Are You a Rock Star 02.10.2026 11pDaily Boost Podcast Are You a Rock Star October 3, 2026 | Episode 5555 Host: Scott Smith Episode Description Everybody wants to be a rock star. Or do they? Some people only sing lead. Others are happy playing bass in the back and stepping up when somebody hands them the mic. When my son was in his twenties, he was sure he'd be the rock star. I asked him one question that stopped him cold. Today I share that question and why I ask every client some version of it by the second or third call. There's no wrong answer here. The only mistake is not being honest with yourself about which one you really are. Featured Story When my son Austin was in his early twenties, he was bound and determined to be a rock star. He headed to Los Angeles, played guitar, sang, cut CDs, and worked the open mic nights at the Whisky a Go Go. He was good. He just wasn't that good. So I asked him, what happens when you become a member of the band instead? He didn't know what to do with that. Playing any other role had never crossed his mind. He told me he wouldn't be happy with that. He kept going anyway, and he found his stage somewhere I never saw coming. Important Points * Decide early whether you want to lead from the front or play in the band, because each path carries its own price. * Some people only sing lead, and they're special once they commit. Most people are happiest in the ensemble. * Taking a job isn't failure if the business side drains you. Be honest about which rock star path fits your life. Memorable Quotes * There's a price to pay, and there always is. The lead singer gets one spot, and sometimes they sit on the bench. * It's okay either way, but you've got to be honest about what you are: the rock star or a member of the backup band. * Some only sing lead. They're special, but they're only special once they finally say that's all I do. Scott's Three-Step Approach * Ask yourself whether you want to lead from the front or play in the band, and answer honestly, not how you wish. * Weigh the price each role carries, like the ups and downs of owning a business versus a steady paycheck and time off. * Commit to the role that fits you, then build your plan around it so you stop chasing a spot you don't really want. Chapters 0:20 - A lesson from my son that changes how you think 1:33 - The leads and offers problem side hustlers can't crack 3:01 - Austin heads to LA to become a rock star 3:44 - What happens when you're just a member of the band 5:33 - Lead singers who won't ever pick up a guitar 7:40 - A client takes a job and finally gets his weekends 8:48 - The price of the rock star path and which one you are SEO Description Rock star or member of the band. Making Decisions 01.10.2026 11pDaily Boost Podcast Making Decisions October 1, 2026 | Episode 5554 Host: Scott Smith Episode Description You're making a decision right now. Stay and listen, or move on? That tiny choice shows up all day, every day, and a lot of us are stuck. Smart people with MBAs and PhDs come to me confused. Too many options, too much information, and too many hours arguing with a chatbot that can't decide for them. Today I'll share a formula the Stoics talked about around 300 BC. Emotion plus logic equals your outcome. Learn how both sides work together, and you'll make your next big call faster and with a lot more confidence. Featured Story A few years ago, I picked out a house right on the beach in Daytona. Beachfront. I was ready to go. Then I found out my wife wanted to raise alpacas. Within a second, emotion took over, and we bought a 12-acre ranch about 15 miles from the ocean. I learned to drive a tractor, clear fields, and put up fences. Four years later, she said, I made an emotional decision that didn't work. And people kept asking how we made money on alpacas. You don't. You write them off. Logic finally stepped back in, and it gave us our answer. Important Points * Your biggest and most fun decisions start with emotion, so stop fighting it and learn to harness what you feel first. * Logic is the second step: check the boxes and do your due diligence before you commit to an outcome. * Feeding your confusion into a chatbot rarely brings clarity. It has too much data and no real emotion to work with. Memorable Quotes * Making decisions is the most important skill you can have. Your ability to make a decision makes you a superhero. * Emotions are always the first step in decision-making, but you've got to put some logic into it as well. Then decide. * Black-and-white reality rarely makes for a good life, so bring both emotion and logic to the table. Scott's Three-Step Approach * Notice the emotion driving your decision first, whether it's excitement or frustration, and call it what it is. * Bring in logic next by checking the cost, the work involved, and the facts, the way you'd do real due diligence. * Put what you feel together with what you learned, make the call, and let the emotion come back as your happy dance. Chapters 0:16 - You're deciding whether to listen right now 2:31 - Why so many smart people can't decide anymore 3:27 - Frustration, chatbots, and harnessing your heart 5:28 - The Stoic formula behind every decision you make 6:00 - Trading a beach house for a 12-acre alpaca ranch 7:11 - A coffee, a donut, and a brand-new Harley 8:48 - Emotion first, logic next, then the happy dance SEO Description Emotion plus logic equals your outcome. Scott Smith shares a Stoic formula to break decision paralysis and choose with clarity. You Are in Charge 30.09.2026 11pDaily Boost Podcast You Are in Charge September 30, 2026 | Episode 5553 Host: Scott Smith Episode Description Change happens every day, whether you like it or not. Sometimes it happens to you. Sometimes you make it happen. And sometimes you change for the worse before you change for the better. After 20 years of coaching, I've noticed people change when they finally wear themselves out. They hit the that's-it moment. I'm done. I'm out of here. Then comes frustration, and it turns out frustration is your friend. It pushes you toward the one answer nobody else can hand you. You're the boss of you. Stand up, take a step, and repeat. Featured Story Brittany told me something last week that made me laugh. She said, " You did your job too good, man. And then she fired me. I'm proud of her, so I'll use her name. When we started, she was waiting for someone else to hand her the answer, me included. We worked through the frustration together, the days she wanted to quit and the days she was mad at me. Then one day she took control. Boom. The first thing she did with that control was let me go. That's graduation day. It happens to me all the time, and I wouldn't have it any other way. Important Points * Change usually shows up after you wear yourself out repeating the same behavior and getting the same unwanted result. * Frustration isn't a sign you're failing. It's the push that moves you past waiting on others to hand you the answers. * A plan from a chatbot at 3 a.m. is easy. The real work starts when you step out into the world and make it happen. Memorable Quotes * When you understand that the only person who can give you your dreams is you, your dreams become real. Magic happens. * You are already meant to be a certain person. You already have everything you need to get there. Just accept it. * I'm going to stand up, take a step, and repeat, repeat, repeat. That's the world's simplest success recipe. Scott's Three-Step Approach * Name the behavior you keep repeating that keeps giving you a result you don't want, and admit you've worn yourself