 55 - How Being Alone Will Lead To The Person That You Want To Be. 13.03.2026 35min
In this episode, I discussed how being alone will lead to the best version of yourself. You’re able to find who you are based on what you want and need and not based on what everybody else thinks that you should do and be. How I am dealing with the loss of my father, which is leading me to this new and better version of myself through grief? The one thing that I am learning through the loss of my dad is the things that I would like to do differently. This experience of me getting sick in 2017 to now has led me to this new and better version of me where I’m not sitting around and waiting for people to do things for me, going on trips with me, hanging out with me, or being relationships with me romantically. I’m not sitting around waiting for my family to accept me or what it is that I do. I am just enjoying this new version of me for traveling, building a new business in a brand, doing my podcast, getting ready to start making jewelry, candles, and body butters. Me writing two books about healing and recovery, motivational, speaking, and doing these podcast. So I hope this journey of mine as far as healing and recovery not just some grief, but also through my self-esteem, self-worth, self value, self respect, self confidence, and believing in myself, is leading me to this version of myself that I’m really loving. I’m enjoying this journey of being alone and walking in this path, purpose, and journey to this new and better version of myself that I’m happy with. And it’s important that I’m happy with this new version of me. The people that will accept the new version of you will accept it, and the people that don’t they won’t. We also talked about how we put everyone before ourselves, lowering ourselves, letting go of our dreams just to focus on everyone else's wants and needs. How no matter what we go through, we have to make sure that what choice, decision, action and behavior are what is best for your health and wellness internally and externally, finances, and the things that you have. #health #wellnessBecome a supporter of this podcast: https://www.spreaker.com/podcast/with-self-respect-comes-self-love--5161847/support.
