300. Five Years, 300 Episodes: 5 Parenting Lessons for Raising Tweens and Teens 24.09.2026 15mIn September 2021, Tess pressed record on her first parenting podcast episode while feeling absolutely terrified that millions of people might hear it. They did not—but that vulnerable beginning became the start of five years, 300 episodes, and a body of work centered on one essential belief: the relationship is the intervention. At the time, Casey was 12 and entering seventh grade after spending much of sixth grade doing “sofa school” during the pandemic. Parenting was hands-on, the business was still taking shape, and the podcast—then called The Parenting Reset—gave Tess a place to develop her voice, explore her ideas, and grow alongside the parents listening. There were periods when business advisors told her the podcast cost too much, reached too few people, and was not worth continuing. But like training for the Boston Marathon at 25, podcasting taught Tess the value of consistency: meaningful work grows one step, one conversation, and one episode at a time.In this milestone episode, Tess shares five lessons parents can apply immediately:Why the parent-child relationship matters even more than the perfect strategyHow fear makes loving parents lose sight of the child in front of themWhat tweens and teens need from us—even when they push us awayWhy one grounded, supportive parent can make an enormous differenceWhat “the relationship is the intervention” looks like in ordinary family lifeYou will also hear the message Tess most wants struggling parents to remember: One difficult season does not get to write the ending of your relationship. If conflict has been taking over your relationship with your tween or teen, download Tess’s free Tween and Teen Conflict Reset Kit. It includes practical scripts and a First-Ten-Minutes Plan to help you lower the temperature and reconnect. If this podcast has helped you, follow the show, leave a review, and share Episode 300 with one parent who needs encouragement today.⭐️ If your family is stuck in repeating school-morning conflict, book a Parent Reset Strategy Session.⭐️Join the Family and get your weekly Mindful Kids and Family Journal here: https://www.mindfulkidsandfamilies.com/join-the-family (Get ready for lessons, podcast leads, offers for parents, and ways to win free parent coaching or masterclasses)📧Connect with Therese (Tess) Connolly, LCSW, CCC here👇: therese@mindfulkidsandfamilies.com Website: www.mindfulkidsandfamilies.comThe Single Parenting Reset Show supports single moms, working moms, and all parents with practical parenting tips on screen time, emotional regulation, co-parenting, stress relief, setting boundaries, building trust, and raising confident tweens and teens, while tackling tech addiction, behavior problems, and parent burnout with conscious parenting strategies for stronger family connection.#singleparents #parentingtweensandteens #ScreenTime #behaviorproblems #Communication -
299. Before You Correct Your Teen, Connect First: How to Set Limits Without a Power Struggle 22.09.2026 8mYou ask your teenager to put down the phone, do a chore, come home on time, or change the way they're speaking to you—and suddenly you're in a power struggle. But what if the problem isn't the limit you're setting? What if it's how you're entering the conversation? In this short, practical episode of the Single Parenting Reset Show, Therese Connolly, LCSW, shares a simple shift that can change difficult interactions with your tween or teen:Connect before you correct. That doesn't mean ignoring disrespect, eliminating consequences, or becoming permissive. It means letting your child know, “I see you,” before moving into correction. In this episode, you'll learn:• Why immediately correcting behavior can increase defensiveness• What “connection before correction” actually looks like• Why connection does not mean permissive parenting• How to acknowledge your teen's feelings while still holding a boundary• A simple See Them → Connect → Hold the Limit framework• What to do when your teen is too escalated for a productive conversation• Why the relationship itself can become one of your most effective parenting toolsYou don't have to choose between connection and boundaries.Your teenager can be frustrated—and the limit can remain. If conflict and communication with your tween or teen have become exhausting, download my Tween and Teen Conflict Reset Kit for practical scripts and a plan for handling those first critical minutes of conflict.⭐️ If your family is stuck in repeating school-morning conflict, book a Parent Reset Strategy Session.⭐️Join the Family and get your weekly Mindful Kids and Family Journal here: https://www.mindfulkidsandfamilies.com/join-the-family (Get ready for lessons, podcast leads, offers for parents, and ways to win free parent coaching or masterclasses)📧Connect with Therese (Tess) Connolly, LCSW, CCC here👇: therese@mindfulkidsandfamilies.com Website: www.mindfulkidsandfamilies.comThe Single Parenting Reset Show supports single moms, working moms, and all parents with practical parenting tips on screen time, emotional regulation, co-parenting, stress relief, setting boundaries, building trust, and raising confident tweens and teens, while tackling tech addiction, behavior problems, and parent burnout with conscious parenting strategies for stronger family connection.#singleparents #parentingtweensandteens #ScreenTime #behaviorproblems #Communication -