out. * Decide that's it, you're done, and write down the smallest roadmap step you can take this week in the new direction. * Stand up, take that step, and repeat it daily, using your frustration as fuel instead of a reason to hand the work off. Chapters 0:15 - Hump day, the Geico camel, and a talk about change 1:51 - Leads and offers training coming to Face Your Passion 2:46 - Taking a different path in life, fast or slow 4:12 - Why chatting with AI at 3 a.m. isn't the journey 5:06 - You change when you finally wear yourself out 6:59 - Frustration shows up as your friend right on time 7:51 - How Brittany took control and then fired me SEO Description Change starts when you wear yourself out. Scott Smith on why frustration is fuel and why you're the only boss of your dreams. Practice Doesn't Make Perfect 29.09.2026 10pDaily Boost Podcast Practice Doesn't Make Perfect September 29, 2026 | Episode 5552 Host: Scott Smith Episode Description My band teacher handed me a tenor sax in sixth grade and said, " Go home and practice. Practice makes perfect, right? I believed that for years. Then I noticed something else. Practice doesn't make perfect. Practice makes permanent. Whatever you repeat every day becomes who you are, and that goes for the good stuff and the ugly stuff. Today we look at stinking thinking, bad manners, sloppy relationship habits, and the gym. Then we flip it. Choose what you practice on purpose, and the life you want starts to stick. Start paying attention today. Featured Story My client Dave came to me wanting to start a podcast, and he wanted it to be great. He put in the work on Outside the Walls, too. But if you'd heard those first couple of episodes, you would have laughed. I did. So did Dave. He wasn't lazy. He practiced hard. He didn't know what to practice, and you can't practice perfectly when you've never learned the core basics. So I handed him what I've picked up over 40-plus years behind a microphone. Once he knew where to put his reps, everything shifted. He's still doing that show today, and it's good. Really good. Important Points * Whatever you repeat every day becomes permanent, so choose your daily habits like you're choosing your future self. * Reading and research can't replace experience. Find someone who knows the basics and can show you what to practice. * Rude habits, negative thoughts, and careless relationship moves get stronger with practice, just like the good ones. Memorable Quotes * Practice makes perfect only when you practice perfectly, and you can't do that when you don't know the core basics. * If you practice stinking thinking, it's just a matter of time before you're getting all the bad thoughts you want. * Whatever you're practicing is what you're going to get, because practice doesn't make perfect. It makes permanent. Scott's Three-Step Approach * Look back at today and list the habits you repeat without thinking, from the thoughts you run to the way you act. * Mark which habits you'd be happy to make permanent and which ones are quietly building a life you don't really want. * Swap one bad habit for a good one, learn the basics from someone who knows, and practice it the right way daily. Chapters 0:15 - Race season in Daytona and a question about practice 3:03 - A sixth-grade tenor sax and the practice myth 4:23 - Dave's rough start and what finally made him good 5:28 - Stinking thinking becomes a habit you're great at 5:57 - Bad manners and relationship skills get practiced too 7:41 - My wife's gym habit and what it says about practice 8:17 - Pay attention to what you're practicing today SEO Description Practice doesn't make perfect; it makes permanent. Expanding Your Comfort Zone 28.09.2026 13pDaily Boost Podcast Expanding Your Comfort Zone September 28, 2026 | Episode 5551 Host: Scott Smith Episode Description Get out of your comfort zone. People say it like it is gospel, and most of the time I think they are flat wrong. I like my comfort zone. You probably like yours too. The real question is not how to escape it. It is how to stretch it just far enough that you are standing on the edge instead of hiding in the middle. A listener wrote me from a place a lot of you are sitting in right now. Her email changed the way I talk about this, and I read the whole thing on today's show. Featured Story An email showed up, and I read it out loud slowly, exactly as she wrote it, because I didn't want to change a single word. She said all she had ever wanted was to experience a little comfort zone. She'd had success these last few years, and it cost her. Actions she didn't want to take. Digging deep when all she wanted was to bury her head in the sand. Bad marriage out of her life. Big burdensome house sold. A little cash in the bank. And she can finally feel some comfort on her horizon. Then she asked me three words that stopped me cold. Important Points * You do not need to blow up your comfort zone. You need to expand it a little, over and over, on purpose. * Most people live anxiety-neutral until something forces them to move. Fear comes first, then learning, then growth. * A comfort zone you had to fight for is a different animal than one you were handed. Treat it like you earned it. Memorable Quotes * The goal for ninety-nine percent of our time is to expand your comfort zone a little. Stay comfortable, my friends. * My comfort zone is a bubble. Sometimes it expands and connects with somebody else expanding theirs, and that is wild. * What a man can be, he must be. Maslow taught that in 1943 and went deep into the human psyche, and it still holds. Scott's Three-Step Approach * Take an honest look at your own bubble and name the edge of it, the thing sitting just past what you normally do. * Step one inch over that edge sometime this week, small enough to stay safe and big enough that you truly feel it. * Look around from that new spot before you move again, and notice whose bubble is expanding right next to yours. Chapters 0:15 - Your comfort zone is not the enemy people claim 3:09 - An email that said everything I had been thinking 4:07 - All she ever wanted was a little comfort zone 5:18 - What a comfort zone you fought for actually changes 6:08 - Anxiety neutral, fear, learning, and growth zones 7:11 - Why I picture the whole thing as a bubble 9:43 - Expand a little, and go, Goggins only when you must Connect With Me Search for the Daily Boost on YouTube, Apple Podcasts, and Spotify * Email: [email protected] * Main Website: https://motivationtomove.com * YouTube: https://youtube.com/dailyboostpodcast * Instagram: https://instagram.com/heyscottsmith * Facebook Page: https://facebook.com/motivationtomove * Facebook Group: https://dailyboostpodcast.com/facebook Learn more about your ad choices. Be Honest with Yourself 25.09.2026 13pDaily Boost Podcast Be Honest with Yourself September 25, 2026 | Episode 5550 Host: Scott Smith Episode Description Burying the lead is a journalism term. It means you know the important part, and you keep talking about everything else first. I got called into my boss's office over it when I was nineteen years old. I have been catching myself at it ever since, and I catch other people doing it every single day. It costs you more than you think. You say you cannot focus. You say you cannot get moving. You say you do not have enough money. Every one of those is a buried lead, and today we go dig it up. Featured Story I was on a call with a client, and she was very good at the wander. More time to find, more to learn, more advice to get. Even cleaning the garage had somehow climbed the list. So I stopped her and asked why she was