  • The Power of 30 Days: What to Do After You Set Your Intentions 09.10.2026 16m
Most people write intentions on a New Moon and then never look at them again until the next one. That is the part that is costing you. A few weeks ago I told you that an intention is not a wish you send out, it is an instruction you send in. This is the other half. What happens in the thirty days after you write it, and why that window is the whole practice. I walk you through how I actually build a vision: the kitchen, the light, the clothes I pick out, the conversation with my partner, the number on the screen. Then the part almost nobody teaches, which is that all of those details exist to evoke one feeling, and the feeling is what you stay attached to. The details can change. They often do. The feeling is what you are manifesting. Then we get into the thirty days. New Moon to New Moon is about thirty days, and that is also the window where behavior changes and habits form. Your brain runs on what is familiar because familiar is cheap and safe, and changing it costs real energy, so it will not change unless you tell it to. Reading your vision every day from a regulated state is how you tell it. You are directing your attention, which means your brain starts flagging the opportunities that match instead of letting them slide past. The New Moon in Libra arrives Saturday, October 10, at 8:50 AM PT, at seventeen degrees. Write it tomorrow. Then do not forget about it.   Topics Covered: Why your intentions stop working the moment you file them away A quick recap: an intention is an instruction, not a goal, a fantasy, or a wish list How to build a vision with real detail: the room, the light, the clothes, the conversations, the feeling Why Jill puts her closet in her vision, and what the clothes you choose tell you about the day you are having The fine line between getting specific and getting attached Why the feeling is the thing you are actually manifesting, and why the details are allowed to change The thirty day container, New Moon to New Moon, and why it lines up with the lunar cycle Behavior change at twenty one to thirty days, and why she uses the longer number Reading your vision daily from a regulated nervous system, and why the same time each day matters Pairing it with meditation or breath work so your brain is actually listening Why your brain defaults to the familiar, and the real energy cost of changing it The hunter gatherer field, the tiger, and why your brain refuses the greener grass How daily repetition directs your attention toward the opportunities you would otherwise scan right past Why manifestation is also about making your own future feel safe enough to walk toward What to do at the next New Moon: review from who you are now, revise, and repeat Jill’s own daily practice: rereading the vision, then writing what she is claiming and what she is calling in If you want more time, put more time in the vision The New Moon in Libra on October 10 and how to use it   Timestamps: [00:17] A deeper dive into what happens after you set intentions [00:30] The recap: intentions are instructions, not goals or wish lists [01:35] Building the vision, detail by detail [03:03] Getting specific, then detaching from the specifics [03:47] Why the feeling is what makes it real to your brain [04:09] The details may change, the feeling stays [05:13] Into the thirty days: New Moon to New Moon [06:14] Why behavior changes around twenty one to thirty days [06:47] Reading it daily from a regulated nervous system [08:05] Why your brain loves the familiar [08:43] The real energy cost of changing your brain [09:02] The hunter gatherer field and the tiger [10:00] Directing your attention so you stop scanning past the opportunity [11:22] Convincing your brain over thirty days [12:17] At the next New Moon: review, revise, repeat [13:37] Jill’s own practice: the vision, then the affirmations [14:30] If you want more time, put it in the vision [15:30] Close and where to go next   Journaling Prompts: What did I write on the last New Moon, and when did I last read it? What is the one feeling underneath everything I am asking for? Where in my vision am I gripping the details instead of the feeling? What time of day can I realistically give this sixty seconds, every day, for thirty days? What does my nervous system need first so I am reading this from a regulated state? • Rising Signs Explained: The Sign That Runs Your Whole Chart 06.10.2026 1h 3m
You asked for this one. After the first house mini episode, so many of you wrote in wanting to go deeper into your rising sign, so here is the full hour. Your rising sign is the sign that was on the eastern horizon the moment you took your first breath, and it changes about every two hours, which is why two people born on the same day in the same hospital can be almost entirely different. I have met twins born twenty minutes apart with different rising signs. It is the most personal placement in your chart, and it is also the one most people cannot see in themselves. Here is why. Your rising sign is not only how people meet you. It is the lens you are looking through, and you cannot see the glasses you are wearing. It is also the architecture of your whole chart. It starts your first house, every other house follows from it, and its planetary ruler becomes the ruler of your entire life. Find that ruler, find the house it sits in, and you have just found the most important area of your chart. Then I walk you through all twelve rising signs: what people feel when you enter a room, what you are seeing when you look out, and the specific thing each one is growing into. I do not think we learn our rising sign. I think we are born in it, forget it somewhere in childhood, and spend the rest of our lives remembering it. Pull up your chart at chart.spiritdaughter.com and find yours. Topics Covered: What your rising sign actually is, and why it changes about every two hours Why your exact birth time matters, and why the birth certificate beats your mother’s memory Twins born twenty minutes apart with different rising signs, and what that tells you How to work out your rising sign if you do not know your birth time The sun, the moon, and the rising sign explained as the rooms of a house Why your rising sign is the front door, and why a front door is not a mask The lens problem: why you cannot always see your own rising sign Jill on her own Libra rising, and the years it took to recognize it under a Leo sun and a Scorpio moon What the rising sign governs: first impressions, how you begin things, your appearance, your identity, and your view of the world Your chart