  • The Best Of Mark Levin - 10/3/26 03.10.2026 1h 9m
This week on the Mark Levin Show, the direct assault on our republic and Constitution is very concerning. Jack Smith abused his authority by obtaining secret subpoenas for communications from Republican members of Congress, numerous media organizations, journalists, and even the Mark Levin radio show, the only radio show in the country Smith went after, as part of his investigation into President Trump. These actions, carried out with the approval of federal judges and hidden from public view, violated constitutional protections, including separation of powers, the Speech and Debate Clause, and the First Amendment. This investigation was driven by political motives rather than justice. And make no mistake: the Biden White House was looped in on everything. Later, the events surrounding the attempted takeover of the FlyDubai airliner were nothing short of incredible. What stands out is the extraordinary heroism displayed by everyone involved: the pilot who fought for his life while still managing to save the aircraft, the passengers who helped subdue the co-pilot, and the civilians and crew who pulled the plane out of a terrifying nosedive. Meanwhile, the broader threat from Iran remains the central issue. While economic pressure and strikes against nuclear facilities have weakened the regime, the only lasting way to stop its nuclear ambitions and global terrorist activities is to remove the regime itself and support those inside Iran who are rising up against it. Gov. Gavin Newsom’s bill requiring companies that operated before 1965 to search their records for ties to slavery is misguided and hypocritical. Why are businesses targeted when the Democratic Party had deep historical ties to slavery, the Confederacy, segregation, and the Ku Klux Klan. What does Newsom have to say about the family that owns the New York Times, whose ancestors were slaveowners and were involved in the slave trade, and covered for Stalin's massacre of Ukrainians in 1932 and covered for Hitler and the Nazis, and is currently Hamas' mouthpiece? If Newsom wants to investigate slavery, look no further than current day Africa and the Middle East. Learn more about your ad choices. Visit podcastchoices.com/adchoices
  • 10/2/26 - Newsom, Socialism & the Democrats’ Investigation Agenda 03.10.2026 1h 55m
On Friday’s Mark Levin Show, Gavin Newsom’s bill requiring companies that operated before 1965 to search their records for ties to slavery is misguided and hypocritical. Also, the Atlantic describes how Democrats are preparing a wide range of investigations if they win congressional majorities; this is proof that their focus is not on affordability or the issues Americans care about most, but on targeting President Trump, his administration, his family, and his allies. Democrats are organizing investigative strategies, compiling lists of potential targets, and planning aggressive oversight efforts that amount to political retribution disguised as accountability. These investigations, potential impeachment efforts, and plans to subpoena administration officials and even members of Trump’s family are part of a broader effort to weaken Trump’s presidency, advance partisan power, and position themselves for future political gains. This reflects a push toward one-party control, distracts from economic concerns, undermines institutions and traditions, and threatens the agenda voters elected Trump to carry out. Later, Zohran Mamdani says socialism means everyone should have what they need to live a dignified life and that it is the government’s job to provide it. This removes personal responsibility and requires taking money from hardworking people to give to others.  Socialism does not create prosperity, put groceries on shelves, or increase people’s income, but instead empowers bureaucrats while restricting individual freedom. Why would Americans would abandon a constitutional republic and capitalist system that has created opportunity and prosperity in favor of socialism promoted by Mamdani. • 10/1/26 - Why Regime Change in Iran Is Our Only Path 02.10.2026 1h 49m
On Thursday’s Mark Levin Show, the events surrounding the attempted takeover of the FlyDubai airliner were nothing short of incredible. The war against Iran was never about the Strait of Hormuz. Later, Mark sat down for a Life, Liberty and Levin interview with Justice Samuel Alito, where they discussed his book and a wide range of topics, including originalism, textualism, the Constitution, Lincoln, the Gettysburg Address, judicial review, and the role of judges. Rather than focusing on politics or controversy, the conversation explored his ideas, personal background, Italian heritage, love of baseball, military service, and the influence of his parents. Afterward, Sean Hannity calls in and urges people across the country to understand the urgency of this moment, get involved and vote! We are facing a radical and extreme movement that openly lays out its agenda, while many elected Democrats refuse to challenge it because they fear political consequences. This is a clear choice between preserving our Constitution, our way of life, and the principles the country was built on, or embracing policies such as higher taxes, open borders, government expansion, court-packing, and other sweeping changes.  Also, Sen Ashley Moody joins the show and explains that this is a critical election not only for Florida but for the nation. We are facing candidates who openly identify as socialists and promote ideas that challenge the country's founding principles. Finally, Rep Chip Roy calls in and says we must come together around the principles we share, including faith, the Constitution, limited government, opportunity, and a love for America, even when we disagree on other issues. The greatest challenge is electorally defeating those who seek to undermine those values. Learn more about your ad choices. Visit podcastchoices.com/adchoices