298. When Your Teen Son Won’t Talk to You: What to Do Instead of Pushing 17.09.2026 7mYou know something is wrong.Your teenage son is quieter than usual, irritated, withdrawn, or clearly upset. So you ask:“What happened?”“Are you okay?”“Did something happen at school?”And all you get back is:“I’m fine.”Or worse:“Mom, leave me alone.”When you’re worried about your child, it can feel almost impossible not to keep asking. But sometimes, the harder we pursue connection, the farther away our teenager moves. In this short Thursday Quick Reset, I’m sharing a simple shift that can completely change these moments:Open the door. Don’t drag him through it.You’ll learn why repeated questions can feel like pressure to an overwhelmed teenager and what to say instead.I’m also giving you three specific scripts you can use when:You know something is wrong but your teen says he’s fineYour son seems overwhelmed and needs spaceHe snaps, “Leave me alone”We’ll also talk about why some of the best conversations with teenagers happen sideways—in the car, walking the dog, making food, or sitting together without the pressure of a formal conversation. The goal isn’t to get your teenager to tell you everything. And connection does not mean your son never pulls away.Adolescence is supposed to include independence and separation. The goal is to build a relationship where your teenager knows:“I can come back here when I’m ready.”Because your job isn’t to make him talk.Your job is to make the relationship safe enough that when he wants to talk, he knows where to come.As I say often:The relationship is the intervention.Listen to Episode 298 and practice just one change this week:Instead of asking another question, try:“You don’t have to talk about it right now. I’m around if you want me.”Then give it some space. If conflict and communication with your tween or teen have become exhausting, download my Tween and Teen Conflict Reset Kit for practical scripts and a plan for handling those first critical minutes of conflict.⭐️ If your family is stuck in repeating school-morning conflict, book a Parent Reset Strategy Session.⭐️Join the Family and get your weekly Mindful Kids and Family Journal here: https://www.mindfulkidsandfamilies.com/join-the-family (Get ready for lessons, podcast leads, offers for parents, and ways to win free parent coaching or masterclasses)📧Connect with Therese (Tess) Connolly, LCSW, CCC here👇: therese@mindfulkidsandfamilies.com Website: www.mindfulkidsandfamilies.comThe Single Parenting Reset Show supports single moms, working moms, and all parents with practical parenting tips on screen time, emotional regulation, co-parenting, stress relief, setting boundaries, building trust, and raising confident tweens and teens, while tackling tech addiction, behavior problems, and parent burnout with conscious parenting strategies for stronger family connection.#singleparents #parentingtweensandteens #ScreenTime #behaviorproblems #Communication -
297. Single Moms Raising Teen Boys: What Your Son Needs From You—and From Male Mentors 15.09.2026 51mYour teenage son may be taller than you, stronger than you, pushing for more independence—and acting like he needs you less. But that doesn’t necessarily mean he needs less connection. In this episode of The Single Parenting Reset Show, I’m joined by relational and men’s coach Mike Elliott for an honest conversation about what teenage boys may be communicating underneath the shutdown, defensiveness, anger, and “Leave me alone.”Because sometimes what looks like disrespect or withdrawal is actually a young person who doesn’t yet know what to do with everything happening inside of him.Mike and I talk about what it means for a teen boy to be under-resourced emotionally and relationally—and why connection, emotional safety, support, and healthy mentorship matter so much as boys move toward adulthood. We also talk specifically about the experience of single moms raising sons. How do you remain the safe place without trying to fix everything? How do you recognize the tenderness that may still be there underneath your son's growing strength and independence? And how do you help him find healthy men to learn from when Dad may not be available—or may not be able to provide the mentorship your son needs?Inside this conversation, you'll learn:Why your teenage son's difficult behavior may be protecting something more vulnerableWhy fixing, lecturing, or problem-solving too quickly can make a teen stop opening upHow emotional safety changes the way your son experiences youWhy boys can still need reassurance and connection even while pushing for independenceHow to separate your own history and triggers from what is happening with your sonWhat healthy male mentorship can offer a growing boyHow to look beyond Dad and intentionally build a wider circle of healthy menMike’s simple VAR framework: Vulnerability, Acknowledgment, ReassuranceWhat to say when your teen is overwhelmed and snapping at youWhy seeing your son for who he actually is may matter more than trying to mold him into who you think he should becomeOne of my favorite ideas from this conversation is simple:When your teen brings you vulnerability, you don't always have to fix it. Sometimes your job is simply to hold it.That is connection before correction in action.Listen to the full episode and consider this question:Where might my son need more connection, support, or mentorship right now—not more correction?Mike Elliott is an executive relational coach and men's coach based in British Columbia, Canada. His interest in relationships and emotional development grew partly from his own history. Mike was adopted twice during his first year of life and describes struggling with relationships, identity, substance use, anger, and disconnection during adolescence and early adulthood. After his own marriage ended, he devoted himself more deeply to understanding relationships, attachment, emotional development, and men's work. Today, he works with men around relationships, personal responsibility, emotional growth, mentorship, and becoming more grounded leaders in their families and lives. And if conflict with your tween or teen keeps turning into arguments, shutdowns, or power struggles, download my Tween & Teen Conflict Reset Kit for practical scripts to help you respond differently in those difficult moments. And be sure to follow or subscribe to The Single Parenting Reset Show so you don't miss the next Quick Reset.⭐️ If your family is stuck in repeating school-morning conflict, book a Parent Reset Strategy Session.⭐️Join the Family and get your weekly Mindful Kids and Family Journal here: https://www.mindfulkidsandfamilies.com/join-the-family (Get ready for lessons, podcast leads, offers for parents, and ways to win free parent coaching or masterclasses)📧Connect with Therese (Tess) Connolly, LCSW, CCC here👇: therese@mindfulkidsandfamilies.com Website: www.mindfulkidsandfamilies.comThe Single Parenting Reset Show supports single moms, working moms, and all parents with practical parenting tips on screen time, emotional regulation, co-parenting, stress relief, setting boundaries, building trust, and raising confident tweens and teens, while tackling tech addiction, behavior problems, and parent burnout with conscious parenting strategies for stronger family connection.#singleparents #parentingtweensandteens #ScreenTime #behaviorproblems #Communication -

295. Teen Screen Time: How to Set Limits Without Constant Power Struggles 08.09.2026 13mYou tell your teen it’s time to put the phone away. They say, “I’m almost done.”Ten minutes later, you’re asking again. And suddenly you’re no longer talking about a phone. You’re arguing about fairness, trust, independence, and whether you’re “too controlling.”If screen-time limits keep turning into nightly power struggles, the answer may not be a bigger consequence. It may be a clearer plan.In this episode of the Single Parenting Reset Show, Tess Connolly, LCSW, explains how to set screen-time boundaries that are clear, predictable, and easier to enforce without getting pulled into endless arguments. You’ll learn why trying to create the boundary during the conflict usually makes things worse — and what to do instead.Tess walks you through a simple three-step reset you can use with tweens and teens:1. Set the limit outside the conflict.2. Make the expectation concrete.3. When your teen pushes back, use fewer words. You’ll also learn Tess’s simple:Acknowledge. Limit. Choice.framework for responding when your teen argues about a phone or screen boundary.Instead of explaining, defending, lecturing, or negotiating your way through another screen-time fight, you’ll have clear language to use.Try:“I hear that you’re frustrated.”“The phone still parks at 10.”“You can plug it in now, or take two minutes to finish what you’re doing and plug it in yourself.”Your teenager may still dislike the boundary. That’s okay. The goal isn’t to make your teen happy about every limit. The goal is to create boundaries they can understand, predict, and eventually learn to manage themselves.Because connection before correction does not mean parenting without limits. You can protect the relationship and still be the parent.⭐️ Download the Tween and Teen Conflict Reset Kit for scripts and a step-by-step plan to help you stay regulated, reduce power struggles, and respond more effectively during difficult conversations:Tween & Teen Conflict Reset Kit for seven practical scripts and a First-Ten-Minutes Plan.⭐Download the free Tech Reset Agreement to create clearer family expectations around phones, gaming, sleep, school responsibilities, and family connection: 👉Download the Tech Reset Agreement⭐️ If your family is stuck in repeating school-morning conflict, book a Parent Reset Strategy Session.⭐️Join the Family and get your weekly Mindful Kids and Family Journal here: https://www.mindfulkidsandfamilies.com/join-the-family (Get ready for lessons, podcast leads, offers for parents, and ways to win free parent coaching or masterclasses)📧Connect with Therese (Tess) Connolly, LCSW, CCC here👇: therese@mindfulkidsandfamilies.com Website: www.mindfulkidsandfamilies.comThe Single Parenting Reset Show supports single moms, working moms, and all parents with practical parenting tips on screen time, emotional regulation, co-parenting, stress relief, setting boundaries, building trust, and raising confident tweens and teens, while tackling tech addiction, behavior problems, and parent burnout with conscious parenting strategies for stronger family connection.#singleparents #parentingtweensandteens #ScreenTime #behaviorproblems #Communication -