ruler, how to find it, and why the house it sits in becomes the most important area of your life Why we do not learn our rising sign, we remember it How childhood teaches us to hide the very thing we came in radiating Aries rising: the spark, the charge, the courage, and learning that not everyone sees the action you see Taurus rising: grounded, unhurried, fully present, and learning that steadiness beats rushing to any finish line Gemini rising: light, curious, endlessly talkable, and learning to funnel that mental energy into one thing Cancer rising: the nurturer everyone brings their heart to, and learning to build your own container of care Leo rising: radiance people remember, and learning to stop dimming it Virgo rising: observant, discerning, quietly optimizing everything, and learning not to turn the inner critic inward Libra rising: calm, gracious, immediately connected, and learning to speak your truth even when it creates disharmony Scorpio rising: depth people feel before you speak, and learning that your intensity is your power Sagittarius rising: optimism, expansion, the highest meaning, and learning to take the leap without the guarantee Capricorn rising: the one everyone assumes is capable, and learning to be playful and to separate worth from achievement Aquarius rising: Saturn and Uranus at once, the rule keeper and the rule breaker, and learning that not everyone has to get you Pisces rising: mystical, empathic, almost translucent, and learning where you end and everyone else begins Why you should ask a friend what their first impression of you was Planets sitting on your ascendant and the extra layer they add Timestamps: [00:03] Welcome, and why this one is a longer episode [01:01] What your rising sign actually is, and why it changes about every two hours [01:19] Why your exact birth time matters [01:42] The twins born twenty minutes apart [03:31] What to do if you do not know your birth time [04:44] The big three explained as the rooms of a house [05:39] Your rising sign is the front door, and a front door is not a mask [07:10] The lens problem: why you cannot always see your own rising sign [08:24] Jill on her Libra rising, under a Leo sun and a Scorpio moon [10:24] What the rising sign actually governs [11:51] Your chart ruler, and why the house it sits in matters most [13:07] We do not learn our rising sign, we remember it [16:00] Aries rising [20:08] Taurus rising [24:08] Gemini rising [27:57] Cancer rising [31:47] Leo rising [34:44] Virgo rising [38:07] Libra rising [42:10] Scorpio rising [46:30] Sagittarius rising [49:17] Capricorn rising [52:34] Aquarius rising [55:54] Pisces rising [59:25] All twelve, and how to embody yours [1:01:10] Finding your chart ruler and the house it sits in [1:02:15] Planets sitting on your ascendant [1:02:54] Close, and where to go deeper Journaling Prompts: What do people say about me the first time they meet me, and how long has that been true? Which parts of my rising sign do I recognize immediately, and which ones feel like a stranger? When in my life did I start hiding this energy, and what was I trying to belong to? Where is my chart ruler, and what has that house been asking of me lately? What is the growth edge of my rising sign, and what would one step toward it look like this week? • Your Questions Answered: Stelliums, Missing Elements, and When Caring Becomes Self Abandonment 02.10.2026 13m
You called in, and this week I am reading your charts on air. Three questions, three very different charts, and every one of them holds something you will recognize in your own.   Kim wanted to know what a sextile and a trine actually are, and what it means to carry six placements in Capricorn across the ninth and tenth houses. So we start there: a sextile is a gift you unwrap, a trine is a gift you already carry, and a stellium is a lot of power pointed in one direction. Dawn called in from Ann Arbor with no planets in earth and wanted to know what to do about it. A missing element is not a flaw, it is unfinished business, and I show you the three places in your chart to go find it.   Then a caller from Missouri, rebuilding her work and her relationships after motherhood, asked how to tell a true calling to care for others from over functioning. Her Jupiter in Pisces in the eighth house says healer. Her Moon in Capricorn in the sixth house says prove it. I give her four questions to tell the two apart in the moment. Pull up your own chart and listen along. One of these is yours.   Topics Covered: What an aspect actually is, and why the distance between two planets tells you how those parts of you talk The sextile: 60 degrees, an unlocked door, and the opportunity that waits for you to move first The trine: 120 degrees, same element, and the gift you use so easily you forget to count it The shadow side of a trine, and the better question to ask of it What a stellium is, and why six placements in Capricorn point at one summit Capricorn in the ninth and tenth houses: building a body of work and earning authority instead of announcing it Why Capricorn matures in reverse, and the twenties that feel behind before the forties that make sense How to find the placements that support a stellium through sextile and trine What it means to have no planets in an element, and why you still have that element in your chart The two ways a missing element shows up: avoiding it entirely, or overcorrecting into it Where to find your earth anyway: Saturn, the houses ruled by Taurus, Virgo, and Capricorn, and your second, sixth, and tenth houses Building a missing element on purpose: external structure, one repetition, and finishing one thing Moon in Capricorn in the sixth house, and the emotional home built out of usefulness Jupiter in Pisces in the eighth house: the real healer, and the placement with no natural edges Four questions to tell a true calling from over functioning while it is happening What Leo rising is actually asking for, and why being indispensable is not the same as being seen Releasing the belief that rest has to be earned, and the difference between a routine that holds you and a routine that scores you Resources: Follow Spirit Daughter on Instagram Visit the Spirit Daughter Website Get your Free Natal Chart to find your aspects, your stelliums, and your elements Get my book Spirit Daughter Book a Natal Chart Reading Try the Moment App for free Get the Libra Season Workbook Try the Moment App for free: https://apps.apple.com/us/app/moment-by-spirit-daughter/id6739384947   Get the Libra Season Workbook: https://spiritdaughter.com/collections/workbook    See omnystudio.com/listener for privacy information.