  • 9/30/26 - The Battle for America’s Future: AI, Terror and Election Integrity 01.10.2026 1h 59m
On Wednesday’s Mark Levin Show, Rich Valdes fills in for Mark. Sen Bernie Sanders claims that AI represents the growing power of oligarchs and should be controlled by the people rather than a handful of billionaires. Sanders completely misunderstands how the free market works because people, not elites, ultimately determine which technologies succeed by choosing whether or not to use them.  AI is being developed through innovation and entrepreneurship to help people and businesses, not as a tool for oligarchic control, and that the bigger concern is preventing technocrats from overreaching through common-sense oversight by elected representatives. Later, the passengers on the FlyDubai flight stopped a terrorist hijacking and prevented a catastrophe. It reminds you of the resolve of the people on 9/11, when enough was enough and the threat could no longer be ignored. Benjamin Netanyahu saluted the heroes, including an Israeli plumber who helped level the plane. Antisemitism and jihadi terror are out of control - this is Islamo-fascism in the skies. Then, it's Hispanic Heritage Month at the White House and a reminder that Hispanic Americans keep moving right because they've lived socialism. Finally, Sen Chris Van Hollen race-baits deportations while 186 House Democrats vote against deporting illegals convicted of benefit fraud, and AG Todd Blanche announces ten foreign nationals indicted in Minnesota for illegal voting and false citizenship claims — Brazil, Ghana, Liberia — the kind of election fraud the left pretends doesn't exist. • 9/29/26 - TYRANNY EXPOSED: Jack Smith’s Secret Subpoenas Against Congress and the Media 30.09.2026 1h 53m
On Tuesday’s Mark Levin Show, the direct assault on our republic and Constitution is very concerning. Former special prosecutor Jack Smith abused his authority by obtaining secret subpoenas for communications from Republican members of Congress, numerous media organizations, journalists, and even the Mark Levin radio show, the only radio show in the country Smith went after, as part of his investigation into President Trump. These actions, carried out with the approval of federal judges and hidden from public view, violated constitutional protections, including separation of powers, the Speech and Debate Clause, and the First Amendment. This investigation was driven by political motives rather than justice. And make no mistake: the Biden White House was looped in on everything.  Also, if Donald Trump was not president, and Kamala Harris won the presidency, the Democrat Party ruled DC, and the Woke Reich isolation appeasers held sway, the Iranian regime would have nuclear weapons, complete control over the Strait of Hormuz driving gas prices far beyond what they are today (which would be the least of our problems), our nation and many others would be facing nuclear attack by an Islamist-terrorist death cult openly committed to our annihilation, or at least nuclear blackmail that would change the face of the planet, and we'd have few if any options in dealing with the Iranian regime. Now that President Trump has prevented ALL of these horrific scenarios because he uniquely had the courage and foresight to act, the various imbeciles of the Left and Radical Right beat their chests and howl to the moon as if they were right about something all along.  They were right about nothing.  But for POTUS acting, they'd be proven wrong about everything, to our grave endangerment and that of the rest of the world. Later, there’s a proposed Islamic community center, school, and mosque project near Atlantic Avenue and Lyons Road in South Florida.. After reviewing property records, corporate filings, and organizational connections tied to the project, the ownership structure, property transfers, LLC formations, and relationships among various organizations have become so complex that it is difficult for the public to follow the money, understand who is ultimately responsible, or assess the project's full impact. Residents should demand answers, request records, and put their concerns on the record because this project could significantly affect the surrounding community and deserves thorough public scrutiny. Finally, Alan Dershowitz calls in to discuss his new book - Why I Quit the Dems: And So Should You! (confessions of a reluctant Republican*). Learn more about your ad choices. • 9/28/26 - Are We Winning? Terrorism, Iran, and America’s Surprising Economy 29.09.2026 1h 59m
