  • God Is Trustworthy: Trust Him With All Your Heart 19.08.2026 10хв
In the final episode of the 52-week Trust in the Lord series, Doreen Virtue considers God's attribute of trustworthiness from Proverbs 3:5–6. After spending decades in New Thought and New Age spirituality, Doreen had to learn from Scripture who God truly is and why He can be trusted. Rather than trusting our own understanding, attempting to control the future, or expecting God to conform to our timing, Christians are called to trust the Lord with all their hearts. Doreen explains how studying God's attributes strengthens our confidence in Him, why His character remains trustworthy even when prayers seem unanswered, and how believers can bring their fears, worries, and uncertainties to their sovereign and faithful God. Even when we cannot understand what God is doing, we can trust who He is. For more from Doreen, please visit: https://servantsofgrace.org/doreen-virtue/

  • The Light Has Come 18.08.2026 42хв
The sermon explores the profound contrast between divine love and human preference for darkness, centered on John chapter three. It emphasizes that God's extravagant love led to the giving of His Son not to condemn, but to save those who believe. The message highlights a critical division in humanity based solely on belief or unbelief in Jesus Christ, noting that judgment is already present for those who reject this light. Furthermore, it explains that individuals often flee from the light because their evil deeds fear exposure, yet the invitation remains open for anyone to come to the light through grace. Ultimately, the text calls listeners to examine their spiritual standing and trust in Christ, who bore the shame of judgment so believers might have eternal life.

  • Obadiah Fearing the Lord 16.08.2026 29хв
When it says that "it came to pass after many days", we are to understand that it was the better part of a year and a half. Elijah had probably been about a year in the wilderness near the Brook Cherith, and probably about another year to a year and a half with the widow of Zarephath. Now the time had come, it says here, for Elijah to go and present himself to Ahab. And so, God gave Elijah this command by a direct revelation to his mind, that he should go and confront wicked Ahab, and then God would send rain on the earth. And so, Elijah went. The famine was severe in Samaria and things were getting quite desperate; especially in terms of water for the cattle. And so, wicked king Ahab called Obadiah, it says in verse 3, to tell him what he wanted him to do. Obadiah was in charge of Ahab's house as a steward. But what is even more significant for our consideration, is the fact which is related to us in the parenthesis in verse 3, where it says – Now Obadiah feared the Lord greatly. It is this statement that I want to focus your attention on, and draw lessons from it. What did this mean, that Obadiah feared the Lord greatly? And, what will it look like for us if we fear the Lord greatly? That is what we want to try and discover. So, 1st of all, we want to see that there are different kinds of the fear of the Lord which are described for us in the Bible. And 2nd – We want to see that there are different degrees of the fear of the Lord among those who really do know the Lord. Let's see if we can grow in our understanding of this vital doctrine, the fear of the Lord.
  • I Want to Be Loved 16.08.2026 39хв
This sermon explores the human desire to be loved, identifying it as a natural but potentially dangerous ruling desire when it seeks fulfillment through sinful means such as sexual immorality, manipulation, or people-pleasing. Pastor Aaron argues that true satisfaction and security are found exclusively in Christ's matchless love, which is demonstrated through His sacrifice and intercession. By comprehending the breadth of Jesus' love, believers can overcome the fear of rejection and the need for external validation. This internal security empowers individuals to love others unconditionally and vulnerably, reflecting God's character rather than seeking to extract affection from people. Ultimately, the message calls listeners to rest in the sufficiency of Christ's love as the foundation for a holy and fulfilling life.