  • Venus Retrograde in Scorpio and Libra: Your Complete Guide 29.09.2026 43m
You have already seen the lists telling you what not to do for the next six weeks. This episode is not that. Venus stations retrograde on October 3 at 8 degrees of Scorpio and stations direct on November 13 in Libra, and Venus rules your heart, your self worth, your money, and everything you attract. When it turns inward, you get one of the most healing windows in all of astrology. I walk you through the whole timeline: retrograde in Scorpio during Libra season, the Venus star point on October 23 when it meets the sun and turns from an evening star into a morning star, the move back into Libra on October 25, and Mercury stationing retrograde right in the middle of it. Then I show you what each half is asking of you. Scorpio goes into the shadow, the self sabotage, the Venus wound sitting in your own chart, and the heartbreak you thought you had finished. Libra brings it back to partnership: how you show love, how you receive it, and what you believe you are worthy of attracting. This one comes with practices, including the 40 day list that leaves you with 400 things you love about yourself in your own handwriting. Venus retrograde is not happening to you. It is happening for you. Topics Covered: What a retrograde actually is, and why the backward motion is an optical illusion The full timeline: retrograde October 3 in Scorpio, back into Libra October 25, direct November 13 Why it turns retrograde in Scorpio during Libra season and moves through Libra during Scorpio season Mercury retrograde overlapping from late October, and why the two retrogrades are nothing alike Venus as a planet of manifestation: what you let yourself want, and what you let yourself receive The eight year cycle, and what was happening in your heart in 2018 and in 2010 Why an ex often returns during Venus retrograde, and what it is usually there for Venus retrograde in Scorpio: shadow work, self sabotage, and the heartbreak you thought was finished Your Venus wound in your natal chart becoming impossible to ignore Projecting your own shadow onto your partner during Libra season Why shadow work is about acceptance, not removal, and how self belief grows out of self love The Venus star point on October 23 and the shift from evening star to morning star Why the descent always ends in a rise Venus retrograde in Libra: how you show love, how you receive it, and what you attract Attracting from your wounds versus attracting from your worth Being partner number one to yourself, and using that as the blueprint for everyone else What to do: review your commitments, have the conversation you have been avoiding, reconnect with a friend, return to a creative project, forgive What to wait on: new relationships, impulsive decisions about your appearance or your money, and assuming a returning ex means reconciliation The 40 day practice: 10 things you love about yourself every day, 400 by the end Giving yourself your own love language The letter you write and never send Going outside to watch Venus move from an evening star to a morning star Journaling Prompts: What was happening in my love life and my money in the autumn of 2018? What is still unfinished from then? Where am I giving more than I am receiving, and when did I decide that was normal? What do I actually find beautiful, before anyone told me what to like? What am I still holding from a heartbreak that has not finished moving through me? What is my love language, and how am I failing to give it to myself? What did I agree to when I was a different person that I would not agree to now? If I believed I was worth it, what would I ask for this week? What pleasure did I give up, and why? • Why Set Intentions: Your Intention Is Not a Wish, It Is an Instruction 25.09.2026 17m
You have set intentions before. On a New Moon. On the first day of the year. On a night when something in you decided things were going to be different. And then two weeks later you could not remember what you wrote. So this episode is not about how to set an intention. It is about why. Why this one practice sits at the center of everything I teach, when it takes ninety seconds and nobody is checking your work. The answer is not that the universe is waiting to take your order. It is that your brain is listening. An intention is not a wish you send out. It is an instruction you send in. Before I was an astrologer I was a neuroscientist, and in this one I hand you the science. Your brain filters what you notice, predicts what is coming, and rewires itself through repetition, and an intention is the one lever you have on all three. I break down why you cannot do a goal, what the research on implementation intentions actually found, and why dopamine spikes in the pursuit and not the arrival. Then I give you the four steps you can do tonight, and I show you the sequence the sky is walking us through: release on the Full Moon in Aries September 26, review through Venus retrograde starting October 3, plant on the New Moon in Libra October 10. Write one sentence tonight. That is the whole practice. Topics Covered: Why your intentions keep fading by week two The real question: not how to set an intention, but why it works Intention versus goal, and why you cannot do a goal How an intention lives in today while a goal lives in someday Why an intention changes what you notice, what you choose, and what you are willing to do Filtering: the reticular activating system and how your brain decides what gets through What happens when your filter has been set for years to notice what is missing Predicting: why your brain is not a camera, it is a prediction machine Wiring: neuroplasticity and why repetition is the whole mechanism Specificity and the research on implementation intentions Dopamine spikes in the anticipation and the pursuit, not the arrival Why the intentions that work are the ones you can feel in your chest The Full Moon in Aries on September 26 at three degrees, and what to release Venus stationing retrograde October 3 through November 13 and your relationship with worth The New Moon in Libra on October 10 at seventeen degrees as your intention setting window Step one: name the state, not the outcome Step two: attach a when and a where Step three: feel it for sixty seconds Step four: repeat it for thirty days, and what to do when you miss a day Why small and repeated beats big and rare every time Writing it by hand, in the same place, so you can watch what changes The Call It In Method, starting October 1, with enrollment closing September 30 Why you are already setting intentions, and most of them are old ones Timestamps: The OMNY file for this episode has a single continuous time marker, so section timestamps are not available. • Gabby Bernstein: Why You Cannot Manifest From a Dysregulated Nervous System 22.09.2026 1h 5m