On Monday’s Mark Levin Show, WJNO’s Brian Mudd fills in for Mark. The release of five terrorism suspects in the UK less than two days after their arrest is a clear example of how the West is losing its way. Authorities say they are still trying to determine the suspects' motives, activities, and level of involvement in an alleged plot targeting a U.S. air base, yet they were released on bail under monitoring conditions. This reflects a broader problem of political correctness and a reluctance to directly address the role of Islamist extremism. Western societies have largely failed to recognize these trends of demographic changes in London, the growth of Muslim political representation in the United States, and the handling of this case is another example of an unwillingness to confront the issue directly. Later, we are winning the war in Iran even though many people may not feel like we’re winning because higher gas prices make the conflict seem costly. Looking at recent events, leadership posturing, and the broader strategic picture, the situation is progressing better than it appears. China, Russia, and Iran operate as an aligned axis, and assessing the health of that network is key to understanding the conflict. Russia has suffered major setbacks, including severe damage to its refining capacity and a sharp decline in oil exports, creating both an energy and economic crisis. The broader strategic trends are signs that the axis is weakening and that we are closer to victory than most people realize. Finally, the economy is really a tale of two economies. On one hand, many people feel frustrated about affordability and believe the economy is struggling. On the other hand, the actual data shows a historic economic boom. Business activity in both services and manufacturing is at its strongest level in years, with demand surging and growth reaching levels not seen since 2015 outside of the post-COVID rebound. Corporate earnings are growing rapidly, GDP is projected to expand at a 5% annualized rate, poverty has fallen to a record low, and median household income has reached a record high while rising faster than inflation. Across nearly every major economic indicator, businesses are thriving and people at all income levels appear to be doing better. Yet despite these historic gains, many Americans remain unhappy with the economy, creating a disconnect between economic data and public perception. Learn more about your ad choices. • The Best Of Mark Levin - 9/26/26 26.09.2026 1h 6m
This week on the Mark Levin Show, the isolationists, Democrats, and foreign influences are to blame for undermining stronger action in Iran - concerns over rising gas prices have been used politically to discourage military efforts. Wars must be finished decisively to avoid endless conflict or defeat; economic measures alone cannot contain the regime. We must arm arming the Iranian people and opposition forces; decisive action is needed to defeat the regime which would guarantee victory rather than prolonging uncertainty. Did the isolationists in the White House give President Trump bad advice? According to Gallup, a record-high 89% of Americans think their government is corrupt. Xi is overseeing a massive military buildup, has harmed the United States through Covid, damaged the economy, stolen sensitive technologies and information, and supported adversaries such as the Iranian regime - we shouldn't get worked up over his State visit. The United States should not make any AI-related deals with China because they would exploit them. Meanwhile, Benjamin Netanyahu’s United Nations speech was outstanding. Leading a small nation surrounded by threats requires exceptional leadership and Israelis would be wise to re-elect Netanyahu. Netanyahu thanked President Trump for being a partner in their battle against barbarians. Opponents of Israel, such as Matt Gaetz and others in the Woke Reich movement, the isolationists and neo-fascists, push the Obama/Biden appeasement agenda. It's simple: the enemy is not Trump or Netanyahu, the U.S. or Israel. We're the good guys. Learn more about your ad choices. Visit podcastchoices.com/adchoices
  • 9/25/26 - Socialism in the USA: The dangerous trend you need to see 26.09.2026 1h 54m
On Friday’s Mark Levin Show, Gallup has a screaming headline that over 40% of Americans support socialism -- first time ever! This is entirely misleading. How do we know Gallup polled only Americans, meaning American citizens?  What does Gallup mean by Americans? There are an awful lot of people in our country (America) who are from the Third World or socialist regimes, some here legally and others illegally. There’s no verification of party identity either. Even an alien who cannot or does not vote can identify with a party. So, were those questions asked if there were actually Americans -- that is, American citizens?  Otherwise, the impression Gallup is leaving is that more actual Americans support socialism than a true sampling would find.  