  • Sister Fights, Stalkers & Travel Chaos Debrief ft. Jess 21.07.2026 1h 11m
Sabah el kheir! This week, my sister Jess joins me for the type of episode I love the most: no structure, no filter, just two sisters sitting down and somehow ending up telling every random story we’ve collected over the years.Jess takes us through her “I accidentally went on a world tour” era, from Singapore to Malaysia, Thailand, the US, and everywhere in between. Some moments were wholesome, some were chaotic, and some were definitely just done “for the plot.”We talk about the time I became “Lost Linda” after disappearing for a few hours (yes, the police got involved, yes, my friends will never let me forget it), almost getting punched on the Paris metro, and the time we were followed in Korea where my older sister instincts came out… even though looking back, I probably could have handled the situation a little differently. We get into our family dynamics, including Jess being a triplet and claiming middle child status because she’s only one minute apart from our brothers. Meanwhile, I fully embrace being the older sister. We also talk about growing up with Arabic as our second language, the comments we get because of it, and the funny situations that come with being Lebanese. And of course, we couldn’t have a sister catch-up without talking about recent life updates: stalkers, secret admirers, and stories we probably shouldn’t be admitting publicly. So grab your coffee, your snack, and settle in for a very chaotic sister sobhiye.Follow Linda:TikTok: https://www.tiktok.com/@lindachristina Instagram: https://www.instagram.com/lindachristinaa/YouTube: www.youtube.com/@lindachristina⁩ Follow Jess:Instagram: https://www.instagram.com/jxssyTikTok: https://www.tiktok.com/@jessicaakaramYouTube: https://www.youtube.com/@UC6_83L4hoz2ZO4g5WmpjWYQ Business Inquiries: linda@sabahelkheirpodcast.com or lindachristinabusiness@gmail.com

Sabah el kheir! In this week's episode, I sit down with Maria Fayad, a Licensed Dietitian and Eating Disorders Specialist, for a really honest conversation all about health, nutrition, and body image. We talk about building a healthy lifestyle, creating sustainable eating habits, and having a better relationship with food. We also get into body image, emotional eating, diet culture, and the pressure so many people feel to achieve the "perfect" summer body. This is one of those conversations where we don't hold back, challenging common misconceptions around weight, health, and what it really means to take care of yourself.Follow Linda:TikTok: https://www.tiktok.com/@lindachristina Instagram: https://www.instagram.com/lindachristinaa/YouTube: www.youtube.com/@lindachristina⁩ Email Maria: Maria_fayad@outlook.comBusiness Inquiries: linda@sabahelkheirpodcast.com or lindachristinabusiness@gmail.com
  • Beauty Standards, Friendship Breakups & Jealousy ft. Caren Ohanessian 21.06.2026 1h 16m
Sabah el kheir! In this week’s episode, I sit down with Caren Ohanessian for a really open and honest conversation. We talk about finding comfort in doing things alone, having a routine but sometimes losing track, and what it means to actually feel grounded in your own life. Caren also opens up about her experience on social media, from Reddit conversations to the bullying she’s faced, and how being fully authentic with her content has, at times, brought even more hate.We get into her reflections on feeling like a “millennial born in the wrong generation,” how she sees beauty standards today, and her thoughts on getting work done. She speaks about embarrassment or rather the lack of it and how a lot of her confidence is rooted in her family and the support system around her.The conversation goes deeper into family dynamics, working within a family business, starting her own path, and what her life really looks like behind the content, mentally, emotionally, and physically. From body image and health scares to navigating a life that looks luxurious on the outside but is built on the hard work and discipline her family lives by.We even get into her viral moments like long nails vs short nails, what her dad thinks and more.Grab some snacks this is a good one!Follow Linda:TikTok: https://www.tiktok.com/@lindachristina Instagram: https://www.instagram.com/lindachristinaa/YouTube: www.youtube.com/@lindachristina⁩ Follow Caren:Instagram: https://www.instagram.com/carenohanessianTikTok: https://www.tiktok.com/@carenohanessian Business Inquiries: linda@sabahelkheirpodcast.com or lindachristinabusiness@gmail.com

  • Finance Girls to Soul Sisters ft. Mariane & Rita 21.05.2026 53m
