BBC Radio 3 Unwind is a BBC digital radio service, a spin-off of BBC Radio 3 launched on 4 November 2024. It plays calming classical music, ambient soundscapes and wellbeing-focused playlists meant for relaxation, mindfulness and sleep, available on BBC Sounds and, since September 2025, on DAB+ digital radio.
