Friend, we are back! And hopefully for good, stay a long time while having a good time. This episode is all about how transformation leads to lasting change. You know how you wake up one day and you just want to change, to live better, do better, think better and move better? But then by the end of the week old patterns and habits creep back in and you are where you started. I have been there until I came across the word in the bible that talks about letting God transform you into a new person and God cutting off dead branches. Realising that if we want lasting change, deep change we need to ask God to help us so we can sustain and remain changed and transformed. Grab your hot beverage and let's chat.
  • Episode 34 What God is teaching me about fear 01.04.2025 17p
Fear! One of the main tactics from the enemy to keep you stuck, delayed, ashamed and not living the life God has for you. Fear keeps you from God!Its been a challenge and a battle that I am learning to overcome and there are 3 things that God pointed out to me and showed about how to combat fear (because it creeps up throughout life because we grow and elevate and change). The lesson is to not get stuck in it, its to walk through it like David says in Psalm 23- "I will not be afraid for you are with me"Have a listen as I share those 3 things God has me doing on a daily to combat and be delivered from fear.
  • Episode 33 We Think Harvest 01.04.2025 18p
In this episode we chat about how we alwasy think about the Harvest and never the process and what it takes to get to the harvest. We want things quickly, we want growth to happen tomorrow or in the next week- if possible. Something that we don't pay enough attention is to is nature and it can teach us a lot about patience and seasons and what happens in each season. The key.... knowing what season God has you in and living accordingly, walking with Him through it and believing when he says at the right time He will make it happen. The Harvest isn't as important, that is not where we see and hear and learn to lean on God. Its in the quiet, the deep dark places (like soil) the everyday toiling and working and living.I hope this episode encourages you to walk by faith and not by sight and to throw your timings away!
  • Episode 32: GOD: Audience of 1 19.02.2025 26p
When we are at work, how often do we bring God into our work spaces and everything we do. Do we work as though we are working unto the Lord? Do we bring Him Glory and allow Him to guide us where we work, how we work, to teach us and guide us? In this episode we talk about making God the center of your work day. Your audience of 1. Pleasing God and serving him and stewarding out work. Being Excellent at all times.. How to live out God's word practically in your work day. Our scripture comes from Colossians 3:23-24 and Zachariah 4:10

We chat about why its important and just better to let God be the center, be number 1. To be our God.
  • Episode30: Your healing journey with God 24.11.2024 11p
Hello Hi friend, I have been reading 1 and 2 Kings and there are quite a few lessons in those books that i was not expecting (The Old testament is quite an intense part of the Bible for me). The first lesson I received was about Healing and how God will heal you His way and the way that is for YOU- YOUR own journey. Not how you think it should go or a copy and paste of someone else's healing journey. God is for us, God's plans for us are beautiful and intentional and we need to lean in, obey, follow Him and walk closely with Him throughout your life. Life changes all the time and each season and level of your life requires a different you, a healed you and God will take you through paths and reveal some things so that He can heal you so you become stronger, wiser and whole for where He is taking you. God knows you and what you need every single time. Tune is as we talk about Naaman and how God changed his life just by being obedient to his instructions
  • Episode 29 God's definition of 'Good' 01.11.2024 14p
God is Good and everything He does is Good. But we don't always agree or understand- we usually see it after the fact. But we haven't always asked Him what He means when HE says something is good. When He takes us through seasons and daily life, alot of it is for our own good and His Glory. All things work together for our good. All things being the good, bad, ugly, weird and everything in between. So while we are in each season or even everyday, should we not continously talk to God and ask Him what is Good for us according to His perspective and plans? It might just help us to minimise worry and increase our faith so we can remember that God does good things and fills our life with Good things according to His Will.
  • Episode 28 Matters of the heart 21.09.2024 11p
Our hearts are deceptive and they hold alot of things that we know and don't know. Our hearts can lead us astray (most times it has) and our lives are often a reflection of what's in our hearts. Asking God to search our hearts should be a daily practice, daily prayer, asking Him to show us, to reveal what we don't know and what we do know, for Him to heal and restore. King David knew that his heart wasn't always right or true and he was honest with God about this.  We chat about letting God in, letting God show us so that we can be good and faithful servants to Him and in our lives and to the people around us. Everything flows from our hearts, so let's let God be Lord over our hearts.
  • Episode 27 Matthew 6:33. The strong foundation 04.09.2024 18p
The Word of God is our foundation. Our guide. Our strength. Our everything. This verse has so much meaning to it, it's an instruction for daily living. Nothing happens without God and as I have held on to this verse while reading and studying through the bible, I have found that there are other verses that point back to this one. Different ways of saying 'God and God's Kingdom first.' Have a listen to why I love this verse and why this instruction is so important.
  • Episode 26 Generosity is Ministry 19.06.2024 16p
We have all know the verse- it is more blessed to give than to receive but how does that look like in everyday living? When we give to others of our money, time, resources, advice, wisdom, teachings, we honor God, we are building the Kingdom of God. Paul speaks about this in 2 Corinthians chap 8 and 9. Let's chat about the Ministry of giving in this episode
  • It's taking time because it's supposed to. 15.04.2024 6p
Friend.. We need to give God time to work because He knows how your life is supposed to go and when things need to happen. We rush to get to the end of a season, or breakthrough or miracle or that blessing/s that we don't stop to seek God in each day and ask Him- what are we doing today? What plans do you have? What do you need me to do? We should wait upon the Lord, knowing that He is going to do it and do it perfectly and exactly what we need and when we need it. We are already blessed, in the season that we are in and just our life in general. Have a listen and I pray that it blesses you, shifts your perspective and moves you closer to God and what He is doing in your life.