And we've had a record number of migrants pour into our country under Biden and the Democrats before President Trump put an end to it. Also, the New York Times and other media outlets are acting as propaganda organizations and attempting to influence Israeli elections by reviving allegations that Benjamin Netanyahu received advance warnings about the October 7 Hamas attack. Haven’t we been thru this before? The reports rely on anonymous sources, lack specific details, have been denied by the UAE and Netanyahu, and are part of a repeated effort to damage Netanyahu politically despite his leadership and recent speech at the United Nations. Later, President Trump is cancelling $810 million in federal funds for programs related to illegal immigrants, race-focused initiatives, and other grants through a pocket rescission process. Trump’s actions are legal, constitutional, and fiscally conservative. Many federal programs and outside organizations receive unnecessary funding; unspent government money is often rushed out before the fiscal year ends, and Trump is uniquely willing to confront both fiscal and cultural issues that other leaders avoid. Finally, Mark Joseph calls in to discuss the re-release his movie – Reagan, which includes 10 minutes of previously cut scenes that he was able to restore. He highlighted several new moments in the movie, including stories about Ronald Reagan, and said the film took 20 years to make despite numerous obstacles, including the left’s banking and social media restrictions that affected promotion efforts. • 9/24/26 - Netanyahu's Bold UN Speech: A Stand for Israel 25.09.2026 1h 50m
On Thursday's Mark Levin Show, Xi is overseeing a massive military buildup, has harmed the United States through Covid, damaged the economy, stolen sensitive technologies and information, and supported adversaries such as the Iranian regime - we shouldn't get worked up over his State visit. Later,  D.C. District Judge Kelly that granted CNN, MS NOW, Politico, and three reporters a temporary restraining order restoring their deactivated White House hard passes after President Trump announced that he was immediately banning those organizations. The court incorrectly treated White House press passes as a constitutional “liberty interest” protected by Fifth Amendment due process rights, requiring notice, hearings, and formal standards before passes could be revoked. These rights are not found in the Constitution; access to the White House is not a constitutional freedom, and the executive branch should have broad authority to determine who receives access, particularly when national security concerns are cited. Afterward, Professor Jeffrey Lax calls in and explains that anti-Semitic incidents have risen significantly across the United States over the past several years, including in workplaces, universities, public institutions, K-12 schools, and everyday life. Jewish individuals have faced harassment, exclusion, hostile environments, and retaliation, often under the guise of opposition to “Zionism,” and proposes a five-point plan focused on fighting anti-Semitism through the courts and achieving legal victories. • On The Frontlines: Faith, Freedom, and the Call to Serve 24.09.2026 33m
In this special edition of On the Frontlines, Mark Levin sits down with Yael Eckstein, President and Global CEO of the International Fellowship of Christians and Jews (IFCJ), for a conversation about the power of faith, the importance of unity, and the responsibility to help those in need. Reflecting on the September 11 attacks and the approaching anniversary of October 7, Mark and Yael discuss the shared values connecting Christians and Jews, the relationship between the United States and Israel, and the importance of standing together in difficult times. Yael shares firsthand stories of IFCJ's humanitarian work, from delivering food to Holocaust survivors and supporting families in war-torn Ukraine to providing emergency assistance to vulnerable communities in Israel and the Middle East. She also discusses the significance of Rosh Hashanah and Yom Kippur, the importance of religious freedom, and the biblical calling to serve others. It's a conversation about putting faith into action, building bridges across communities, and finding strength through unity. • 9/23/26 - China, Iran, and the Threat to America's Future 24.09.2026 1h 51m
On Wednesday's Mark Levin Show, Communist China is the United States’ primary enemy. Xi Jinping is a mass murderer who seeks to defeat America economically, geographically, and militarily. China has attacked U.S. computer systems, stolen technology, interfered in American affairs, supported violent unrest, provided intelligence to Iran that was used in attacks resulting in American deaths, and is rapidly expanding its military to intimidate the United States.  Turning to Iran, early military action against the regime was highly effective but efforts were weakened by pauses for negotiations. Both communism and Islamism are long-term ideological threats that cannot be contained through agreements alone. They're playing the long game, waiting for Trump to leave office and Democrats to come in, and our children will be left holding the bag. Meanwhile, the eldest son of Israeli Ambassador to the United States Yechiel Leiter, was killed in Gaza early on in the war. Now his other son is on life support after suffering severe brain damage in a vehicle attack. Israeli families are deeply affected by the ongoing violence. Later, this is a tough election cycle, and it always was going to be a tough election cycle. Rather than starting post-election doomer finger-pointing and positioning oneself as if a sage when seeing the obvious, 6-weeks before the actual election, how about we put our minds, and resources, and efforts toward fighting as hard as we can given all that is at stake.  