Gabby Bernstein has written eleven books, was named a thought leader by Oprah, and has been teaching spiritual principles for twenty years. She is also the reason Spirit Daughter exists. I read her first book over a decade ago, and it cracked something open in me that eventually became this whole life. So having her in the room to read her chart is a full circle moment I still cannot quite believe. Gabby is Sagittarius rising with Neptune in Sagittarius sitting in the twelfth house, which is why people feel the room expand the second she walks on a stage. Then there is Scorpio, three placements of it, including her sun in the tenth house. Sagittarius is wide. Scorpio goes to the depths of the psyche and refuses to come back up until it understands what it found. That combination is her entire body of work. We also get into her Chiron in Taurus in the fourth house, the worth wound underneath the woman who hires help and then quietly does the job herself, and the Chiron return that starts for her this June. Gabby gets honest about things she does not always say out loud. Addiction in her early twenties and sobriety at twenty five. Losing a pregnancy at six months and the kitten who arrived to heal her. Channeling every one of her books, including the one she is writing right now with no outline, chapter by chapter, as it is given to her. And the piece I want everyone to hear: your nervous system cannot manifest from hypervigilance. Manifestation is not about getting things. It is about returning to who you really are. Pull up your own chart, find your Chiron, and listen in. Topics Covered: Why Gabby's first book became the spark behind Spirit Daughter Sagittarius rising and why so many teachers carry it Neptune in Sagittarius in the twelfth house and the expansion people feel around her Sun in Scorpio in the tenth house: going deep in public Three Scorpio placements, and Gabby on being hit with a lot of tsunamis South Node in Pisces and North Node in Virgo: the escape she left behind and the teaching she came for The reverse nodal return she is completing, and why it arrives around forty five The low side of the Pisces South Node: escapism, isolation, addiction, and getting sober at twenty five The low side of the Virgo North Node: perfectionism and burnout Channeling all eleven books, and writing the new one with no outline Chiron in Taurus in the fourth house: worth, the body, and the childhood foundation Hiring people and then doing their job anyway, and what that pattern is really about The tarot reading about Tupperware and China plates Internal Family Systems: protector parts, Self energy, and updating a part instead of removing it The Chiron return, what it is, and why it comes only once, just before fifty Why you cannot manifest from a nervous system stuck in fight or flight Manifestation as a return to who you already are Gabby's meditation practice: an hour a day at noon The cemetery tree, her son Ollie, and a faith of your own understanding Libra midheaven with Pluto in Libra: holding opposing truths as her legacy Moon in Aries in the third house: born to communicate from the heart Saturn in Virgo in the ninth house: the soul contract to teach, and the mentors who shaped her The eleventh house stack and why she stays in real relationship with her community Her Jupiter return in 2027 and the launch window it opens Neptune and Saturn in Aries pressing on her moon, and what that means for the writing ahead Timestamps: 00:02 Welcome, and the full circle moment of reading Gabby's chart 01:36 Twenty years of demystifying spiritual principles for the seeker 02:19 How Gabby's first book sparked Spirit Daughter 04:36 The big three: Sagittarius rising, Scorpio sun, Aries moon 05:38 Neptune in Sagittarius in the twelfth house 06:42 Sun in Scorpio in the tenth house: wide versus deep 07:44 Three Scorpio placements and a lot of tsunamis 09:28 The lunar nodes and the reverse nodal return 13:03 Channeling every book, and how the frequency shifts 13:23 Pisces South Node: addiction, and sobriety at twenty five 15:50 Virgo North Node: come down the mountain and teach 17:53 Tupperware and China plates 19:22 Chiron in Taurus in the fourth house and the worth wound 25:24 Internal Family Systems and updating your protector parts 27:48 The Chiron return, and why it happens once 31:38 Why a dysregulated nervous system cannot manifest 33:54 Manifestation is not about getting things 36:38 An hour of meditation a day, and the kitten who came to heal her 39:43 The cemetery tree and a faith of your own understanding 41:19 Libra midheaven and Pluto in Libra: her legacy 42:50 Moon in Aries in the third house 43:41 Saturn in Virgo in the ninth house and the mentors who shaped her 48:29 The eleventh house stack and staying in relationship with her community 50:28 Writing the new book chapter by chapter, with no outline 51:12 The Jupiter return in 2027 and the window it opens 57:23 Neptune and Saturn in Aries on her moon: the next six months 1:02:02 How the title Spirit Daughter came to be 1:04:17 Where to find Gabby Resources: Follow Gabby Bernstein on Instagram Visit Dear Gabby Find Gabby's books, including Self Help, Super Attractor, and The Universe Has Your Back Listen to the Dear Gabby podcast Join the free Train Your Brain for Abundance masterclass Enroll in The Call It In Method before enrollment closes September 30 Follow Spirit Daughter on Instagram Visit the Spirit Daughter Website Get your Free Natal Chart to find your Chiron Get my book Spirit Daughter Book a Natal Chart Reading Try the Moment App for free Get the Libra Season Workbook See omnystudio.com/listener for privacy information.
