You're Not Broken: You Don't Always Have to Be In Healing Mode 21.01.2026 25นาที

We're human, so yes, we can feel and actually be broken physically, emotionally, and even spiritually. But I personally believe that our souls, our direct connection to God, the part of us that is a literal piece of God, is always whole and can never be broken. And that means that healing is absolutely possible AND that we don't need to approach life as if there's always something we need to fix--because the root of who we are (our soul) can never be broken. It's good to grow, to continue to be a better person, the best version of yourself. There's always room to grow, but if we focus on thinking that we always have something to heal, that there's always something broken, we can wind up in a loop that actually takes us out of alignment with our goal to ascend spiritually. This journey isn't easy but it also shouldn't be causing us anxiety or constant stress. Are Negative Thoughts Okay If We're Always Manifesting? 14.01.2026 37นาที

Is it ever okay to give into the negative thoughts? Can you be allowed to take a minute without worrying that you're manifesting something you don't want? It's unrealistic to be "high vibes only." We're human, and we're designed to experience a range of emotions including stress, anger, sadness, worry, etc. While the goal is joy, love, excitement, and all the high frequency emotions, we just can't expect ourselves to always be up there. This Is Not Your Typical New Year's Advice 07.01.2026 28นาที

You've probably heard people say that January 1 is not the real start of the new year--it starts in spring, when everything wakes up. That's when the real "new beginning" energy comes in. While I do align with that and believe that we should be much more aligned with the cycles of nature than we are, we also collectively CREATE this "new beginning" energy when enough of the world agrees that January 1 is the time for resolutions, goal-setting, taking action, etc. So which is it?? Fight Negative Energy With Main Character Energy 03.12.2025 24นาที

What if life was just a movie and you were the main character? It would mean that YOU choose the plot, you're the good guy. The bad guy's energy SEEMS more powerful at first, but that's only until you fully remember your power. Life might not feel like a fairy tale all the time, but the truth is you are the only one with power over your energy. Fending off negativity can be difficult and even draining, especially if it's an everyday thing. But you are stronger than you give yourself credit for--being positive and maintaining your peace is definitively HARDER than being negative. Are You Holding Tension Without Realizing It? 19.11.2025 29นาที

You are not broken. You do not need to be "fixed." I am in no way encouraging you to look for and create problems that do not exist. Time to Own Your Confidence and Personal Power 12.11.2025 31นาที

I'm just gonna get right to it: you don't NEED the crystals, the Oracle or Tarot cards, the sage, the oils, etc. I'm not saying you shouldn't use them if you enjoy using them and they feel helpful. I AM SAYING you should remember they are only TOOLS along the journey. I want to encourage you today not to give your power away to tools, to other people (who also might fall in the "tool" category ;) take that however it resonates lol), to anyone or anything outside of you. Your power lies WITHIN. It's from your soul, it's a result of your infinite and inseparable connection to God (or whatever your name for the Divine is). Even if you feel separated, disconnected, lost, stuck, etc., you absolutely can change that. You are way more powerful than you're giving yourself credit for. Mercury Retrograde, Venus Retrograde, and Eclipse Season, Oh My! 20.03.2025 38นาที

I had a different topic in mind when I sat down to record, but my higher self had other plans as I pulled cards from my new Oracle card deck (Soul Coaching by Denise Linn). I'm no astrology expert, but I know Mercury Retrograde messes with things like communication and technology, and when it happens during Aries season (a fiery sign dealing with communication and action), a Venus Retrogade (supposedly affects relationships), and eclipse season (can bring major life changes), we could be in for a lot. But if you've been here, you know me--I'm here to bring the light, not wallow in gloom and doom. Your energy is YOUR energy, and it's possible to override anything going on outside of you. However, this spiritual journey is ongoing, so it can be rather difficult to force any overrides. So what's most likely to happen is you figuring out how to work WITH the energy you're feeling from all of this. Today's card reading tells us what is blocking us from moving forward (and the whole reason for me talking about this topic today), how to heal that block, and what is waiting for us on the other side of doing that inner work.