294. What to Say When Your Teen Says, “You Can’t Make Me” 03.09.2026 11mYour teenager looks you in the eye and says:“You can’t make me.”Those four words can make a parent feel as though their authority is being tested—and that they need to win the moment immediately. But responding with “Oh, yes I can” usually turns the original issue into a power struggle. Now the conflict is no longer about the phone, chore, curfew, or family expectation. It’s about who will back down first. In this Quick Reset, Tess gives you a calmer and more effective response:“I’m not going to physically force you. The expectation is still ______. If you choose not to do it, ______ will happen. I’ll give you a minute.”You’ll learn how to communicate the boundary, offer your teen appropriate responsibility for their choice, and step away without giving up your parental authority. In this episode, you’ll learn:Why “You can’t make me” pulls parents into a power struggleThe exact script to use instead of saying “Oh, yes I can”Why fewer words and a lower voice are more effectiveHow to choose a related, reasonable, and enforceable outcomeWhat to say if your teen keeps arguingWhy your teen’s immediate reaction is not the best measure of whether your response workedWhen a situation requires protective action rather than a communication scriptThe goal is not to overpower your teenager or force them to agree with you.The goal is to stay grounded, hold the boundary, and protect the relationship while you follow through.Because the relationship is the intervention—and connection and authority can exist at the same time.⭐️ Download the Tween and Teen Conflict Reset Kit for scripts and a step-by-step plan to help you stay regulated, reduce power struggles, and respond more effectively during difficult conversations:Tween & Teen Conflict Reset Kit for seven practical scripts and a First-Ten-Minutes Plan.⭐Download the free Tech Reset Agreement to create clearer family expectations around phones, gaming, sleep, school responsibilities, and family connection: 👉Download the Tech Reset Agreement⭐️ If your family is stuck in repeating school-morning conflict, book a Parent Reset Strategy Session.⭐️Join the Family and get your weekly Mindful Kids and Family Journal here: https://www.mindfulkidsandfamilies.com/join-the-family (Get ready for lessons, podcast leads, offers for parents, and ways to win free parent coaching or masterclasses)📧Connect with Therese (Tess) Connolly, LCSW, CCC here👇: therese@mindfulkidsandfamilies.com Website: www.mindfulkidsandfamilies.comThe Single Parenting Reset Show supports single moms, working moms, and all parents with practical parenting tips on screen time, emotional regulation, co-parenting, stress relief, setting boundaries, building trust, and raising confident tweens and teens, while tackling tech addiction, behavior problems, and parent burnout with conscious parenting strategies for stronger family connection.#singleparents #parentingtweensandteens #ScreenTime #behaviorproblems #Communication -

What to Do Before You Give a Consequence 01.09.2026 23mYour teenager rolls their eyes, insults you, says “whatever,” or slams the door—and your entire body reacts. You immediately think:They cannot speak to me this way.So you take the phone, cancel the weekend, or announce a punishment. But now the original problem has disappeared, and you are trapped in an even bigger power struggle about the consequence.Teen disrespect should not be ignored, but it does not always require an immediate punishment. In this episode of The Single Parenting Reset Show, Tess Connolly, LCSW, explains what to do during the critical moments before deciding on a consequence. You’ll learn how to distinguish between a dysregulated teenager, a teenager using disrespect to avoid a responsibility, and harmful behavior that requires repair or a consequence.Tess walks you through the three-part Before-Consequence Check:Pause your reaction.Sort the behavior.Choose the response. You’ll also learn:Why pausing does not weaken your parental authorityHow to address disrespect without losing the original boundaryWhen to ask your teenager for a communication redoHow to require repair without demanding a forced apologyWhen a consequence is genuinely necessaryHow to make consequences connected, proportionate, and enforceableWhat to say when your teenager refuses to continue the conversationYou’ll leave with practical scripts you can use during real conflicts—not simply ideas that sound good when everyone is calm.Download the Tween and Teen Conflict Reset Kit for scripts and a step-by-step plan to help you stay regulated, reduce power struggles, and respond more effectively during difficult conversations:Tween & Teen Conflict Reset Kit for seven practical scripts and a First-Ten-Minutes Plan.