    West Virginia Governor Patrick Morrisey recently signed a memorandum of understanding that would allow the state to participate in the federal Nuclear Life Cycle Program. On Friday, the Charleston Gazette-Mail published a story by Mike Tony that said if the state participates in the program, it would have to accept out-of-state nuclear waste. The Governor released a statement calling the story misleading, but Senator Shelley Moore Capito (R-WV) discussed the program in a recent Senate Committee meeting and what the Senator had to say seems to align with Tony's article. We'll hear comments made by Capito from the committee meeting.
