RadoXO Terms of Service

1. About the Service

RadoXO is an online directory of radio stations. We index and organize third-party streams and station pages to simplify finding and listening to radio content. RadoXO is not a broadcaster and does not own or control the content streamed by third parties.

Access to the Site is generally free of charge. Certain features may be added, changed, or removed over time.

2. Changes to the Service and Terms

We may modify or discontinue all or parts of the Service at any time without prior notice. We may also update these Terms from time to time; the “Last updated” date reflects the current version. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance.

3. Eligibility

You must be at least 13 years old (or the minimum age required by your jurisdiction) to use the Service. Where required by law (e.g., EU/EEA), additional age thresholds may apply.

4. Accounts & Registration

Registration is not required to use the Site. If we introduce accounts in the future, you may be asked to provide accurate and complete information and to keep credentials secure. You are responsible for all activity under your account.

5. Acceptable Use

You agree to use the Service only for lawful, personal, non-commercial purposes and not to:

• Violate any applicable law or third-party rights (including IP, privacy, publicity).
• Access, scrape, index, or collect data from the Service by automated means without prior written consent.
• Interfere with or disrupt the Service, its security, or other users’ access (e.g., DDoS, malware, reverse engineering).
• Attempt to circumvent geoblocking, DRM, or copy-protection mechanisms on third-party streams.

6. Third-Party Content & Links

The Service integrates links and embedded players provided by third parties (radio stations, platforms, content providers). We do not control and are not responsible for third-party content, schedules, availability, policies, or actions. Your use of third-party services is subject to their own terms and privacy policies.

We do not guarantee access to any particular station or program. Third-party content may be added, changed, or removed at any time.

7. Intellectual Property & License

The Site design, text, interface elements, and code are protected by applicable intellectual property laws. Subject to these Terms, we grant you a limited, non-exclusive, revocable, non-transferable license to access and use the Service for personal, non-commercial, entertainment purposes.

You may not copy, modify, distribute, sell, or lease any part of the Service, nor reverse engineer or attempt to extract the source code, unless laws prohibit those restrictions or you have our written permission.

All trademarks, logos, and content of third parties remain the property of their respective owners. We do not claim ownership over third-party streams or media.

8. Your Content

If the Service allows you to submit or upload content (e.g., feedback, station updates, images, text), you represent and warrant that you have the necessary rights to do so and that your content does not violate any law or third-party rights.

By submitting content, you grant RadoXO a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free, sublicensable license to host, store, reproduce, adapt, publish, display, and distribute such content for operating, promoting, and improving the Service.

We may remove or disable access to any content at our discretion, including upon receiving a credible complaint.

9. Advertisements & Monetization

The Service may display advertisements, sponsorships, affiliate links, or promotional placements. Your interactions with third-party advertisers are solely between you and those third parties. We are not responsible for any resulting loss or damage.

10. No Warranties

The Service is provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis without warranties of any kind, whether express, implied, or statutory, including but not limited to implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, non-infringement, and availability.

We do not warrant that the Service will be uninterrupted, secure, error-free, or that defects will be corrected.

11. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, RadoXO shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for any loss of profits, revenues, data, or use, arising out of or related to your use of the Service or third-party content. In jurisdictions that do not allow exclusions of certain damages, our liability shall be limited to the maximum extent permitted by law.

12. Suspension & Termination

We may suspend or terminate your access to the Service at any time, with or without notice, if we reasonably believe you have violated these Terms, the law, or security requirements, or if required by operational or legal reasons.

You may stop using the Service at any time.

13. Privacy

Your use of the Service is also governed by our Privacy Policy, which explains how we collect and process information.

14. Copyright/Trademark Complaints

If you believe content available via the Service infringes your rights, please send a notice with sufficient detail (including the work claimed to be infringed, the specific URL(s), your contact information, and a statement of good-faith belief) to support@radoxo.com. Upon receiving a compliant notice, we may remove or disable access to the content in our discretion.

15. Governing Law & Disputes

These Terms and any dispute arising out of or relating to them are governed by the laws of Ukraine, without regard to its conflict of law rules. The courts of Kyiv, Ukraine, shall have exclusive jurisdiction, unless mandatory consumer protection rules provide otherwise.

16. Miscellaneous

• Entire Agreement: These Terms and the Privacy Policy constitute the entire agreement between you and RadoXO regarding the Service.
• Severability: If any provision is found unenforceable, the remaining provisions will remain in full force and effect.
• No Waiver: Our failure to enforce a provision is not a waiver of our right to do so later.
• Assignment: You may not assign any rights or obligations under these Terms without our prior written consent.