  • Obedience moves your life forward 20.03.2024 8p
Obedience is a tough one. Tough to put into practice every time. Our feelings often get in the way, so does our fears, doubts, pride and the I-want-to-control-the-outcome mentality. God just wants your obedience and Trust. Doing as God says- all you need to trust is His promise which that all will go well with you. Obedience is moving forward in your life- you might not see the immediate movement but you have moved in the right direction. This episode we chat a bit about Jeremiah and how he was obedient, a good and faithful servant of the Lord. Hopefully we can think of him when we don't "feel like" doing what God has told us to do because of how it may look like.
  • See yourself the way God sees you. 27.02.2024 12p
If truth be told, we don't see ourselves the way God sees us, they way He each one of us- special, loved, cared for, seen, gifted, powerful. We live our lives according to what the world says, the catorgories and boxes we have been put in throughout our lives. We then miss what God has for us, what He has called us to do and how we should live our lives. In this episode we chat briefly about how important it is to ask God to help you see yourself the way He sees you, what are His plans, what does He want you to do in this life and for the Kingdom. We highlight how important it is to pray for God to show us who we are so we can live and move accordingly.
  • Don't leave HOPE behind 25.01.2024 11p
In the Bible we read about Abraham having Faith. But something else that he had which fueled him was HOPE. Hope in God's words and instructions and believing that all would come to pass. Abraham and many others in the bible- Jeremiah, Moses, Sarah, Joshua- they had HOPE which carried them through even though their circumstances were the exact opposite. In this episode we speak about having Hope in our daily lives and that we should not leave it behind. Hope in God will not disappoint, God is always doing something and we are always better for waiting and hoping in Him.
  • What we do matters while we wait on God 24.11.2023 13p
How are we waiting for God to move or answer our prayers? Are we sitting, pouting, with our arms crossed, tapping our feet and just waiting impatiently? What are we waiting for? Are we focused on the prayers and what we can get or are we focused on God? How we wait matters, seeking God while waiting matters, living and working while we wait on God matters. Tune in and let's chat about waiting on God and how it's actually the best thing for us, if we let it be.
  • Friendships: One of God's greatest gifts 21.09.2023 21p
God has created everything that we have, have had and will have and one of the most precious and beautiful gifts he has given us is friendships. And with everything we have been given, we need to steward over our friendships, pray for our friends, pray to be great friends ourselves and to put him at the center of our friendships. In this episode we speak about how friendships are essentially a form of God's love for us and we take a brief look at the friendship between Jonathan and David in 1 Samuel chap 20 and some of the lessons from that friendship that God created. I hope this message speaks to you, you feel reveived to be intentional with your friendships and God takes your friendships to new levels.
  • You trap yourself when you fear people 16.08.2023 9p
The bible says in Proverbs 29:25 Fearing people is a dangerous trap but trusting in the Lord means safety. In this episode we look at a practical example of how dangerous it is for us, our mind and our lives when we fear people. Fearing people causes chaos, it sets us back and sometimes even keeps us in the same place instead of where God is taking us. It is one of the enemy's top tactics to keep you away from Trusting God, His guidance and protection. When we fear people, we end up questioning God and it should be that we Trust God and question people's motives and words when it comes to our lives.
  • God has all your needs handled. Yes... ALLL 26.07.2023 10p
Psalm 23- a Psalm that we know and love and has been quoted so many times because of how truly comforting it is. In this episode we talk about each verse and how God meets our needs on a daily. This is a perfect Psalm to recite to yourself everyday as you go through life, a reminder of who God is, what He does for us and how He loves us so dearly that whatever we need, it's already handled! "I got you" God says. "Don't worry about it, sweetheart" If I could sum up this Psalm, it would be GOD. IS. GOOD.
  • God's Help runs deep, far, wide & is never-ending. 21.03.2023 17p
Today's episode we chat about HELP and where ours has been coming from and where it SHOULD come from. God is our constant help, he delights in every detail of lives, he is always ready to help in times of trouble but also in times of every day "where are my keys" life. He loves us so much and helping us is what He loves doing and it is one of our greatest blessings from Him! He even gave us His Holy spirit to be our help and guide. How kind?? Have a listen and I pray it encourages you to seek His help first before anything and anyone else.
  • The Beauty of Waiting 27.02.2023 10p
Nobody likes to wait- Waiting is the absolute ghetto, it’s slow, painful, frustrating, confusing and uncontrollable. You can really end up questioning a lot when you are waiting. However, Proverbs 3- 5-6 reminds us to Trust the Lord with all your heart and mind and lean NOT on your own understanding. When God makes us wait, it’s for a reason, a purpose and a plan! It’s for our own good, our growth. The beauty of waiting on God is that you know He will come through, He is faithful and you will be made new! Like Psalm 27:14 says "Wait patiently for the Lord. Be brave and courageous. Yes, wait patiently for the Lord.
