BBC Radio 3 Unwind is a 24/7 stream from BBC Radio 3 devoted to calming classical music, from medieval works to living composers, mixed with ambient soundscapes and wellbeing-focused programmes. It launched on BBC Sounds on 4 November 2024 and is designed as a soundtrack for relaxation, focus and sleep, presented by names such as Sara Mohr-Pietsch, Ólafur Arnalds and Hannah Peel. Since September 2025 it can also be heard on BBC National DAB+ (12B) in the UK.