  • Venus and Jupiter: The Two Planets That Decide What You Manifest 18.09.2026 15m
You already know your sun sign matters for manifestation. It is your core essence, the center of you, and when your inner sun is out of alignment, nothing else in your life lines up either. What most people do not know is that two other planets in your chart are doing the quiet, deciding work: Venus and Jupiter. Venus is how you attract and how you receive. It is also where your self worth lives, which means you only allow yourself to hold what you feel worthy of. A Venus wound looks like playing small, deflecting compliments, not asking for what you actually want, attracting the safe version instead of the real one, or standing right next to an opportunity and never seeing it. Jupiter is expansion, abundance, and your highest potential, and a Jupiter wound looks like missing the finish line on purpose. It is settling for the smaller version, refusing to hope for the best so you cannot be disappointed, or feeling like you are taking up too much space the moment your vision actually arrives. In this mini episode I show you what each wound looks like, how to read your own Venus and Jupiter signs for the healing, and what happens when the two work against each other, where Venus attracts effortlessly but Jupiter will not let you expand, or Jupiter opens the door and Venus will not let you receive. Pull up your chart, find your Venus sign and your Jupiter sign, and listen in. Venus stations retrograde on October 3, so this is the moment to understand it. Topics Covered: Why your sun sign is the center of your manifestation and has to stay in alignment Venus and Jupiter as your two manifestation planets, and why their signs flavor everything Venus as attraction, receiving, and self worth What a Venus wound looks like: playing small, deflecting, and settling for the safe version Attracting opportunities that do not match your worth How to read your Venus sign and house for the healing, with Venus in Leo and Venus in Libra as examples Jupiter as abundance, expansion, luck, and your highest potential What a Jupiter wound looks like: selling yourself short right at the finish line Refusing to hope for the best so you cannot be disappointed Feeling like you are taking too big a piece of the pie Why your brain treats your biggest vision as unsafe How to read your Jupiter sign for the healing, with Jupiter in Virgo and Jupiter in Aquarius as examples When Venus and Jupiter work against each other, and how to spot it in your chart How your moon, your second house, your eighth house, and your tenth house factor in Venus stationing retrograde on October 3 and what to do with that window Timestamps: 00:03 Why your sun sign is the center of everything you manifest 01:13 Venus and Jupiter, your two manifestation planets 03:21 What a Venus wound looks like: playing small and deflecting 05:14 Venus in Leo and Venus in Libra as examples 06:40 Jupiter, abundance, and the fear of expansion 08:20 Why you stop yourself right before the finish line 08:51 How your brain protects you from your biggest visions 09:59 Healing the Jupiter wound through its sign 11:03 When Venus and Jupiter work against each other 12:25 How your sun, moon, and houses factor in 13:53 Venus retrograde on October 3 and the free abundance masterclass Resources: Join the free Train Your Brain for Abundance masterclass for in depth information on your sun, Venus, and Jupiter signs Get your Free Natal Chart to find your Venus and Jupiter signs Follow Spirit Daughter on Instagram Visit the Spirit Daughter Website Get my book Spirit Daughter Book a Natal Chart Reading Try the Moment App for free Get the Libra Season Workbook See omnystudio.com/listener for privacy information.