You can be concerned and say-so but stop dispiriting voters before they vote. You could be creating a self-fulfilling outcome. Shove the predictions. Let's get going! Afterward, the claim that the First Amendment guarantees White House press access has some serious hurdles. Who qualifies for credentials, who decides, and by what standard? With countless new media outlets, granting access to some while denying others is hard to justify, yet granting access to all is impossible. Any judge who equates access with press freedom will have to explain where those lines are drawn and why they make sense. Finally, Rep Randy Fine calls in and condemns the Iranian president’s UN speech as cocky and unacceptable, arguing the United States should not host terrorists. Fine called the claim that every Hamas fighter killed in Gaza was a civilian disgusting, said the UN embraces such rhetoric, and opposed U.S. tax dollars funding the body; he would rather it meet in Geneva and leave American soil. • 9/22/26 - The Dangerous Reality of the Iran War: What the "Experts" Won't Tell You 23.09.2026 1h 49m
On Tuesday's Mark Levin Show, the isolationists, Democrats, and foreign influences are to blame for undermining stronger action in Iran - concerns over rising gas prices have been used politically to discourage military efforts. If the Democrats take Congress and Benjamin Netanyahu loses his election, the Iranian regime will claim victory. It'll be more emboldened than ever. Meanwhile, with the midterm elections only six weeks away, Republicans should remain focused on drawing clear contrasts with Democrats rather than pursuing independent political paths. Republicans should emphasize conservative values and the administration’s economic accomplishments, not RINO's. If the Democrats take the midterms, Zohran Mamdani and others will be sabotaging the president, his cabinet, and Republicans as aggressively and viciously as possible. Mixed signals are being sent at a time when stark contrasts, and absolute clarity is needed both to win the midterms and push back against this radical revolution. Later,  Trump was right to ban Politico from the White House. Politico's Adam Wren wrote a disgusting hit piece on Mark's stepson David. David did not "solicit cash gifts from Israeli citizens to celebrate his upcoming wedding."  This has to be the most appalling and dishonest story of all. Wren knows exactly what he's doing, and he's doing it to one of the most honorable and decent people who has more integrity in his pinky than Wren will ever have. Finally, Trace Gallagher calls in to discuss his new book, Turns Out They Were Right All Along: Life Lessons I Learned...Eventually. Learn more about your ad choices. • 9/21/26 - Trump vs. the Media: Where Does Free Press End and Fake News Begin? 22.09.2026 1h 59m
On Monday's Mark Levin Show, Ben Ferguson fills in for Mark. The mainstream media has turned on President Trump after he banned CNN, POLITICO, and MS NOW from the White House. The View accuses Trump of being a dictator, never mind that Obama tried to ban FOX and Democrats have banned conservatives for decades. All Trump is saying is these outlets can write what they want, but they don't have the right to access the White House. Trump is tired of the Fake News. The media is, for all intents and purposes, Democratic state sponsored media. However, Trump should play the long game. What happens when Democrats get into office? Or the next Republican? We either have a First Amendment, or we don't. We either have a free press, or we don't. As loathsome as the mainstream media is, we must be careful about restricting media outlets because we don't like what they write. Also, if you're in doubt about what Democrats will do if they win the midterms, they're not even trying to hide their agenda. They're saying they will weaponize the government and impeach not only Trump, but Cabinet secretaries and others in his inner circle. Thomas Massie has already tried to impeach Pete Hegseth. Others, like Kristi Noem, were fired before they could be impeached. No surprise: Democrats have been saying these things since Trump's first term. The difference now is they are telling people to not even think about working for Trump in the first place. For the midterm election, the pitch is clear: vote for us and we'll lock them up. Finally, the Democratic party is dead and is now made up of communists and Marxists, aka Democratic Socialists. Their agenda is to destroy this country, our democracy and unleash lawlessness. The DSAs  want to eliminate the Presidency, Electoral College, SCOTUS, prisons, borders and law enforcement. They're saying all this openly. Democratic Socialists are telling you exactly who they are. Believe them. Add this to their threat to punish anyone who supports the President and the message is clear: be afraid. It's not worth the risk.  Learn more about your ad choices. Visit podcastchoices.com/adchoices
  • The Best Of Mark Levin - 9/19/26 19.09.2026 1h 10m
