Fares Abbad is a renowned Yemeni Qur'an reciter, born in Sanaa in 1980. He began his journey as an imam for Tarawih prayers in 1994 and has since led prayers in mosques across Saudi Arabia and the UAE. His fame grew through audio recordings, including a complete Quran recitation in 2003 financed by Qadisiya Records. He is also known for his soulful poem 'Nounia Al Qahtani'.