avoiding the one thing that mattered most to her. The tears came fast. This was not the first time either. Smart people, accomplished people, and I watch their body language just crash. Then she said something I have not been able to shake. She told me she thought she had been talking about what was important. Important Points * When you say you cannot focus, you are focusing. You are just pointing it at the wrong thing, and you know it. * Changing how you communicate to keep everybody else comfortable is the fastest way never to get what you want. * Ask yourself how you want to feel, not how you are supposed to feel. The answer shows up faster than you expect. Memorable Quotes * I am just telling myself a story that is comforting and sounds good in my mind. We all do that—every one of us. * Do not hurt anybody's feelings, but do not worry about stepping on their toes if they put them under your foot. * They just needed permission. I did not invent that. I had enough time in the seat to realize that is all it was. Scott's Three-Step Approach * Sit down when this show is over and ask yourself one simple question out loud. How do I want to feel this week? * Write that answer down in your own handwriting, then name the thing you have been talking around instead of chasing. * Say that thing first in your very next conversation, before the setup and before the story, and watch what shifts. Chapters 0:15 - Burying the lead and why it wrecks your whole week 2:20 - The homework question I used to give out on Fridays 4:00 - My boss calls me in and asks what I am hiding 6:36 - I ask a client why she is avoiding what matters 7:26 - Her answer came with tears, and I have seen it before 10:28 - The permission slip that nobody ever hands you Connect With Me Search for the Daily Boost on YouTube, Apple Podcasts, and Spotify * Email: [email protected] * Main Website: https://motivationtomove.com * YouTube: https://youtube.com/dailyboostpodcast * Instagram: https://instagram.com/heyscottsmith * Facebook Page: https://facebook.com/motivationtomove * Facebook Group: https://dailyboostpodcast.com/facebook Learn more about your ad choices. Being Intentional Makes Life Interesting 24.09.2026 12pDaily Boost Podcast Being Intentional Makes Life Interesting September 24, 2026 | Episode 5549 Host: Scott Smith Episode Description Be intentional. People throw that phrase around like everybody already knows what it means. Most of us do not. There is the automatic kind. Get out of bed, walk the dogs, answer the email. That is fine, and it is not what I am talking about. I mean the kind that wakes you up at three in the morning. Twenty years ago I set one of those. It changed everything about how my life looks today, and it started with a question somebody asked me across a dinner table. I will tell you exactly what I said back. Featured Story Little French restaurant out in Mount Dora, Florida. It is a gourmet pizza place now, and we went back a couple of months ago and decided the pizza beats the French stuff anyway. That was the first day I held her hand. Right there at the table, she looked at me and said, " So, Mr. Smith, what are your intentions exactly? I did not miss a beat. I told her I was going to do everything I could to get her to fall in love with me, marry me, and spend the rest of our lives together. Her jaw dropped. She smiled. She took a sip of wine. Important Points * Automatic intention gets you out of bed and through the day. Real intention wakes you at three in the morning. * Good intentions are rarely enough on their own. They have to become a goal, a timeline, and something you say out loud. * You and your dream do not live on some island. Tell the people involved what is on your mind, or you will stay stuck. Memorable Quotes * You will never be happier than when you are on a mission, have a purpose, and do it intentionally. * My intentions were simple. I was going to do everything I could to get her to fall in love with me and marry me. * I was so intentional and 100% certain. It was already done in my mind, so why wait? Scott's Three-Step Approach * Name the one intention that actually matters to you right now, in a single sentence you could say to a stranger. * Turn that sentence into a goal with a real date attached, so it stops being a feeling and becomes an actual plan. * Say it out loud to the person it affects the most, and then let their reaction pull you straight into the work. Chapters 0:14 - Everybody says be intentional, and nobody explains it 2:37 - The difference between automatic and real intention 4:34 - What I decided in the months after meeting Joy 5:57 - She asked my intentions, and I did not miss a beat 8:25 - The electric slide I danced alone at the Ocean Deck 9:20 - A paper straw ring and the answer I was hoping for Intention is more than a plan. How to Silence the World 23.09.2026 12pDaily Boost Podcast How to Silence the World September 23, 2026 | Episode 5548 Host: Scott Smith Episode Description You listen to podcasts. You listen to your people. You listen to AI and to whoever is loudest in your feed. When was the last time you listened to yourself? I grew up talking. My mouth got me in trouble, and my mouth got me out of trouble, so the old advice about listening twice as much as you speak took me a while to swallow. Then I took it somewhere almost nobody expects. Today I hand you a four-letter word that will change how your whole week feels. People yell at me when I say it. It works anyway. Featured Story I went dark this week. Not all the way. I was buzzing in my Face Your Passion group, chatting with people, loving every minute of it. Then I slipped away and just sat with my own brain for a few days. You can hear it if you listen closely to this week's shows. Those are my thoughts, nobody else's. Then my buddy at the gym came looking for me. He had not seen me in about a week because I was there at different hours. Man, I have not heard from you. We ended up having one of the best conversations we have had in months. Important Points * You are not short on information. You are short on time alone with your own brain, and that is a different problem. * Going dark is not going cold. You keep caring, and you keep showing up; you stop asking for permission first. * Use every tool you want to figure the thing out. Then close the laptop and make the call yourself, out loud, alone. Memorable Quotes * Going dark makes life brighter. Your creative mind flourishes; you feel more present; you find more meaning in life. * We have lost permission to think for ourselves. We cannot move forward without social approval from those around us. * Songs used to be written by somebody who sat down and wrote a song. It came out of them, not out of fifteen people. Scott's Three-Step Approach * Pick one decision you have been crowdsourcing and stop asking about it—no calls, no posts, no chat window open. * Block a quiet stretch this week, sit down with that decision, and write whatever your own brain hands you first. * Come back out and act on that decision before anybody else weighs in, then notice who comes looking for you afterward. Chapters 0:17 - The question I ask coaching clients most often 2:10 - My mouth got me in trouble and out of it too 3:17 - Attention spans are gone, and nobody noticed 4:31 - The four-letter word people yell at me about 6:45 - What happens when you stop asking everybody else 8:18 - Why people come looking for you when you vanish Connect With Me Search for the Daily Boost on YouTube, Apple Podcasts, and Spotify * Email: [email protected] * Main Website: https://motivationtomove.com * YouTube: https://youtube.com/dailyboostpodcast * Instagram: https://instagram.com/heyscottsmith * Facebook Page: https://facebook.com/motivationtomove * Facebook Group: https://dailyboostpodcast.com/facebook Learn more about your ad choices. Making Change Easier 22.09.2026 12pDaily Boost Podcast Making Change Easier September 22, 2026 | Episode 5547 Host: Scott Smith Episode Description Change is constant. You already know that. What most people miss is why change feels so hard even when you want it. I had a long conversation with a friend about this, somebody who takes chances for a living, and she handed me the answer before I could finish my own thought. It came down to one sentence about what you're willing to risk. Today I walk you through three things that make change easier. The mindset you need, the one thing you must never give up, and what to do about the fear that shows up every time. Featured Story Over at Skydive DeLand, I decided to jump out of an airplane by myself. No tandem instructor strapped to my back this time: just me and a parachute. It took a whole day of ground school before they would let me near the door. Somewhere in that classroom I did the math in my head. I am stretching my comfort zone here, but mostly this is safe. Most people do not die jumping out of an airplane. Believe it or not, they do not. So I went up, and I jumped. And when I landed, I figured out something about myself that nobody ever warns you about. Important Points * A growth mindset does not mean you can do anything. It means you are willing to expand, and willingness is enough. * Your peaceful base is not the thing holding you back. It is the exact reason you want to go after something more. * Fear shows up every time you want change. Knowledge helps some. Wisdom from someone who already did it helps more. Memorable Quotes * Everybody gets scared and freezes. I push through the fear and go as long as I'm mostly sure I won't lose what I built. * Your foundation must remain while you expand. The very thing that makes you comfortable is what makes you restless. * If AI told me how to pack a parachute, I would not jump out of that airplane. What I want is wisdom and experience. Scott's Three-Step Approach * Name the base you refuse to risk- the money and the home and the people- and write down what keeps it standing. * Pick one expansion that leaves that base completely untouched, small enough that losing it would cost you nothing real. * Borrow some wisdom from somebody who already did it, then take that leap before the fear talks you out of it. Chapters 0:15 - Change never stops, so why does it still rattle us 1:52 - April, the animal trainer, asks me a hard question 3:46 - Why people freeze instead of taking the leap 5:30 - Growth mindset, minus the you-can-do-anything lie 5:56 - My solo skydive and the math that made me jump 7:16 - Why wisdom beats knowledge when the fear shows up Connect With Me Search for the Daily Boost on YouTube, Apple Podcasts, and Spotify * Email: [email protected] * Main Website: https://motivationtomove.com * YouTube: https://youtube.com/dailyboostpodcast * Instagram: https://instagram.com/heyscottsmith * Facebook Page: https://facebook.com/motivationtomove * Facebook Group: https://dailyboostpodcast.com/facebook Learn more about your ad choices. Power Of Transitional Identity 21.09.2026 12pDaily Boost Podcast Power Of Transitional Identity September 21, 2026 | Episode 5546 Host: Scott Smith Episode Description You're stuck somewhere between who you've been and who you want to become. That gap is where most people quit. 17 years ago, I built something to close it, and my clients now call it one of the most important pieces of Face Your Passion. It's called a transitional identity. It gives you an honest name for yourself while you're still building, so you don't have to fake anything. No pretending. No waiting for the scale or the bank account to permit you to feel good. Just the truth about who you are today, pointed at where you're headed. Featured Story When I started Motivation to Move, I taught kickboxing in a gym, so most people came to me about their bodies. Every fall, the same conversation. A Christmas party on the calendar, a dress she wanted to wear, sixty pounds she wanted gone by December. I knew the math. Nobody drops sixty pounds in twelve weeks. But I also knew that if I could get her moving, the person on the inside would start changing long before the scale did. So I quit talking about December. I handed her five words to say instead, and the whole thing turned around. Important Points * A transitional identity lets you stop being who you were without pretending to be someone you have not become yet. * Fake it till you make it keeps failing you because, deep down, you're still second-guessing every bit of it. * Name what you already own today- determination and resilience- then point it at the person you want to become. Memorable Quotes * A transitional identity is a way not to be the person you are today and not pretend to be the person you'll be tomorrow. * It doesn't happen until it happens. Take the thing that actually works, grounded in reality, and say that's who we are. * I don't care what identity you put on yourself. Make it honest. Look in the mirror and say, I'm still working on it. Scott's Three-Step Approach * Write down who you are right now in plain, honest words, including the strengths you already carry into this change. * Add where you're headed, then say the whole thing out loud as a journey you're on instead of a finish line you hit. * Wear that line every single day for a month, then swap it out once it fits too easily and pulls you nowhere new. Chapters 0:15 - The framework I built for confused clients 2:41 - Why a quantum change always starts with disruption 3:56 - The kickboxing gym and a woman with a deadline 5:48 - Little black dress in progress, and why it works 8:26 - Living inside the identity before you earn it 9:37 - Change your line next month and climb again Connect With Me Search for the Daily Boost on YouTube, Apple Podcasts, and Spotify * Email: [email protected] * Main Website: https://motivationtomove.com * YouTube: https://youtube.com/dailyboostpodcast * Instagram: https://instagram.com/heyscottsmith * Facebook Page: https://facebook.com/motivationtomove * Facebook Group: https://dailyboostpodcast.com/facebook Learn more about your ad choices. What Are Your Traditions? 18.09.2026 12pDaily Boost Podcast What Are Your Traditions? September 18, 2026 | Episode 5545 Host: Scott Smith Episode Description We're almost halfway through September, and the holidays will be here before you know it. Most of us ride along with whatever traditions show up. Somebody else decorates. Somebody else throws the party. Somebody else makes the season feel like something worth showing up for. But somebody had to start that tradition. Today I want you to think about the people who create the moments the rest of us get to enjoy, and what happens when you get ahead of the season instead of letting it run you over. You get to decide what happens this year. Featured Story We were walking around the block the other night and stopped at the end of the street where my neighbor Hope lives. Her house is decorated year-round. Landscaping is her stress relief, so she's always out there. But come Christmas, she goes all out, and she's already moving things around, getting ready. I asked her if she was decorating again this year. Yes, yes, yes, I am. That's what I do. It's my tradition. So I told her thank you, because she makes Christmas for the rest