  • The Twelfth House: Your Soul, Your Shadows, and the Gifts You Keep Hidden 15.09.2026 49m
The twelfth house is the most misunderstood house in the entire zodiac, and it is the one people ask me about the most. What does it mean? What does it mean if I have planets there? What does it mean if I do not? Here is the simplest answer: the twelfth house is the house of the soul. It is where your soul rests. It is your unconscious mind, the part of you that stays hidden from others and sometimes hidden from you. This is the final house of the zodiac, and I do not think of it as an ending. It is the space in between chapters, that pause between the exhale and the inhale. Nothing closes here. Things retreat here. I call it the cave house, because it is where you go to restore, to heal, and to come back to the center of yourself. Where the eleventh house is community and connection, the twelfth house is the opposite. It is you and your soul, alone. It rules spirituality and meditation, the shadows so deep you might spend years on the mat before you catch a glimpse of them, service that goes completely unseen, and karma carried in from other lifetimes. Then I walk you through it sign by sign, from Aries to Pisces, so you can find the hidden gift you are sitting on and the self sabotage pattern that keeps you from it. Pull up your chart, find the sign on your twelfth house, and press play. This episode also closes out the entire house series, all twelve of them. Topics Covered: Why the twelfth house is the most misunderstood house in the zodiac The house of the soul: your unconscious mind and what stays hidden even from you Why the end of the zodiac is a pause between chapters, not an ending The cave house: retreat, restoration, and returning to your true essence How Pisces, Neptune, and Jupiter rule this house Spirituality, meditation, and connecting to universal knowledge The shadows the eighth house can face versus the shadows buried in the twelfth Anonymous service and compassion that no one ever sees Karma, past lifetimes, and untangling connections you did not choose Why hospitals, ashrams, and silent retreats belong to this house Aries: the inner spiritual warrior, with suppressed anger as the sabotage Taurus: spirituality through the senses, with comfort and overindulgence as the sabotage Gemini: the clairvoyant with the very active mind, and anxiety as the sabotage Cancer: the rare healer who holds space without taking on pain, and emotional enmeshment as the sabotage Leo: spiritual confidence waiting to be claimed, and hiding as the sabotage Virgo: daily devotion and psychic channeling, with the hidden inner critic as the sabotage Libra: bringing harmony to any room, and losing yourself in partnership as the sabotage Scorpio: the inner alchemist who can transform anything, and unconscious power dynamics as the sabotage Sagittarius: remembering spiritual wisdom from past lives, and spiritual bypassing as the sabotage Capricorn: spiritual authority, and refusing to let yourself rest as the sabotage Aquarius: the visionary tapped into collective consciousness, and emotional detachment as the sabotage Pisces: fully home here, merging with the infinite, and escapism as the sabotage Why every sign shows up in your chart whether or not you have planets there A look back at all twelve houses and why they unlock your whole chart Timestamps: [00:00] Welcome and why the twelfth house is so misunderstood [00:31] The house of the soul [00:56] Ruled by Pisces, Neptune and Jupiter [01:18] Not an ending, the space between chapters [01:47] The cave house [02:15] Spirituality and spiritual practice [02:41] The unconscious and the shadows you cannot see [03:11] Service that goes unseen [04:20] Karma and past lifetimes [04:46] Hospitals, ashrams and silent retreats [05:12] Aries in the twelfth house [07:56] Taurus in the twelfth house [11:01] Gemini in the twelfth house [13:44] Cancer in the twelfth house [17:39] Leo in the twelfth house [20:33] Virgo in the twelfth house [23:55] Libra in the twelfth house [27:33] Scorpio in the twelfth house [31:14] Sagittarius in the twelfth house [34:20] Capricorn in the twelfth house [38:05] Aquarius in the twelfth house [40:56] Pisces in the twelfth house [45:18] All twelve houses, the full series recap [48:29] Where to go deeper Resources: Listen to the earlier episodes in the house series: Listen to The First House Listen to The Second House Listen to The Third House Listen to The Fourth House Listen to The Fifth House Listen to The Sixth House Listen to The Seventh House Listen to The Eighth House Listen to The Ninth House Listen to The Tenth House Listen to The Eleventh House Follow Spirit Daughter on Instagram Visit the Spirit Daughter Website Get your Free Natal Chart to find your twelfth house Get my book Spirit Daughter Book a Natal Chart Reading Try the Moment App for free Get the Virgo Season Workbook See omnystudio.com/listener for privacy information.
  • How Your Zodiac Sign Blocks Abundance (and How to Unblock It) 11.09.2026 18m
I am an astrologer, but I also have a background in neuroscience, and in this minisode I bring both worlds together. Your sun sign sets an early pattern in your brain, a kind of green light, and your environment reinforces it until it becomes a neural pathway you run without noticing. One of the things it quietly shapes is the specific way you block abundance. None of these are flaws. This is simply the energy running through you, and once you can see it, you can work with it. I walk through all twelve signs by element, name the block for each one, and give you the one shift that starts to dissolve it. Abundance is always available to you. The block is internal, which means it is yours to release.   Topics Covered: Why your sun sign creates the pattern for how you block abundance, and how your environment reinforces it The brain science underneath it all: neural patterns, neuroplasticity, and why the block is within your control Fire signs, the dreamers: Aries and burnout, Leo and recognition, Sagittarius and someday Earth signs, the doubters: Taurus and comfort, Virgo and never feeling ready, Capricorn and earning it Air signs, the overthinkers: Gemini and a scattered signal, Libra and permission, Aquarius and staying the outsider Water signs, the survivors: Cancer and safety, Scorpio and control, Pisces and giving it away The one shift each sign can make to start letting abundance in How to use awareness and contrary evidence to rewire the pattern in your brain Next week: Venus and Jupiter, the two manifestation planets   Resources: Take the free Abundance Blocks by Zodiac quiz to find your block and your next steps Sign Up for the Abundance Masterclass Follow Spirit Daughter on Instagram Visit the Spirit Daughter Website Get your Free Natal Chart Book a Natal Chart Reading Try the Moment App for free Get the Virgo Season Workbook See omnystudio.com/listener for privacy information.