This week on the Mark Levin Show, the Declaration of Independence is the clearest statement of America’s founding principles. The United States was uniquely founded on a fusion of Judeo-Christian values and Enlightenment principles, combining faith, morality, reason, and natural rights while rejecting theocracy. America’s founding principles allow individuals to hold diverse beliefs, including atheism and agnosticism, while preserving freedom of thought and religion. Islamism and Marxism are incompatible with American founding ideals because they reject natural law, natural rights, and the reasoning embodied in the Declaration of Independence. Remember all the fearmongering over things like DDT, e-oli, gas lawn mowers, and masks during COVID? Remember when climate change was supposed to cause sea levels to rise? There's a new fearmongering op over AI and data centers, driven by the Communist Chinese and their Democrat cheerleaders like Bernie Sanders. All the lies about data centers -- they use too much water, will cause electricity costs to go up, will kill jobs -- have all been proven false. But Barack Obama and others want to either kill this new industry or want the government to take it over. Bernie Sanders even said AI is more dangerous than nukes! Don't be a sucker. Don't give in to fearmongering. We need this new technology, and America must win the AI race. Republicans have abandoned their focus on affordability and instead shifted their attention to opposing or regulating data centers; they're chasing the latest political issue rather than addressing real concerns. Republicans are allowing Democrats and the media to shape their agenda, affordability remains a major problem and should be a priority. Groundbreaking developments should be left free from government interference because bureaucrats and politicians lack the expertise to direct innovation. Calls for greater regulation are driven by a desire for power and control rather than practical solutions. We need deregulation, limited government involvement, and allowing innovation and technological development to proceed with minimal restrictions. Later, re you getting sick and tired of ingrates who have no connection to this country? Take Hasan Piker: born here, raised in Turkey where he was radicalized, and thanks to the Supreme Court, returned here a citizen. Democrats might be keeping Piker at arm's length, but he is the face of the party. Democrats have embraced radical Islamism and Marxism just like they embraced slavery and segregation in the past. Islamism and Marxism are incompatible with the Judeo-Christian values of America and the Constitution. Most outrageously, Piker says, pound-for-pound, America causes more terrorism than Al-Qaeda. America is turning into Europe, which is dead and doesn't have the will to survive. Learn more about your ad choices. Visit podcastchoices.com/adchoices
  • 9/18/26 - The Hidden History Of FDR's War On The Press: What You Weren't Told! 19.09.2026 1h 50m
On Friday's Mark Levin Show, there are seven Democratic Jewish Senators, including Chuck Schumer and John Ossoff who embrace Jew hatred and antisemitism, putting party and political interests ahead of what is moral and right. It's simple: Jew haters are America haters. In the face of the grave threat to Jews both here and around the world, these Jewish Senators side with Islamists and Marxists like Abdul El-Sayed and Hasan Piker. The difference between Democrats and Republicans is the Democrats embrace antisemitism while the GOP rejects it. Most Republicans have disavowed the Woke Reich antisemites like Tucker Carlson. These Senate Jews think they can make common cause with Islamists? They are disgusting. Later, President Trump’s decision to remove outlets such as Politico, CNN, and MSNBC from the White House is criticized as authoritarian, but historical context, as documented in "Unfreedom of the Press',  is important when making such judgments. FDR, who is admired by much of the modern media, the Democratic Party, and historians, was actually the most authoritarian president in American history. FDR is praised despite this because of his socialist views. Comparisons with past presidents are necessary when evaluating Trump’s actions. Learn more about your ad choices. • 9/17/29 - The Dangerous Embrace of Extremism in Politics 18.09.2026 1h 52m
On Thursday's Mark Levin Show, are you getting sick and tired of ingrates who have no connection to this country? Take Hasan Piker: born here, raised in Turkey where he was radicalized, and thanks to the Supreme Court, returned here as a citizen. Later, Bruce Blakeman calls in with an update on the NY Gubernatorial race. Blakeman says that his campaign is in a statistical dead heat, with polling showing him only 3.9% behind in a blue state. New York is facing economic decline, with population, business, and job losses, and warns that continued leadership by Kathy Hochul and Zohran Mamdani would further harm the state. Voters are increasingly recognizing the need for change and policies focused on job creation, economic growth, tax and regulation cuts, lower utility costs, and restoring law and order. Also, many members of Congress lack expertise in AI and data centers yet seek to regulate them. AI development is a competitive race that the United States must win. Any regulation would hinder innovation while allowing other countries to advance. If these doomer-Luddite politicians have their way, the new medicines and technologies resulting from AI data centers that are going to save lives, improve the quality of life, and increase the standard of living for untold numbers of people, would not happen.  They are literally trying to cripple these industries and these businesses, and they are also actively helping the Communist Chinese leapfrog our companies and our country.  Afterward, if the Democrats had their way, they would remove President Trump, Secretary of War Hegseth and Secretary of Education McMahon via impeachment. In other words, they would undertake a coup since impeachment is not intended for the purposes they intend to use it. Learn more about your ad choices. Visit podcastchoices.com/adchoices