of us. And she does. Take away that lit-up, happy house at the end of the street, and our whole neighborhood feels different. Important Points * Somebody has to make a tradition before anybody gets to enjoy it, and this year that somebody may as well be you. * Get ahead of the season now instead of waiting for December to cue you, and your whole fourth quarter changes. * The more certainty you build underneath your life, the more room you get to be spontaneous with the rest of it. Memorable Quotes * Traditions make our lives unique. They're always present, never forgotten. They are the fabric of our lives. * She's not creating it only for herself. She's creating it for the whole neighborhood. She makes Christmas for us. * Most everything that will make you happy: one day you decide to create it, and you do it automatically after that. Scott's Three-Step Approach * Write down the traditions you want happening this year, before the season starts making those decisions for you. * Pick the one nobody else is going to create- the party, the lights, the dinner- and put a date on the calendar. * Tell the people who belong there that it's happening, then build it, because that's what makes it a tradition. Chapters 0:20 - Why traditions matter more than you think right now 1:56 - The Face Your Passion community is officially open 3:28 - Certainty, variety, and where you land between them 5:17 - Traditions are the fabric of our lives completely 6:15 - Somebody has to make a tradition before you enjoy it 6:59 - The neighbor who makes Christmas for everyone 9:02 - Decide to create it, and it almost builds itself Connect With Me Search for the Daily Boost on YouTube, Apple Podcasts, and Spotify * Email: [email protected] * Main Website: https://motivationtomove.com * YouTube: https://youtube.com/dailyboostpodcast * Instagram: https://instagram.com/heyscottsmith * Facebook Page: https://facebook.com/motivationtomove * Facebook Group: https://dailyboostpodcast.com/facebook Learn more about your ad choices. Better Than A To-Do List 17.09.2026 12pDaily Boost Podcast Better Than A To-Do List September 17, 2026 | Episode 5544 Host: Scott Smith Episode Description You like getting things done. You've got a to-do list, maybe two, and you still end the day wondering what actually moved. I did the same thing until a flight instructor changed one word for me, and it changed how I run my whole life. Today I'll show you the difference between chasing check marks and doing the three things that matter. It's old school. It takes about ten seconds a day. And it works whether you run a company, a household, or both. Listen, then try it before lunch. Featured Story When I learned to fly, I was in a Cessna 172 and I was terrified of the preflight. You're absorbing a hundred years of aviation in a few weeks, and there's a checklist for everything, because at five thousand feet a missed item is a real problem. So there I am walking the plane, reading, checking, reading, checking, knuckles white. My instructor watched me sweat and said, " You're stressing out. Stop reading the list. Look at the airplane and ask one question instead. Did I do it? I looked at the tail. Did I check that? Nope. Went and checked it. The gas tank. The landing gear. Something loosened in my chest. Important Points * A to-do list is a parking lot for everything that pops up. It is not the map you use to run the day in front of you. * Pick three things every morning that move you forward, and let the other hundred items on the list wait their turn. * Stop chasing check marks. Walk through your day backward and ask whether I do it, the same way a pilot walks the plane. Memorable Quotes * A lot of you are living on your to-do list, and I will tell you right now, that is not how you get things done. * Instead of chasing your check marks all day long, you're focused on three things that will move the bar forward. * Life gets in the way, and before you know it, you're focused on the check mark instead of what is really important. Scott's Three-Step Approach * Dump every recurring task and loose idea into one trusted list, so your head stops running the same open loops. * Open that list each morning and pull out the three items that actually move your life or your business forward. * Walk through your day asking, "Did I do it?" and handle whatever comes back nope before you chase anything else today. Chapters 0:15 - A taste of fall and a question about your list 1:03 - Face Your Passion opens with a founder's rate 3:01 - Why AI made you busier instead of more productive 3:46 - Open loops, David Allen, and why dumping works 4:46 - The flight instructor who fixed my preflight panic 6:54 - Only three things a day actually move the bar 9:38 - The quick recap you can use before lunch today Connect With Me Search for the Daily Boost on YouTube, Apple Podcasts, and Spotify * Email: [email protected] * Main Website: https://motivationtomove.com * YouTube: https://youtube.com/dailyboostpodcast * Instagram: https://instagram.com/heyscottsmith * Facebook Page: https://facebook.com/motivationtomove * Facebook Group: https://dailyboostpodcast.com/facebook Learn more about your ad choices. Old Motivation Forever Truth 16.09.2026 14pDaily Boost Podcast Old Motivation Forever Truth September 16, 2026 | Episode 5543 Host: Scott Smith Episode Description My internet went out Tuesday. A perfect day plan, a full slate of coaching calls, and everything stopped. So I recorded this one offline and took my next client call next door at Dairy Queen with a Blizzard in my hand. Which fits, because today I'm going old school. Napoleon Hill wrote about setting a major definite purpose and letting nothing stop you for 30 days. A hundred years later, I've watched thousands of people try it. Half of this episode is his wisdom. The other half is what really happens when life gets in the way. You need both. Featured Story A while back, I decided to pull away from AI in my creative work. Fine for tools. Not for ideas. I wanted those to come from me again. Then one night I'm sleeping hard, hours of dreaming, and the ideas start pouring in. Great stuff. In the dream I'm scrambling to write it all down before it slips away. Somewhere in the middle of it, my dreaming brain stops cold. Wait. I'm not plugged into the internet. My head isn't connected to anything. So where is all this coming from? I woke up laughing. Scott is going old school in his sleep. That one moment told me more about where good ideas live than any tool ever has. Important Points * Almost nobody sets a goal with a major definite purpose behind it. Find yours first, and the goal finally has a spine. * The minute you decide to change, the people around you will ask what you're doing. Expect it so it can't stop you. * Doing whatever it takes for 30 days only works if you know your values. Cross them, and you'll be back on this road. Memorable Quotes * Try to stick with something for 30 days straight, and you'll realize how much time you actually have in your day. * The very minute you decide to be something you've not been before, everybody around you will ask what you're doing. * Negative self-talk is like a bad habit. It's easier to pick up a new one than break an old one, so think about what's possible. Scott's Three-Step Approach * Name your major definite purpose, the big goal that gets you excited enough that the obstacles stop mattering to you. * Then write down every reason you can succeed, and shut down the negative self-talk before it hardens into a habit. * Finally, commit to 30 days where nothing stops you, as long as it stays