⭐Download the free Tech Reset Agreement to create clearer family expectations around phones, gaming, sleep, school responsibilities, and family connection: 👉Download the Tech Reset Agreement⭐️ If your family is stuck in repeating school-morning conflict, book a Parent Reset Strategy Session.⭐️Join the Family and get your weekly Mindful Kids and Family Journal here: https://www.mindfulkidsandfamilies.com/join-the-family (Get ready for lessons, podcast leads, offers for parents, and ways to win free parent coaching or masterclasses)📧Connect with Therese (Tess) Connolly, LCSW, CCC here👇: therese@mindfulkidsandfamilies.com Website: www.mindfulkidsandfamilies.comThe Single Parenting Reset Show supports single moms, working moms, and all parents with practical parenting tips on screen time, emotional regulation, co-parenting, stress relief, setting boundaries, building trust, and raising confident tweens and teens, while tackling tech addiction, behavior problems, and parent burnout with conscious parenting strategies for stronger family connection.#singleparents #parentingtweensandteens #ScreenTime #behaviorproblems #Communication -
292. What to Say When Your Teen Shuts You Out: 5 Scripts That Keep the Door Open 27.08.2026 18mYour teen walks through the door, barely looks at you, and heads straight to their room. You ask what happened. They say, “Nothing.”You try again. They answer, “I’m fine. Just leave me alone.”For many parents, especially single parents carrying the emotional weight of the family, this moment can feel deeply personal. You may worry that your teen no longer trusts you or that the distance between you is becoming permanent. The more worried you become, the more questions you may ask. But when your teen is overwhelmed, embarrassed, ashamed, angry, or simply unable to put an experience into words, repeated questions can feel like pressure.Giving your teen space does not mean ignoring them. Staying connected does not require forcing them to talk. The goal is to show your teen:I notice you.I care about what is happening.I can respect your need for space.I will not emotionally disappear.I am available when you are ready. In this Quick Reset episode, you’ll learn five scripts to use when your teen shuts you out:What to say when your teen refuses to talk. How to name what you notice without assuming you know what happened. How to ask whether they want listening, help, or space. How to check for safety without demanding every detail. How to give space while creating a clear time to reconnect.Tess also shares concrete parent-and-teen examples, what to do when you have already pushed too hard, and why a conversation that doesn’t happen immediately can still represent parenting progress. If this episode helped you, follow the show and share it with another parent who may need these words today. The relationship is the intervention. If this episode helped, follow The Single Parenting Reset Show on Apple Podcasts so the next practical reset is waiting for you.Download the Tween and Teen Conflict Reset Kit for scripts and a step-by-step plan to help you stay regulated, reduce power struggles, and respond more effectively during difficult conversations:Tween & Teen Conflict Reset Kit for seven practical scripts and a First-Ten-Minutes Plan.⭐Download the free Tech Reset Agreement to create clearer family expectations around phones, gaming, sleep, school responsibilities, and family connection: 👉Download the Tech Reset Agreement⭐️ If your family is stuck in repeating school-morning conflict, book a Parent Reset Strategy Session.⭐️Join the Family and get your weekly Mindful Kids and Family Journal here: https://www.mindfulkidsandfamilies.com/join-the-family (Get ready for lessons, podcast leads, offers for parents, and ways to win free parent coaching or masterclasses)📧Connect with Therese (Tess) Connolly, LCSW, CCC here👇: therese@mindfulkidsandfamilies.com Website: www.mindfulkidsandfamilies.comThe Single Parenting Reset Show supports single moms, working moms, and all parents with practical parenting tips on screen time, emotional regulation, co-parenting, stress relief, setting boundaries, building trust, and raising confident tweens and teens, while tackling tech addiction, behavior problems, and parent burnout with conscious parenting strategies for stronger family connection.#singleparents #parentingtweensandteens #ScreenTime #behaviorproblems #Communication -