  • Kaitlyn Bristowe: The Hidden Depth Behind the Party Girl 08.09.2026 53m
You know Kaitlyn Bristowe as the party girl. The Bachelorette, the mirrorball on Dancing with the Stars, the host of Off the Vine who dances around in a bathing suit and makes you laugh. Her chart tells a different story. Under the Gemini sun sits a stack of Cancer placements, and this is the side of Kaitlyn most people never get to see.   In this reading we go into the depth she keeps hidden. Kaitlyn’s Gemini sun lives in the twelfth house, the most private house in the chart, so the woman the world meets at the front door is only part of the story. Her moon, rising, Mercury, and Mars all sit in Cancer, which makes her deeply emotional, highly sensitive, and far more intuitive than she lets on. We talk about why her first impression reads as soft and nurturing, why she holds her words back when she cannot say them perfectly, and how to rebuild trust in an intuition that went quiet. We also follow the thread of her nodes, from a south node in Scorpio that pulls her toward drama and fuels her creativity, to a north node in Taurus in the eleventh house that is calling her toward stillness, nature, and community.   Topics Covered: Why Kaitlyn’s first impression reads as Cancer, not the Gemini everyone expects The twelfth house sun and the depth she keeps hidden from the public Sun, moon, and rising explained as the rooms of your house Virgo in the third house and the perfectionism that makes her hold her words back How to rebuild trust in your intuition when it has gone quiet Why doom scrolling is a block for your intuition The cave house and why alone time is not optional for a highly sensitive person Her south node in Scorpio, the pull toward drama, and where her creativity comes from Her north node in Taurus in the eleventh house and the grounded life it points to Jupiter in Aquarius and the retreats she is being called to build for her community The steady Capricorn partner and integrator she keeps reaching for   Timestamps: 00:00 Meet Kaitlyn and the Gemini sun you did not expect 02:00 The big three and the Cancer energy under the surface 04:00 Sun, moon, and rising as the rooms of your house 07:00 Virgo in the third house and perfectionism in how she communicates 14:00 Intuition, psychic ability, and why she stopped trusting it 16:30 How to feel your feelings and rebuild your intuition 19:30 Why doom scrolling blocks your intuition 23:00 The cave house and the case for alone time 25:00 Living in New York as a highly sensitive person 34:30 South node in Scorpio, the pull toward drama, and creativity 37:00 North node in Taurus in the eleventh house: grounding and community 43:30 Jupiter in Aquarius and the retreats she wants to build 47:00 The Capricorn partner she keeps reaching for 49:00 The homework: make time to feel   Resources: Follow Kaitlyn Bristowe on Instagram Follow Off the Vine on Instagram Follow Spirit Daughter on Instagram Visit the Spirit Daughter Website Book a Natal Chart Reading Try the Moment App for free Get the Virgo Season Workbook See omnystudio.com/listener for privacy information.
  • The Eleventh House: Your Community, Your Hopes, and the Dreams You Are Building 04.09.2026 28m
We are near the top of the house series with only two houses left, and this week we land in the one people understand the least. The eleventh house is your community. It is your friendships, your network, your platform, and the stage your work builds for you. It is naturally ruled by Aquarius, so it carries that visionary, future facing energy, and it holds something I never want you to forget: your hopes and your dreams.   Where the tenth house is the spotlight and the career you are recognized for, the eleventh house is what that recognition produces, the audience, the circle of like minded people who gather around you. It is the house of belonging, not the family kind but the chosen kind, the people you fit with naturally without performing. In this mini episode I break down what the eleventh house really rules and then walk you through it sign by sign, from Aries to Pisces. Pull up your chart, find the sign on your eleventh house, and press play.   Topics Covered: What the eleventh house rules: community, friendships, network, platform, and your hopes and dreams Why it is the fruit of the tenth house, and how belonging here differs from fourth house roots How to find the sign ruling your eleventh house in your own chart Aries: the leader and initiator, with a growth edge in letting others lead Taurus: the loyal, small, beautiful circle, with a growth edge in expansion Gemini: the wide social web and the exchange of ideas, with a growth edge in going deep Cancer: friends as chosen family and emotional safety, with a growth edge in not over mothering Leo: the celebratory host who attracts creative, ambitious people, with a growth edge in sharing the spotlight Virgo: the practical planner who builds foundations that last, with a growth edge in allowing imperfection Libra: the peacemaker and connector, with a growth edge in welcoming honest disharmony Scorpio: the deep, intense circles that go to the root, with a growth edge in being held by others Sagittarius: the expansive, cross cultural network, with a growth edge in the community at home Capricorn: the serious, committed, lasting community, with a growth edge in finding real joy in it Aquarius: fully home here, the visionary and humanitarian, with a growth edge in one on one connection Pisces: the spiritual, compassionate, dreamlike community, with a growth edge in discernment   Resources: Listen to the earlier episodes in the house series: Listen to The First House Listen to The Second House Listen to The Third House Listen to The Fourth House Listen to The Fifth House Listen to The Sixth House Listen to The Seventh House Listen to The Eighth House Listen to The Ninth House Listen to The Tenth House Follow Spirit Daughter on Instagram Visit the Spirit Daughter Website Get your Free Natal Chart to find your eleventh house Book a Natal Chart Reading Get the Virgo Season Workbook See omnystudio.com/listener for privacy information.