inside the values you already know you hold. Chapters 0:15 - Internet down, Blizzard in hand, and a 30-day question 4:52 - Going old school in my sleep and the dream that proved it 5:14 - Napoleon Hill's major definite purpose, translated for 2026 7:02 - List your reasons to succeed and decide nothing stops you 8:10 - The scratchy voice earned from tens of thousands of hours 8:28 - What happens when life, politics, and money get in the way Connect With Me Search for the Daily Boost on YouTube, Apple Podcasts, and Spotify * Email: [email protected] * Main Website: https://motivationtomove.com * YouTube: https://youtube.com/dailyboostpodcast * Instagram: https://instagram.com/heyscottsmith * Facebook Page: https://facebook.com/motivationtomove * Facebook Group: https://dailyboostpodcast.com/facebook Learn more about your ad choices. Reinvent Yourself 15.09.2026 13pDaily Boost Podcast Reinvent Yourself September 15, 2026 | Episode 5542 Host: Scott Smith Episode Description Ever decide to change something, then trip over yourself a week later and wonder why you bothered? You're not alone. Most reinventions don't fail because the goal was wrong. They fail because a few pieces were missing before you ever started. Today I'm sharing what I told a friend at the gym who wanted to reinvent himself without stumbling. It's the short version of what I'll teach inside Operation Reinvention, and you can start using it before this episode ends. Decide. Know your why. Pick your what. Own it. Then move. Press play and I'll walk you through each one. Featured Story I was at the gym this morning when Jacob walked up. I know him well. He said, "Scott, I hear you talk about this reinvention thing. I don't want to go all in, but is there a way to start without failing?" Fair question. Most people stumble, change their mind, and quit before anything sticks. So we talked right there between sets. When I got back to the office, I jotted down everything I'd told him, and I realized it was the whole process in miniature. Jacob wasn't asking how to reinvent his life. He was asking how to take the first step without tripping. And that's the part almost everybody gets wrong. Important Points * Decide fully or don't bother. A halfway decision gets you a halfway result, and "sorta" gets you sorta nothing at all. * Add the new habit before you subtract the old one. Fill your time with good, and the bad runs out of room. * Know your outcome before you start. If you can't describe where you'll land, you'll never know when you've arrived. Memorable Quotes * The day you decide, it'll happen so fast it'll be scary. That might be one reason you don't want to decide. * If you add a new good habit, you don't have time for the old one. That's the best advice for breaking a bad habit. * You take in the breath, and you let out your own breath. You're responsible for yourself. It is up to you, period. Scott's Three-Step Approach * Decide to make the change all the way, then get specific about what's cracked in your peaceful base and why it matters. * Add one new behavior that crowds out the old one, and write down the exact outcome you expect when the change is done. * Assign the accountability to yourself, pick a start day, and move the moment that first urge to quit shows up. Chapters 0:15 - A gym conversation about starting without stumbling 1:16 - Operation Reinvention becomes the Face Your Passion kickoff 2:34 - Why you must decide all the way, not halfway 4:13 - Two levels of why and checking your peaceful base 7:23 - Accountability belongs to you and nobody else 9:39 - Commit, start moving, and push the trigger back Connect With Me Search for the Daily Boost on YouTube, Apple Podcasts, and Spotify * Email: [email protected] * Main Website: https://motivationtomove.com * YouTube: https://youtube.com/dailyboostpodcast * Instagram: https://instagram.com/heyscottsmith * Facebook Page: https://facebook.com/motivationtomove * Facebook Group: https://dailyboostpodcast.com/facebook Learn more about your ad choices. Remember What Makes You Happy 14.09.2026 12pDaily Boost Podcast Remember What Makes You Happy September 14, 2026 | Episode 5541 Host: Scott Smith Episode Description You're the boss of you. I'm the boss of me. And every week I watch people who know exactly what they'd love to do wait for the weekend to do it. That's a lot of Mondays through Fridays spent on hold. Today I'm handing you a challenge. It'll sound counterintuitive, then you'll try it and go, " That was easy. I'll walk you through six zones where your passion lives, and why a couple of small things from those zones today beat all of them on Saturday. Do it today. Maybe tomorrow too. You'll feel more fulfilled and more in control. Featured Story I live in Florida. I see it all the time. Somebody spends forty years caught up in the kids, the job, the traffic, the cost of everything. They know what they love. They'll get to it later. Then they turn 65, sell the house up north, and roll into town. I escaped the great north. Now it's my turn to live. And then they check out. Heart attack. Gone. I've seen it way too many times to laugh about it. That's why I built six passion zones. Not so you can plan a retirement. So you can find the couple of things that make you happy and do one of them before the sun goes down today. Important Points * Doing three of your hundred passions today beats doing zero. Small daily doses beat saving it all up for Saturday. * You can pick how you want to feel by picking who you connect with. Need support or love today? Reach for that person. * Legacy isn't what they say when you're gone. It's the thing you do every single day that people already know you for. Memorable Quotes * If I know what I like to do, then I should do it, because if I do what I like to do, my life should be better. * Just because you have a list of ten things you think make you happy doesn't mean you need to do them every single day. * I don't really care when I'm dead. I consider legacy a living legacy: what am I doing every day that people know me for? Scott's Three-Step Approach * Name one thing you love in each of the six zones: personal, purposeful, connection, spiritual, abundance, legacy. * Pick two or three of them, not the whole list, and do a small version of each one before this day is over tonight. * Notice tonight how much more in control you feel, then run it again tomorrow. Start today, start moving, stay moving. Chapters 0:15 - A doggie birthday party and a challenge for your week 1:08 - You're the boss of you, so why keep beating yourself up 2:06 - Face Your Passion opens Thursday with 100 founder spots 3:24 - Caveman common sense: know what you like, then do it 4:56 - Six passion zones, starting with personal and purposeful 6:04 - Connection, spiritual, and my morning Jesus talk 7:22 - Abundance, living legacy, and the Florida retirement trap Connect With Me Search for the Daily Boost on YouTube, Apple Podcasts, and Spotify * Email: [email protected] * Main Website: https://motivationtomove.com * YouTube: https://youtube.com/dailyboostpodcast * Instagram: https://instagram.com/heyscottsmith * Facebook Page: https://facebook.com/motivationtomove * Facebook Group: https://dailyboostpodcast.com/facebook Learn more about your ad choices. Outsmart AI Right Now 11.09.2026 13pDaily Boost Podcast Outsmart AI Right Now September 11, 2026 | Episode 5540 Host: Scott Smith Episode Description Twenty years ago, Tim Ferriss told us to leverage our brains and let automation do the grunt work. I bought in, built a business on it, and it worked. Then AI showed up with the same