We also landed on perhaps the greatest live gimmick of all time: setting a fella on fire the ol’ bFM private functions. Perhaps it’s about time for a comeback, hmmmmm? The great Izzy Robinson popped into the studio to discuss ‘Test Fest’, Basement Theatre’s new festival all about unfinished and in-the-works shows. Raw, pure th-e-a-tre! Looks like a treat. Thanks to Basement Theatre for this week’s Stage Direction. And Professor Emeritus Peter Lineham called up to chat about the history of Islam in New Zealand.