291. Teen Won’t Talk to You? How to Help Them Open Up Without Pushing 25.08.2026 25mYour teen comes home, closes their bedroom door, and gives you one-word answers. You ask how their day was.“Fine.”You ask whether anything happened.“No.”You ask if they are upset with you.“I don’t know. Can you please leave me alone?”You are asking because you care—but the more you try to get your teen talking, the further away they seem to move.Teen silence can trigger enormous fear in a parent. You may worry that something is wrong, that your teen no longer trusts you, or that your relationship is slipping away. This can feel especially intense when you are parenting alone or carrying most of the emotional responsibility for your family. There may not be another adult beside you to help hold the worry, so you understandably try harder to get information. But your teen may experience those repeated questions as pressure, monitoring, or an expectation to talk before they are ready.Their silence does not automatically mean they do not love you or need you. Sometimes it means they are overwhelmed, embarrassed, tired, afraid of a reaction, or still trying to understand their own feelings. In this episode, you will learn:Why teenagers often shut down with the people they love mostHow your own fear can unintentionally create more pressureWhy asking fewer questions can sometimes lead to more communicationHow to create low-pressure opportunities for connectionWhat to do when your teen shares one small piece of informationHow advice, fixing, and lectures can close the door againHow to repair the pattern if conversations have become tenseWhen teen withdrawal may require more direct attention and supportThe goal is not to find the perfect question that makes your teen tell you everything. The goal is to become the parent with whom your teen feels safe bringing the difficult things. If this episode helped you, follow The Single Parenting Reset Show on Apple Podcasts so the next practical reset is waiting for you.You can also download my free Tween and Teen Conflict Reset Kit, which gives you practical scripts and a plan for staying grounded during difficult moments with your tween or teen. 290. What to Say When Your Teen Says Vaping Is No Big Deal: 5 Scripts 20.08.2026 15mYou find a vape in your teenager’s room, backpack, or pocket. When you ask about it, they shrug and say:“It’s not a big deal.”“Everyone does it.”“It’s only nicotine.”“I can stop whenever I want.”“You’re completely overreacting.”Those statements can immediately pull you into an argument. You may feel compelled to prove how dangerous vaping is, demand a confession, or give a severe consequence before you understand what is actually happening. But you do not have to convince your teen that vaping is serious before you can respond seriously. In Episode 289, we talked about the first conversation to have after discovering that your teen has been vaping. In today’s Quick Reset, we are getting even more practical.Tess gives you five exact scripts for responding when your teen minimizes, defends, or dismisses their vaping. You’ll learn what to say when your teen tells you:“Vaping is no big deal.”“Everyone does it.”“It’s only nicotine.”“I can stop whenever I want.”“You’re completely overreacting.”You’ll also learn why arguing, lecturing, and piling on frightening information can make your teen defend vaping more strongly—even when part of them may already be worried. These scripts will help you:Stay calm without becoming passive.Hold a clear boundary without demanding agreement.Move beyond the argument and assess what is actually happening.Ask about frequency, cravings, stress, peer pressure, and access.Help your teen become more honest about whether stopping feels difficult.Protect your relationship while still taking nicotine use seriously. Most e-cigarettes contain nicotine, which is highly addictive and can affect areas of the developing adolescent brain connected to attention, learning, mood, and impulse control. Young people can also begin showing signs of nicotine dependence before they are vaping every day. CDC: E-Cigarette Use Among YouthYour goal is not to frighten or shame your teen. Your goal is to make it safer for them to tell you the truth—and then take the appropriate next step.Download Tess’s free Tween and Teen Conflict Reset Kit for seven additional scripts and a practical plan for the first ten minutes of a difficult conversation.⭐Download the free Tech Reset Agreement to create clearer family expectations around phones, gaming, sleep, school responsibilities, and family connection: 👉Download the Tech Reset Agreement⭐️ If your family is stuck in repeating school-morning conflict, book a Parent Reset Strategy Session.⭐️Join the Family and get your weekly Mindful Kids and Family Journal here: https://www.mindfulkidsandfamilies.com/join-the-family (Get ready for lessons, podcast leads, offers for parents, and ways to win free parent coaching or masterclasses)📧Connect with Therese (Tess) Connolly, LCSW, CCC here👇: therese@mindfulkidsandfamilies.com Website: www.mindfulkidsandfamilies.comThe Single Parenting Reset Show supports single moms, working moms, and all parents with practical parenting tips on screen time, emotional regulation, co-parenting, stress relief, setting boundaries, building trust, and raising confident tweens and teens, while tackling tech addiction, behavior problems, and parent burnout with conscious parenting strategies for stronger family connection.#singleparents #parentingtweensandteens #ScreenTime #behaviorproblems #CommunicationImportant note: This episode provides parenting education and is not individualized medical advice.