Sabah el kheir! This episode I’m joined by my two soul sisters, Mariane and Rita, and honestly this conversation was us talking about life, dreams, career changes, and somehow ending up creating something together.Mariane and I get into our shared love for Hollywood, our dreams of becoming actresses one day, we’re claiming it, and the very unexpected realization that we both came from finance backgrounds. We studied for the GMAT, did the standardized tests, and somehow ended up on completely different paths than the ones we thought we’d take. But honestly, we love it, because that’s what brought us here, right?Rita takes us through her journey working 12 years at PwC, where she met Mariane, and how the idea of opening Roselane eventually came to life, a healthy cafe built by two best friends. We also talk all about our Sabah El Kheir x Roselane menu collaboration. The menu includes 4 items that we get into throughout the episode, along with all the behind the scenes stories of how this collaboration happened in the first place.I love stories like this because what’s cooler than creating something fun with your soul sisters!Follow Linda:TikTok: https://www.tiktok.com/@lindachristina Instagram: https://www.instagram.com/lindachristinaa/YouTube: https://www.youtube.com/@lindachristinaFollow Roselane:Instagram: https://www.instagram.com/roselanecafe/TikTok: https://www.tiktok.com/@roselanecafe Business Inquiries: linda@sabahelkheirpodcast.com or lindachristinabusiness@gmail.com

Sabah el kheir! In this episode, Ribal Molaeb takes us on what I can only describe as a meditative journey. He speaks about his art and brush strokes like a composition, where painting and music become the two languages of his life. We talk about why he doesn’t wait for inspiration but creates it, how routine never defined him, and why, to him, being alive means creating. Nazir tells us all about his current projects and, let’s just say, he’s always on the go, making things happen and moving fast with a big summer ahead. This episode feels special because the music industry is where I first started interviewing DJs at my previous job, and it led me here. • Moving Back Home to Lebanon & Leaving Dubai (and My Job) 19.06.2025 55m
Sabah el kheir! We’re finally back with a new episode, and I’m laying it all on you — I’m officially leaving Dubai. After 2 years here, this chapter is coming to a close. So much has happened… I left my job, and now I’m starting to pack up my little bubble, the apartment I made feel like home.In this episode, I get into everything — work life and how I discovered my love for music and interviewing. I’ve met so many inspiring people through this journey, and the one thing they all had in common? They followed what they were passionate about and took the risk. It’s made me realize how important it is to just go for it, even when things aren’t 100% clear. It’s a bit of a nostalgic one, a bit of a reset — but mostly just me reflecting on what’s next, what I’ve learned, and why this goodbye is actually a beginning.SUBSCRIBE:http://www.youtube.com/c/lindachristinaSnapchat: lindaxinaBusiness Inquiries: lindachristinabusiness@gmail.com
  • Life Updates, No Hobbies, and a Wedding in India 14.04.2025 51m
Sabah el kheir, how are you! This week, I’m finally back with the mic — and honestly, it was about time. I’ve missed these morning debriefs. In this episode, I catch you up on ALL the life updates: from freezing up when someone asked me what my hobbies are (why is that question so hard??) to deciding it’s finally time to find some new ones. I talk about recent travels to Madrid and Milan, a destination wedding in Goa, and hitting my 2-year mark in Dubai — which still feels surreal. So grab your snacks, and let’s enjoy this sobhiye together 💛
  • Dubai Adventures, Parties & Moving To The USA ft. Rich & Jess 23.01.2025 1h 11m
Sabah El Kheir y'all! I’ve got a super special guest — my brother Richard! I've talked about him so much, but he's finally here with me and Jess in Dubai. We talk about what our week in Dubai has been like, family dynamics (fyi he's a triplet), Rich's big move to America, and the ups and downs that came with it. & how we both dealt with post grad emotions while job hunting (not so fun times). Grab your coffee and snacks, and let’s enjoy this sobhiye together!
  • Life, Art, and Living in Beirut ft. My Mom 11.01.2025 35m
Sabah el kheir! Today, I’m joined by my mom, artist Nicole Karam. Ever since I can remember, art has been her passion and way of life, shaping how I view creativity in my own life. In this episode, we talk about her childhood in Lebanon, her journey to the U.S. after marrying my dad, and how her life experiences have inspired her art—from her 'Tribute to the Masters' series to her latest collection, 'Libanaise.' We recorded this episode outdoors at one of our favorite and most sentimental spots in Ashrafieh, right outside her art gallery, where her work comes to life. The streets of Beirut, with all its energy and beauty, inspire us both, and it felt only fitting to bring you along.
