1. About the Service
Radoxo operates an online directory and aggregator of radio stations and publicly available audio streams (the "Service").
We do not own, control, host, broadcast, or transmit radio content unless explicitly stated. All radio streams remain the property of their respective broadcasters or content owners.
We provide indexing, organization, and technical embedding of publicly accessible streams for user convenience.
Access to the Service is generally free of charge.
2. Aggregator Status & No Ownership
Radoxo acts solely as an intermediary directory platform.
- We do not claim ownership over third-party streams.
- We do not control programming, schedules, or content.
- We do not guarantee availability of any station.
Broadcasters are solely responsible for ensuring they have the legal right to distribute their content.
Stations may be removed upon request of the rights holder or where legally required.
3. Changes to the Service
We may modify, suspend, or discontinue any part of the Service at any time without prior notice.
We may update these Terms at any time. Continued use of the Service constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
4. Eligibility
You must be at least 13 years old (or the minimum legal age in your jurisdiction) to use the Service.
5. Acceptable Use
You agree not to:
- Violate any law or third-party rights.
- Scrape, index, or collect data from the Service without permission.
- Interfere with Service security or stability.
- Attempt to bypass DRM, geoblocking, or copy-protection mechanisms.
- Manipulate ranking systems or analytics.
6. Broadcasters
Radio stations may submit or manage listings through our Broadcasters platform.
By submitting station information, broadcasters represent and warrant that they have all necessary rights to distribute the submitted stream and related content.
Radoxo does not independently verify stream licensing.
We reserve the right to remove listings at our discretion or upon receipt of a valid complaint.
7. Third-Party Content
The Service integrates third-party streams, players, and websites.
We are not responsible for:
- Third-party content accuracy or legality.
- Changes in availability.
- Copy-protection mechanisms.
- Advertising displayed within third-party players.
Your use of third-party services is subject to their own terms and privacy policies.
8. Intellectual Property
The Radoxo website design, software, structure, ranking systems, and branding are protected by intellectual property laws.
You receive a limited, non-exclusive, revocable license for personal, non-commercial use only.
All third-party trademarks and content remain the property of their respective owners.
9. User Submissions
If you submit content (including feedback, station edits, images, or text), you grant Radoxo a worldwide, royalty-free, non-exclusive license to use such content for operating, improving, and promoting the Service.
10. Advertisements
The Service may display third-party advertisements, including Google AdSense, sponsorships, or affiliate links.
We are not responsible for transactions or interactions between users and advertisers.
11. Disclaimer of Warranties
The Service is provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis without warranties of any kind.
We do not guarantee uninterrupted access, error-free operation, or availability of specific stations.
12. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Radoxo shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, including loss of profits, data, or revenue.
If liability cannot be excluded under applicable law, it shall be limited to the minimum amount permitted by law.
13. Copyright Complaints
If you believe your rights have been infringed, please send a detailed notice to:

We will review complaints and may remove or disable access to content where appropriate.
14. Suspension & Termination
We may suspend or terminate access to the Service if these Terms are violated or for operational or legal reasons.
15. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of Ukraine.
The courts of Kyiv, Ukraine shall have jurisdiction unless mandatory consumer protection laws provide otherwise.
16. Entire Agreement
These Terms, together with the Privacy Policy, constitute the entire agreement between you and Radoxo regarding the Service.
