Held Together is hosted by two GP doctors, friends and mothers whose first babies were born just three days apart. That shared experience inspired them to found Newborn Family, a project built on the belief that parents deserve real support, evidence-based guidance and a little luxury during the fourth trimester. In each episode they share honest stories, medical insights and the things they wish someone had told them, without sugar-coating or judgement. The aim is to help listeners feel a bit more held together, one episode at a time.