  • 9/16/26 - The Left's Dangerous Plan For AI And The Economy 17.09.2026 1h 53m
On Wednesday's Mark Levin Show, the central AI debate is between freedom and government, and between knowledge and idiocy. These politicians, bureaucrats, and regulators think they know more than inventors, creators, and innovators, and are trying to make people fearful of technological advancement. We need to remember the politicians who oppose this progress; they're populists, nationalists, Marxists, and socialists who seek greater control while presenting their actions as protecting "the people." Government control of AI would be a power grab and would benefit Democrat political interests and favored groups, while also helping Communist China. Government and politicians need to keep their hands off and allow advancement to move forward. Also, Arkansas Senate candidate Hallie Shoffner says she would trade five Americans for one ‘undocumented immigrant.' Hardworking Americans pay taxes and contribute significantly to the country. Schaffner is ineffective and out of touch. Meanwhile, Texas Senate candidate James Talarico's pastor says that Talarico will return to his previous radical views after being elected. He is changing his message solely to gain political power. Later, gas prices are high but voters should not be discouraged from supporting Republicans in the midterm election. Electing Democrats by staying home on Election day will not lower gas prices. Democrats support policies that would raise costs, increase taxes, expand government power, and advance a radical agenda. Republican victories are necessary to maintain control of the House and Senate and prevent investigations, impeachments, and Democratic control of government. Low voter turnout could lead to the destruction of the economy and our republic. Afterward, Deuteronomy was the most widely read and cited book during the Revolutionary period, appearing more frequently in speeches, writings, and official documents than any other source. Figures such as Madison, Washington, Adams, and Jefferson repeatedly referenced the Hebrew Bible, not to promote Judaism, but because they saw parallels between ancient events and their own circumstances. Ideas from the Hebrew Bible helped shape arguments about natural law, natural rights, and the Creator, while also overlapping with Enlightenment thought, particularly that of John Locke, although Deuteronomy was cited even more frequently. • 9/15/26 - Are Data Centers Actually Dangerous? Mark Levin Breaks It Down 16.09.2026 1h 53m
On Tuesday's Mark Levin Show, remember all the fearmongering over things like DDT, e-oli, gas lawn mowers, and masks during COVID? Later, Rep Thomas Massie is siding with Democrats and attempting to undermine the Trump administration during a war with Iran by promoting the impeachment of Secretary of War Pete Hegseth. Massie’s actions were based on the War Powers Act of 1973, which is unconstitutional. The Constitution gives Congress the power to declare war but not to conduct it. The president, as commander in chief, has the authority to wage war, while Congress’s primary check is its power to withhold funding. • 9/14/26 - The truth about the Left’s agenda: Why they want to destroy the Declaration 15.09.2026 1h 50m
On Monday's Mark Levin Show, the Declaration of Independence is the clearest statement of America’s founding principles. The founders sought to prevent both tyranny and mob rule, intentionally avoiding monarchy, oligarchy, dictatorship, and pure democracy. The Constitution is rooted in the principles of the Declaration of Independence and modern efforts to alter institutions such as the Electoral College, the Senate, or the Supreme Court represent attacks on those founding principles - Judeo-Christian and Enlightenment values. Attacks on the Constitution are fundamentally attacks on the Declaration, the founding, and the belief system. Later, President Trump has shown strong leadership on AI and data centers, which is the fourth industrial revolution with the potential to create large numbers of high-paying jobs, new businesses, medical breakthroughs, and opportunities for local and state governments. The AI threats and warnings are fearmongering - the United States must continue advancing because China is not slowing its AI development. Democrats are advocating greater regulation and oversight of AI and data centers, which would be the most massive power grab ever by them. Excessive government control could hinder U.S. competitiveness and allow China to gain an advantage. Also, why do Republicans go on these inane network Sunday shows? Hosts such as George Stephanopoulos, Kristen Welker, and others are biased against them and use interviews to embarrass Republican guests. These programs have small audiences that do not include Republican, conservative, or MAGA voters, making them ineffective for motivating turnout in an election. Learn more about your ad choices.