promise. Robots do the hard stuff; you get to be creative. Three years in, AI is writing the music and making the films. Guess what's left for you. Today I'm giving you a take on AI you haven't heard, straight from a coaching call with my client Ralph. It's dark, a little funny, and it ends with the one thing AI can't touch. Featured Story Picture your head as a coconut. AI walked up with a drill, bored a little hole in the top, and you didn't feel a thing. Coconuts don't feel anything. Then it slid in a long straw and sucked your brains out. For some of you, it was a sip. For the college crowd, it was a lot. It poured all of it into its own brain. And then came the twist. You can have it back for twenty bucks a month. Forever. You said, " Great, I get my brain back plus everybody else's. Ten million PhDs. Except there are eight billion not-so-smart people in there too, and now you can't tell which one is talking. That's where it gets interesting. Important Points * Every knowledge job is getting cheaper. Consultants and coaches who sell pure information are getting squeezed first. * AI will flatter you while it lies to you. Pull your own brain back out and double-check everything before you decide. * AI can't make the decision. Wisdom, judgment, and face-to-face guidance are your leverage now. Memorable Quotes * There are 10 million PhDs inside AI; there's no doubt about that, but there are 8 billion stupid people in there too. * AI lies to you. It gives you compliments while it lies to you. It tells you what to think. It's a very good liar. * The only thing you have that's more valuable than AI is the ability to make a decision and to use your wisdom. Scott's Three-Step Approach * Admit that trading pure information for money is over. Consulting and coaching on knowledge alone won't hold up. * Move what you know into a decision. Take the flood of AI answers and turn it into the call somebody can't make alone. * Deliver that judgment face to face. A little human conversation on top of all that leverage is the new arbitrage. Chapters 0:15 - Ralph's call sparks a take on AI you haven't heard 1:08 - Face Your Passion opens September 17 for 100 founders 4:48 - Tim Ferriss promised the beach, then AI moved in on it 6:44 - The coconut, the straw, and your $20-a-month brain 7:44 - Why AI flatters you while it lies to you 8:45 - Mid-career and scared, and consulting won't save you 9:15 - The one skill AI can't take and how to get paid for it Connect With Me Search for the Daily Boost on YouTube, Apple Podcasts, and Spotify * Email: [email protected] * Main Website: https://motivationtomove.com * YouTube: https://youtube.com/dailyboostpodcast * Instagram: https://instagram.com/heyscottsmith * Facebook Page: https://facebook.com/motivationtomove * Facebook Group: https://dailyboostpodcast.com/facebook Learn more about your ad choices. Everything Is Possible 10.09.2026 11pDaily Boost Podcast Everything Is Possible September 10, 2026 | Episode 5539 Host: Scott Smith Episode Description Have you ever had one of those days where you're trying everything and nothing moves? You push, you plan, you show up, and the door still won't open. I've had plenty of them. Today I'm sharing a story about a man I met near the end of his life, a small pin he put on my shirt, and six words he said that I've carried for over 20 years. Those six words changed what I believed was possible. They built everything I have now, one day at a time. Listen. You might need them today. Featured Story The cameras were set. The crew was ready. Grandmaster Lee was late. He'd had a rough night; the cancer was winning, and he'd spent part of it in the hospital. Then the door opened, and he strode in as if nothing had happened and Sat down. Ready. He talked for two hours, and when he was done, he was done. Then something crossed his face. He got up, climbed over cables and light stands to a desk in the back, dug through a drawer, and came back with a little American flag pin that said Instructor. He pinned it to my shirt. I told him I wasn't an instructor. He smiled. Important Points * You're not behind because you're incapable of it; you're behind because you simply haven't started the thing yet. * Every library, business, or body of work you admire got built the same slow, boring way, one single day at a time. * Impossible today and impossible forever are two very different things, and only one of them is ever actually true. Memorable Quotes * Today, not possible. Tomorrow possible. I'll let you add a little Korean accent if you want to hear it. * When I began, only in my heart, like yours, you're just doing it. I'm counting on you to help people your own way. * My entire life, my entire legacy, everything would boil down to 5,500 podcasts, and I ain't anywhere near done yet. Scott's Three-Step Approach * Name the one thing you keep saying you'll start someday, and admit that today's version of it feels impossible. * Do the smallest piece of it today anyway, one call, one page, one recording, and then stop and walk away for now. * Come back and do the same small thing tomorrow, because tomorrow is where impossible quietly turns into possible. Chapters 0:15 - When the day refuses to go the way you planned 1:30 - Why I'm opening the Face Your Passion community 3:00 - Flying to Little Rock to film a legend's last story 4:49 - Ten thousand people and a curtain that opens 6:17 - He crossed a room full of cables to find a pin 7:50 - The mountain you see when you haven't started 8:11 - Six words that built the next twenty years Connect With Me Search for the Daily Boost on YouTube, Apple Podcasts, and Spotify * Email: [email protected] * Main Website: https://motivationtomove.com * YouTube: https://youtube.com/dailyboostpodcast * Instagram: https://instagram.com/heyscottsmith * Facebook Page: https://facebook.com/motivationtomove * Facebook Group: https://dailyboostpodcast.com/facebook Learn more about your ad choices. Design Your Perfect Day 09.09.2026 11pDaily Boost Podcast Design Your Perfect Day September 9, 2026 | Episode 5538 Host: Scott Smith Episode Description I haven't taught this one in many moons, but it's been central to my coaching for close to seventeen years. It's called your average perfect day, and the first time clients do it, it freaks them out. Then everything changes. Not because it's magic. Because writing down how you actually want to live wakes your brain up to what you want. I'm going to dare you to try it. Most of you won't, and that's fine. But the ones who do end up looking around five years later at a life that matches the page. Featured Story My wife and I don't need a car. The one we have is fine. But I've been working on her about a Tesla, and now she wants one, and we're sitting right there on the edge of pulling the trigger. Then I noticed something. Everywhere I go now, all I see are Teslas. Parking lots, the highway, the grocery store. They were always there. My brain didn't bother telling me about them until the thing mattered to me. That's the reticular activation system doing its job, and it's the same machinery that goes to work the minute you write down the day you actually want. Important Points * Write your average perfect day from wake-up to dreams, and don't allow one limitation or consequence on the page. * Your calendar tells the truth about what really matters to you, not the beliefs you say out loud when somebody asks. * You'll get it wrong on the first pass, and that is the point. Come back a week later and make it a little more real. Memorable Quotes * I know it is stupid, but you write it down anyway. There