  • It Is Not Just Saturn: The Astrological Returns That Reset Your Life 01.09.2026 48m
Everyone braces for their Saturn return like a storm is coming. What almost no one tells you is that Saturn is only one of many returns moving through your chart, and some of them are pure expansion, luck, and reinvention. In this solo episode I go beyond Saturn and walk you through every return you will live through, what each one means, the ages it tends to arrive, and how to work with it on purpose instead of being blindsided.   A return is simple once you see it. Your birth chart is a frozen snapshot of the sky at your first breath, and it never changes. What moves is the living sky above you. A return is the moment a planet circles all the way back and lands on the exact spot it held the day you were born, which starts that part of your life over again. The faster the planet, the more often it comes home. I take you from the quick personal returns to the rare, life shaping ones, and by the end you will know exactly which return is active for you right now.   Topics Covered: What a return actually is, and why your birth chart stays frozen while the living sky keeps moving The runners on a track image that makes the whole system click Your lunar return: a monthly emotional reset Your solar return: your personal New Year on your birthday, plus the solar return chart and how to cast it Your Venus return: a yearly reset on love, beauty, money, pleasure, and self worth Your Mars return, about every two years: a fresh start on drive, ambition, and what you are building Your Jupiter return, about every twelve years: the lucky, expansive one, around ages 12, 24, 36, 48, and 60 Your Saturn return, reframed: first around age 29, second near 58, third in the mid eighties Your nodal return, about every 18 to 19 years: fated turning points around ages 18, 37, and 55 Your Chiron return near age 50: meeting your deepest wound and turning it into your gift The Uranus half return near age 42: the midlife awakening and how to work with it with grace How to find which return is closest to you right now, and how to meet it as a new beginning   Resources: Get your Free Natal Chart to find your returns Follow Spirit Daughter on Instagram Visit the Spirit Daughter Website Get my book Spirit Daughter Book a Natal Chart Reading Try the Moment App for free Get the Virgo Season Workbook See omnystudio.com/listener for privacy information.
  • The Tenth House: Your Life’s Work, Legacy, and How the World Sees You 28.08.2026 31m
We have moved through the depths of the ninth house, and now we climb to the very top of the chart. Welcome to the tenth house, the highest point in your chart and the home of your life’s work. Most people call it the house of career, and it is, but it is so much more than the job you do from nine to five. This is the work your soul came here to do, your public image, your reputation, and the legacy you leave behind for the next generation. In this minisode I break down what the tenth house really governs and why it sits opposite the fourth house. Think of your chart as a tree. The fourth house is your roots, and the tenth house is the branches. The branches can only grow as far as the roots can hold them. I also show you how to find your Midheaven, the sign on your tenth house cusp, and why it holds so much information about your calling. Then I walk you through every sign in the tenth house, from Aries to Pisces. Pull up your chart at chart.spiritdaughter.com, find your tenth house, and press play.   Topics Covered: What the tenth house governs: career, life’s work, public image, reputation, and legacy Why your life’s work is bigger than the job you do for money The tenth house and the fourth house as the branches and roots of your tree How to find your Midheaven and the sign on your tenth house cusp Why Capricorn and Saturn rule the tenth house, and the theme of commitment What each sign means in your tenth house, from Aries to Pisces The growth edge each placement carries in your public life and career Resources: Listen to the earlier episodes in the house series: Listen to The First House Listen to The Second House Listen to The Third House Listen to The Fourth House Listen to The Fifth House Listen to The Sixth House Listen to The Seventh House Listen to The Eighth House Listen to The Ninth House Follow Spirit Daughter on Instagram Visit the Spirit Daughter Website Get your Free Natal Chart to find your tenth house Book a Natal Chart Reading Try the Moment App for free Get the Virgo Season Workbook See omnystudio.com/listener for privacy information.

  • The Ninth House: Where Your Beliefs Come From (And Why They Matter) 21.08.2026 24m
The ninth house swings the doors wide open after the depths of the eighth house and says, come up for air. There is a great big wide world out there. In this episode I am continuing the house series with the house of travel, philosophy, spirituality, religion, higher education, and your belief systems. It is ruled by Sagittarius and Jupiter, and it holds the key to how you expand your consciousness and search for truth. Your belief systems are rooted in how wide your perspective is, and if you have a narrow view, you will have a narrow belief system, and you may be limiting yourself without even realizing it. The ninth house is where the big questions live: why are we here, what is the meaning of all this, and how do the experiences we gather along the road of life shape who we become. Then I walk you through every sign in the ninth house, from Aries to Pisces, so you can find the sign on your ninth house cusp and understand how you expand, where you search for truth, and what your growth edge is. We are back in the house series with the deepest, most intense house in the chart: the house of transformation, intimacy, shared resources, and the hidden power most of us never claim. In this episode I break down everything the eighth house holds, why its version of death is really about endings that make room for a rebirth, what it means for shared money like inheritance, taxes, and merging finances with a partner, and why it rules the intimacy that begins after the wedding day, when two souls start to merge as one. It is ruled by Scorpio, Pluto, and Mars, so it runs deep.