  • Fearfully Made to Glorify God part 2 16.08.2026 55хв
  • Blessed Assurance 16.08.2026 38хв
Brother Samuel Girod | Isaiah 26:3–4; Philippians 4:6–9; 1 Peter 5:7 The sermon explores the hymn 'Blessed Assurance' as a framework for overcoming anxiety and finding true peace through complete trust in God. Drawing from Isaiah, Philippians, and 1 Peter, the message emphasizes that believers are called to surrender their burdens, careers, and reputations to God rather than carrying them alone. It contrasts the futility of worrying with the freedom found in recognizing that God remains in control and has secured the believer's future. The central call is to shift focus from self-reliance and fear of man to humble submission and reliance on Christ's finished work. Ultimately, it invites listeners to live daily in the assurance that Jesus is theirs, allowing them to rest in His strength amidst life's pressures.
  • “The Conversation” (Job 2:1–10) 16.08.2026 51хв
This sermon examines Job chapter 2 to illustrate the theme of persevering in faith amidst severe trials. The preacher contrasts Satan's claim that humans only fear God for self-preservation with Job's demonstration of genuine integrity and blamelessness. By analyzing the supernatural conversation between God and Satan, the text highlights God's sovereignty and His purposeful allowance of suffering to refine character rather than destroy it. The message challenges believers to maintain their focus on God's will during adversity, rejecting the temptation to blame Him or seek release through death. Ultimately, the sermon calls for a steadfast commitment to righteousness and trust in God's grace regardless of earthly circumstances.
  • The Restored Image of God 16.08.2026 37хв
Christ's mission as the second Adam is to reverse the effects of the fall by restoring the image of God in humanity. In Mark 5, the man possessed by a legion of demons represents the most extreme example of human desecration found in scripture, his humanity nearly extinguished by demonic forces. When Jesus arrives in this Gentile territory and delivers the man, he restores not merely his sanity but true humanity, demonstrating the transforming power of the gospel. There are three responses to Christ in this episode: The transformed man who longs to remain with Jesus, the fearful townspeople who beg Jesus to leave, and the demonic forces who recognize Christ's absolute authority. Apart from Christ, all humanity operates in a kind of spiritual insanity, suppressing truth and surrendering the will to the kingdom of darkness. Salvation entails the restoration of a right mind, true freedom, and genuine life. Those redeemed are called to live as witnesses to the gospel's transforming power while awaiting the return of Christ to complete the restoration of all things.
  • Into the Heavenlies 16.08.2026 39хв
The sermon contrasts the physical, fearful worship of Mount Sinai with the spiritual, accessible presence of Mount Zion to demonstrate that believers are spiritually located in heaven during corporate worship. By examining Hebrews 12, the text explains how Christ's blood grants access to God's throne room, allowing worshippers to participate in heavenly reality while physically present on earth. This theological perspective shifts the focus from the physical building or location to the spiritual act of entering God's presence through Jesus. Rev Davis urges believers to approach worship with reverence and preparation, recognizing that they are seated with Christ in the heavenly places. Ultimately, true worship is defined as a spiritual encounter with the living God rather than merely a physical gathering.
  • For The Lord’s Sake 16.08.2026 34хв
The sermon expounds on 1 Peter 2, urging believers to live as sojourners and exiles who abstain from fleshly passions while abounding in good works. It emphasizes the theological imperative to submit to civil authority for the Lord's sake, even when facing injustice or persecution. The preacher contrasts worldly freedom with true Christian liberty found in obedience to God. By fearing God above all earthly powers, believers find the courage to honor authorities and endure suffering without retaliation. Ultimately, the message calls Christians to follow Christ's example of entrusting themselves to the just Judge while maintaining a holy witness in a hostile world.
  • For Such A Time As This 16.08.2026 32хв
The sermon explores the biblical narrative of Esther to illustrate how God sovereignly places individuals in specific positions of influence for divine purposes. It emphasizes that personal struggles and circumstances are not accidents but part of a deliberate preparation to rescue others and advance the gospel. The preacher urges believers to move from passive observation to surrendered participation, acting with wisdom and sanctified prayer rather than fear or silence. By drawing parallels between Esther and Jesus Christ as mediators, the message highlights the urgency of sharing the hope of salvation in secular environments. Ultimately, it calls Christians to recognize their unique calling to stand for truth and impact their communities for God's glory.