are no limitations, and there are no consequences. * I don't care what you tell me you believe in or what you tell me you want to do. What matters is what you actually do. * Your day can't be perfect every day, so on average, write down what you want and it will probably happen. Scott's Three-Step Approach * Grab a sheet of paper tonight and double-space the whole thing, because you will be adding lines to it for years. * Write out every single event of the day you want in order, from the second you wake up through the dreams you have. * Read it again a week later, correct whatever feels off, and then let your brain go hunting for the rest of it. Chapters 0:38 - A core philosophy I have not taught in years 1:18 - Naming the new community Face Your Passion 2:34 - Founders pricing and the doors on September 17 3:24 - The average perfect day concept, start to finish 4:43 - My wife, a Tesla, and seeing them everywhere 5:31 - Why average beats perfect every single day 8:03 - The drawer, five years later, half of it true Connect With Me Search for the Daily Boost on YouTube, Apple Podcasts, and Spotify * Email: [email protected] * Main Website: https://motivationtomove.com * YouTube: https://youtube.com/dailyboostpodcast * Instagram: https://instagram.com/heyscottsmith * Facebook Page: https://facebook.com/motivationtomove * Facebook Group: https://dailyboostpodcast.com/facebook Learn more about your ad choices. Honest With Yourself Decision Making 08.09.2026 14pDaily Boost Podcast Honest With Yourself Decision Making September 8, 2026 | Episode 5537 Host: Scott Smith Episode Description Yesterday I told you about the young man at the gym who couldn't pick a career. Today I'll show you what I'd actually do with him, and with you. Being stuck isn't a one-time problem you solve and retire from. Solve one thing and something else shows up. So I dump it all on the table, look for the pattern, and get honest about the direction I'm already leaning. Most people won't admit that last part, and that's the whole holdup. Bring your mess and let's sort through it together. Featured Story When I met my wife, Joy, I never worried about whether we'd get married. That sounds cold, but it wasn't. I put my toe in the water; we had something good, and my logic was simple. If it's good, it probably gets better. If it went bad, we'd unwind it long before a wedding. So I quit auditing the ending and worked what was in front of me. Infatuation, girlfriend, fiancé, married. Every stage tested it a little harder. That's exactly how I treat a career, a business, a direction I'm curious about. Get in, feel it, and let the thing prove itself to you. Important Points * Change is coming whether you choose or not. Accepting that beats pretending you have unlimited time to decide. * You already know your answer. You were trained to hold back, and that training is exactly what has you sitting still. * Don't hand this to AI. It flatters you, it never concludes, and you'll walk away more confused than you started. Memorable Quotes * I've always believed you already know what the outcome will be. My job is to get you to accept that. * AI will tell you whatever you want to hear, and give a lot of flattery too. You're going to be so much more confused. * Practicality and optimism go together really well. Optimism without practicality is unicorn rainbows and a crappy life. Scott's Three-Step Approach * Accept that something in your life has to change, and give it a real deadline so the decision stops floating out there. * Empty every option onto the table, sort the mess into piles, and watch for the pattern you keep leaning toward. * Put your toe in the water on that pattern with zero commitment, and let the very next step reveal itself to you. Chapters 0:20 - What is really going on when you feel stuck 2:08 - Accepting that the change is coming either way 3:38 - Dumping every option onto the table like Legos 5:34 - Why AI will only make your confusion worse 6:55 - Explore it, put your toe in the water, and see 8:17 - Joy, infatuation, and how I knew it would work 11:43 - Practical optimism beats unicorn rainbow living Connect With Me Search for the Daily Boost on YouTube, Apple Podcasts, and Spotify * Email: [email protected] * Main Website: https://motivationtomove.com * YouTube: https://youtube.com/dailyboostpodcast * Instagram: https://instagram.com/heyscottsmith * Facebook Page: https://facebook.com/motivationtomove * Facebook Group: https://dailyboostpodcast.com/facebook Learn more about your ad choices. Stuck Lost Confused Ick 07.09.2026 14pDaily Boost Podcast Stuck Lost Confused Ick September 7, 2026 | Episode 5536 Host: Scott Smith Episode Description It's Labor Day, and I woke up thinking about a conversation I have almost every single day of my life. A young man crossed the gym floor last week to thank me, then told me about a decision he can't make. Two good options. No way to choose. If you've ever stalled out in front of a choice like that, you know the feeling. Stuck, lost, confused, ick. I'm not handing you a blueprint today. I'm going to show you why you don't have one yet, and the one move that changes it. Listen. Featured Story I was walking out of the gym when a young man came across the floor and asked if I was Scott Smith. We'd talked in the sauna months earlier, and he wanted to say thanks. He's a military officer in his final semester, choosing between infantry and aviation, walking and listening and projecting twenty years forward, trying to settle it. I could hear his answer in his voice before he could. So I asked the question I get paid good money to ask. Have you ever flown an airplane? Nope. Just a simulator. I told him he has no idea whether he wants it. Important Points * When you keep delaying a decision, it isn't laziness. You haven't decided what the thing is supposed to be yet. * You can't evaluate a life you've never lived. Buy one hour of the real thing before you commit the next ten years. * Being stuck means you can't name the next step, not the whole plan. Name that one step and you start moving again. Memorable Quotes * If you ever see me delay on anything, you can bet I haven't decided exactly what it's supposed to be. * You can live vicariously through somebody else's experience, but you have no idea, because your boots aren't over there. * Once you put the target on it, you run. I can't hold people back when they figure out what they want. They go for it. Scott's Three-Step Approach * Admit that the delay is really a decision you haven't made yet, rather than calling it bad timing or a scheduling problem. * Take that undecided thing and touch the real version of it once. One hour, one flight, one honest conversation. * Name the single next step your gut hands you afterward, then move on it right away before your ego talks you out. Chapters 0:15 - Labor Day, the gym, and a voice I remembered 4:33 - Infantry or aviation, and what his energy said 5:43 - The silly question I get paid a lot to ask 6:34 - Why living it through someone else tells you nothing 8:29 - My radio dream and the parking lot that broke it 9:20 - Stuck is not knowing what forward even looks like 10:25 - The coffee invitation and how he earned it Connect With Me Search for the Daily Boost on YouTube, Apple Podcasts, and Spotify * Email: [email protected] * Main Website: https://motivationtomove.com * YouTube: https://youtube.com/dailyboostpodcast * Instagram: https://instagram.com/heyscottsmith * Facebook Page: https://facebook.com/motivationtomove * Facebook Group: https://dailyboostpodcast.com/facebook Learn more about your ad choices.