  • Sisterly advice on life in your 20s.. clueless but trying 22.12.2024 1h 19m
Sabah el kheir, ya’ll! This week, I’ve dragged Jess back to the podcast because we need to have a serious talk—but obviously, we can never be too serious. Honestly, life in your 20s feels like the most bizarre, confusing time ever, and since Jess is right in the middle of it too, I thought it was only fair to get her take on it. Just some sisterly chats and advice we’re definitely not qualified to give—but we’re giving it anyway. We also answered some of your questions about life, love, and the big one: is it okay to have a girl best friend and a girlfriend at the same time? Tough call, but let’s get into it!
  • Do Not Erase Your Boundaries For Anyone 01.12.2024 46m
(VIDEO PODCAST AVAILABLE ON SPOTIFY & YOUTUBE) Hi y’all, sabah el kheir! This week’s episode is a total brain dump of all the random thoughts running through my head. We’re talking about aliens in the ocean, whether I’m actually qualified to give my friends advice, and why erasing your boundaries is never okay. Lately, I’ve been giving out advice left and right, but when it’s my turn to take it, I’m like... wow, this is way easier said than done. It’s a reminder that listening to your own advice is important, but life isn’t a rulebook — you can’t just flip to the right page every time. I also get into how life is giving, not just taking. Everything you want? It’s possible. Sometimes you just have to trust that life is on your side. So, let’s sit down, catch up, and debrief!
  • Peace Protecting vs. Going Out In Dubai (ft. Jess) 10.11.2024 1h 24m
Sabah El kheir, y’all! Jess and I get into a mix of everything this week, from protecting your peace to living a little wild. While Jess has been all about keeping it 'chill', I’ve been on the opposite end, enjoying the spontaneous plans. We’re talking boys, dates, wild nights out, and maybe even a 'not-so-potential' boyfriend. Lately, it’s all about doing it for the plot — and with my friend visiting Dubai, we’ve been next level... Grab your snacks, and let’s enjoy a sobihye together!

So naturally, we sat down to revisit our childhood and upbringing. If you think I reminisce a lot (and go off on tangents), just wait—Jess and I have so many shared memories, and plenty of funny ones, too! We talk about what it was like growing up in the USA, festive seasons, family dynamics, the big move to Lebanon, and the ups and downs that came with it. My experience was super exciting and positive, while Jess had a tougher time, facing intense culture shock. & how we both dealt with bullying growing up but managed to overcome it. • What Even Is Embarrassment? 22.09.2024 39m
Sabah el kheir y’all! This week’s episode is, honestly, just a reflection of whatever’s going on in my head when I hit record. First off, I’ll be in Ibiza for the next three weeks for a work trip—yup, you heard that right, a work trip to Ibiza. Also, realizing as I’m saying this, I need to get on my Duolingo ASAP because I can’t go back (after already being there for two months this summer) barely knowing even the basics of Spanish. We also get into how people who think something’s embarrassing are just embarrassing themselves, and how putting yourself out there is the fastest way to overcome intimidation and build confidence. Oh, and I go on a full-on rant about my high school French teacher—pretty sure she hated me.P.S. Mom, I’m still upset you never taught me French because I could have avoided hearing the word 'dommage' from my French teacher after my oral in front of everyone.Btw dommage = pity.On a more serious note, I open up about a really scary incident with my dad that had the whole family pretty worried this week. But we’re lightening things up at the end—I got a new desk, LOL. So yeah, we’ve got a lot to talk about this week. Let’s get into it in this sobhiye!
  • My Childhood Is My Biggest Inspiration 15.09.2024 1h 1m
Sabah El Kheir! This week, I'm reflecting on how much I loved my childhood and the family dynamics that shaped me. Recently, I visited my childhood home in the US after many years of living overseas, and it stirred up all kinds of emotions. To top it off, I found an old hard drive that took me on a trip down memory lane. One cool discovery? A folder from the extra semester I spent in a TV and film program-after already graduating in Finance and Marketing! In this episode, I share how those experiences led to my first short film and why l've always been drawn to creative outlets like fashion, modeling, pageants, painting, and more. Let's get into it!
  • Eye See You.. Scamming Me! Buyers Remorse & Random Rants 08.09.2024 39m
Sabah El Kheir! I may be a bit sick this week, but that’s not stopping me from a good rant. Naturally, I had to dive into my glasses-buying experience because, honestly, it blew my mind. This episode feels like a YouTube search bar, jumping from one random thought to the next — from glasses to the trending foods I’ve been trying because of social media, to missing those days baking with my sister back home. We’re covering it all today, so grab your snacks and let’s enjoy a chill sobhiye together!
